Darryl at the front desk was SO welcoming upon arrival! We booked this place last minute and didn’t know what to expect but were so glad we did immediately upon check in. The welcome drinks and drive over to our room were great. The room was spacious, with a tv, AC, hot shower and safe. Everything worked well. Location was perfect.

The wifi wasn’t 100% inside the room but it wasn’t too bad. It worked better from the patio.

good location however the reception is located at another hotel which is q 10 min walk - the hotel advertises it as 2 min, but it's not true

small bed , over priced, 10 min walk to breakfast and reception, breakfast was always gone by 9 am even though they say 930 and no one bothered to put more food out - i even had to argue for more eggs once at 9 am

the pool lovely location away from busy roads and in a beautiful villa street the view attentive staff made the property look above and beyond clean love the little lizards, hummingbirds and wildlife that come by and say hi

a lot of the pool chairs were partially broken, making them difficult to sit in

the property was beautiful and well maintained. no trash, very nice staff. pools were well maintained, saw staff cleaning and watering all the plants in the mornings.

The staff is the very best. Rooms have everything you need. Excellent dive shop. Christian, Luca and Sebastian are the best. Location is excellent. I’ll definitely come back!

Amazing place! Price is unbeatable. Rooms are great. Awesome AC. The big pool is amazing, the little pool is perfect for night time! Bring water as they don't seem to supply it. Rooms are super clean!!! Comfy beds. Great location. Close to everything in west end, but back a bit so you don't hear all the noise at night.

Breakfast was included in the room price and is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. It’s served at the Splash Inn overlooking the water on the Main Street. It’s buffet style but has ample choices including French toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, toast, cereal, banana bread, coffee and juice. I am staying elsewhere on my return next week but will probably stop by and eat there again. The staff was very friendly and happy to be around. Excellent service! The pool at the resort was as pictured in their website photos. Very large, clean, refreshing, and many lounge chairs and shaded areas. The hotel is in a nice area line by pretty villas on either side of the road as you walk up to the hotel and its outside entry and then the stairs to your room. It also has 24 hour security and a gate that descends at 10pm. But there is always a guard there to lift the gate. I found the place to be very quiet and a lot of opportunity to watch the stars at night. The maid did a nice job cleaning my room every day. The bed was comfortable. The cable tv worked fine and had access to CNN, Fox and other international news programs.

I was surprised that the hotel room I stayed did not have a refrigerator. At that price, a small refrigerator should be included. Also, disappointed that the room did not have a coffee maker. Since one has to walk ten minutes to their breakfast place, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The wifi did not work in the room. However, it worked outside of the room on the vast patio that is shared by all the guests. One time, I returned to my room one evening and saw several guests staying in different nearby rooms all trying to access wifi from the patio. The furniture in the room was also quite dated and the floor tiles in the bathroom and living area was quite slippery. The room did not offer a lot of privacy as it was difficult to fully close the cloth curtains. It had patio style doors and the door lock was sometimes difficult to operate. The walk into town became a bit wearisome after several days though there are taxis at least to take you back to the hotel from the center of town.

Breakfast was great. It could have a little more variety day to day. Like someone making omlettes with the same ingredients (pepers, onions, chopped sausage, chorizo, etc)

Dirt road (driveway) from main street to Villa was a mess when it rained and could use a re-grading.

Love the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful from the cleaning staff, restaurant and owners. The place is set back from the street and very quiet. Extended our stay twice.

The restaurant is no located in the same place to the hotel, needs to walk more or less 4 minutes to reach in the restaurant.

The breakfast was incredible, definitely exceeded my expectations. The property was close to the main strip but still quiet and easily accessible.

The pool and my room were lovely and it's in a really quiet and safe location. Staff were awesome!

It was a little bit of a pain having to relocate to go for breakfast, but not a disaster. It would be nice to have at least coffee and water on the premises.

Breakfast was excellent, the waiters were so kind, helpfully, especially Norma, Sterling (the boss), and 2 more with no common name, (difficult to remember), lovely young lady. All of then were friendly and kind. The receptionists, Jose, Tiffany, Eleazar were so nice, friendly, kind. The cleaners especially Sonia, were so helpful, honest and hardworking, very clean rooms. Thank you, Rafael, for being so human, understanding and kind.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, has a large pool. The only thing that could be improved in some rooms like the one assigned to us, is the ventilation, the hotel has air conditioning, but there are no vents in the toilet although the bathroom is quite large. The furniture is not functional although beautiful for large spaces, the musty smell is concentrated in that furniture, it is the only thing that we were not completely satisfied and so we decided to move to the Splash Inn, with a previous payment, without a problem. We got a discount.
