Its right across the street from a private beach, has a pool and had enough bedrooms.The only complaint is when it rained we had flooding on the first floor( that is why there is a step up to the bedrooms?) and the 2nd floor slider leaked. We let management know and they asked if we needed extra towels, which I found appropriate at the time.

It almost felt like we were the first guests in this house for the season. WiFi did not work or get fixed for many days, this was frustrating as part of our group planned to work while there, so we had to utilize our own hotspots to do so. When it did work the information provided for connecting wasn't accurate. It seems that there was work done outside prior to our arrival, we found many nails on the patio and in the driveway. The AC was not working on the 3rd floor. We were not aware that the access to the beach was down 3 flights of stairs until a few days before our arrival, it would be beneficial to list this information on the description of the property. The hot water in the house wasn't working throughout the house. The access code to the beach did not work, and it did change during our stay, but we were not aware of this and we had to reach out. However, even though there were these issues, management was always quick to respond and get things taken care of, which was awesome. They did send us a gift basket while we were there to compensate for the issues we had - which was totally unexpected and gracious of them. Overall, it was a great stay, but the app could have been updated with accurate information and that would have reduced our need to contact them almost daily. We had a full house of guests and this house was perfect for our 5 families. It was nice that we were able to communicate with management via text, email, the app, phone, etc. Would stay again!

We stayed on the property with 13 family members and we had a great time and accommodations were perfect. The property was well maintained and the surrounding areas had a lot to do. Highly recommended!

Great location, wonderfully furnished with very nice bedrooms, up to date bathrooms, televisions and plenty of outdoor activities i.e., heated pool, basketball, putting green, corn hole, etc. The access to the private beach is very close and the beach a Gulf are beautiful! We never missed a sunset. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

There were some roaches and a broken light globe and a burned out light bulb in one of the bedrooms. The chains on 3 of the 6 bicycles had to be repaired before we could use them. The swimming pool was murky like it needed to be cleaned.I was a little disappointed to see that in the directions to the beach it said 48 steps. I didn't realize they meant 48 stair steps down. Not too bad going down but a real problem for me coming back.I would recommend this property to a friend after I told them that the beach entrance was 48 STAIR steps down to the beach.

The house is great for a family reunion! Lots of space for everyone, with lots of games and activities to keep everyone smiling! The beach was close and beautiful! We had a couple maintenance issues and the property management staff was always available and helped us quickly. Great customer service! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to go back!

Loved this location - just outside the city so not as much traffic, but close enough to drive in for food and shopping. We had multiple families here, two with cribs, and had plenty of room to spread out. Heated pool was a life saver since the rain was so often. Great table on the main floor for everyone to eat together or play games like we did with the weather. Kids loved the spinning chairs. *grandparents did have to go up and down stairs, and we also learned that they literally mean there are 50 stairs to get to the beach, not just real close or from the house to the beach so we had to carry the wagon down the steps for all the stuff the kids had to use the gate closest to the house. We would definitely come back to this property!

We had plenty of room for everyone, even with 8 kids in virtual school and several adults working. Access to the beach couldn't be easier, literally right across the street, so we were comfortable letting the kids go back and forth. Even though it was a holiday weekend, we were relieved the beach was not very crowded, allowing plenty of room to social distance. The location was pretty ideal.

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. We were a little concerned with travelling during Covid, but seeing how clean the place looked and how fresh it smelled helped put me at ease. The kitchen was nice, we really enjoyed grilling by the pool and it was great that there was plenty of table space for everyone to sit together. We enjoyed the yard and all the outdoor space, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The kids loved playing basketball in the driveway. The house came with 6 bikes, but we rented a few more since we had a large group that wanted to ride. They were delivered and picked up directly at the house which was super convenient.

We will definitely rent this house again!

The private pool is nice and the house itself was fine. My main complaint is that the house was dirty. There was a poop in the toilet, a cockroach ran under my luggage, the kitchen sink drain was moldy, there was mold growing in the shower around the grout, the drain wouldn't drain in the hall bath so we lifted it up and there was black mold so we bleached it, there was mold in the front load washing machine that we had to bleach. The list goes on. We've used Royal Destinations 3 times in the past but at different rentals so I'm surprised cleanliness was an issue since we've never experienced this before. They say on their website that they're following CDC guidelines and cleaning extra in high touch areas but that can't be true.

I would absolutely rent this house again if we ever need this much room. There were 5 families split between the 8 bedrooms and everyone was happy with the arrangement. The pool was great and the beach access was across the street. The property manager was always available and never let us wait for anything. Thanks for the memories!

With two kitchens we could either spread out to cook and eat or all come together on the main floor when we wanted.

We loved the changes from our last trip, especially the updated bathrooms and showers and the new, large deck. It was great for morning coffee or for looking out over the pool (we used the pool heater and the kids had so much fun swimming there we barely made it to the beach). :)

It was so nice having plenty of parking and not having to move cars whenever I wanted to drive some place further away, and the house just felt fresh and clean. It all made for a wonderful, relaxing trip.
