Blowing Rock is a great place to visit and staying in the historical downtown is a must. Our hosts were so accommodating.

I enjoyed having space to hide and rest… and space to park my truck…and space SO NEARBY to walk to restaurants and attractions …. and be out and about so see the flowers and shops. Very quiet, safe, up to date, and appealing interior space.

Close to Downtown
Working with manager was easy. Our mobile service and reception made for some challenges in communication, but everything worked out beautifully. Loved the ease of strolling the town from this location!!!!

Location Location Location!
This funky little accommodation feels a bit like staying in your grandmother's attic! Bedroom and bath are very clean and comfortable. Full size refrigerator is perfect for stowing drinks and snacks. Delightful hostess could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. Within walking distance to everything. Great visit!

We were able to walk everywhere in Blowing Rock. It was so nice not having to hunt for a parking space. We had a wonderful time during our stay.

This interesting property was perfect for my husband and me. Location couldn't be better, in the very center of Blowing Rock. We walked everywhere, from breakfast and dinner places, coffee shops, to hiking trails close by. Shanaaz is a very attentive host. She kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. And we certainly did - a comfortable bed, A/C unit in the bedroom, solid shower, fast Internet and space to work when needed. This property has several businesses in it, but as Shanaaz informed us in advance, no one was working during our stay and doors were closed. Most of the days we were away, so we were not bothered by the street repairs and construction in front of the house. We would definitely stay at this property again. One simply can't beat the price and location of this property.

My original location became a problem when road crews hit a water line servicing the apt. My host immediately relocated me and took care of everything in a very timely manner

We had a most wonderful stay at this place I had the best nights sleep ever,So totally cozy and comfortable! We had a great weekend stay at this apartment. It is convenient to all of the shops and restaurants in Blowing Rock. The apartment was very clean and the owners are very nice and very accommodating! We plan to be back and stay here again.

Everything was decorated top notch, beautiful furniture and linens, ample supplies in the kitchen. It was easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock for shopping, hiking, etc. Hound Ears was a beautiful community. We would recommend this property for any large group.

We stayed at this amazing home for the week of New Year's, the home is equipped with everything! Completly turn key! The views are spectacular and its convenient to all nearby attractions. Working with the owner was a pleasure and we will certainly go back to her on our next visit to the area!

Not sure when I tried to pick only the Excellent Star it colored in all of them, it's EXCELLENT
We absolutely loved staying in this gorgeous home!! It is simply beautiful and decorated the prettiest of any place we have ever stayed. We loved the many places our family could gather to visit, there were three different sitting areas, in addition to the great deck that gave us such fantastic views of the mountains and sunset. The kitchen was fabulous,very well equipped. We definitely plan to go back, all 14 of us!! We also loved the owner, Shanaaz, she is a wonderful lady, eager to make us feel welcome and comfortable!!

The entire house is exceptional. The kitchen is well-equipped for gourmet cooking. The view is spectacular; especially at night. And, there is easy access to surrounding attractions.

Our group checked in on 18 May and departed on 21 May. What an absolutely wonderful property!! The home, the location, the views, the golf were all just perfect! We have never stayed in a better place and will certainly be back. Every detail of this totally renovated house has been completed to the highest standards with the comfort and convenience of the guests in mind. Thanks and thanks again!

Super House, Super Location
I was with a large group of middle age couples who were visiting Hound Ears for an annual gathering of golf and catching up. This facility with its multiple bedrooms and large common areas was a great venue for our group. The new refurbishment and great location at a great club was perfect for our group.
