Clean, convenient, well situated. Nothing much more to say and another 5 star rating from us.

We have stayed at other units in this community and this was our least favorite. The layout is a bit different with lots of space allocated to the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, leaving the bedrooms and bathrooms less space in the 1400sqft unit. It did not have simple things, like clock radios in the bedrooms and the towels provided were fine but limited quantities. There was a strange reoccurring loud knocking sound emanating from the fridge which we reported to the property manager. The manager suggested it might be due to work in another unit but the random timing of the noise (11pm for example) led us to discount this explanation. Other reviews mentioned that the owner has a car parked in the double garage. We only used one car so it didn’t bother us, but it’s unusual in our experience. There was a severe calcium buildup on the showerhead in the master bathroom. We bought some CLR and cleaned it up as best we could. We also noticed quite a bit of dust buildup in the vents that could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture in the living room. Overall a good stay, but the unit could use some attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was very clean and inviting, as well as fully stocked with everything you would need! Was only a short walk to the pool, where we enjoyed lounging in the sun! Our only suggestion would be to have darker blinds in the bedrooms as it was fairly bright in the early mornings! The patio furniture smelt like cigarettes which was not inviting to site on. Overall we had an awesome stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this updated unit at Kierland Greens. The pictures posted are exactly what it is. The use of a garage door opener is most appreciated.

GREAT location for golf, spring training and restaurants!!!

Great location, excellent accommodations, very responsive host. Unit was clean, cosy, and well equipped. Close to everything but quiet at the same time!

Really nice.good walking, shopping easy to get around

The condo was super clean, super quiet and everything worked especially the air conditioning! We could easily walk to the pool which had a very lovely pool and plenty of seating, an area with shade and micro mist and a workout facility with a very clean bathroom. We traveled via Lyft and took the bus a few times around Scottsdale. We would happily return to this condo!

The only complaint we had was it was a little warm in the house, but we also understand that due to high temperatures it is a normal process.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Very clean, well maintained and well stocked condo in a safe gated area with a beautiful pool area as well. Really enjoyed having a private garage to park our car attached to the condo. The location is ideal with troop golf, shopping and some of the best restaurants in Scottsdale all within walking distance. A definite 5 star condo!

Top notch condo! This clean condo has the best-equipped kitchen of any place we’ve stayed. Very nice kitchen, nice bedrooms, nice bathrooms, very cozy balcony, this condo is just all around well done. The great location is handy to many amenities and stores, and the resort is beautiful as well. The graceful neighborhood winds along the golf course , and is a lovely place to visit.

Very nice condo for a family of four. Location is excellent - walking distance to Kierland shopping and dining, and easy walk across the street to grocery store. Unit was jsut as described, well-equipped, and had everythign we needed. Would stay here again.

Excellent location with grocery, beautiful shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. The condo complex is very nice and the unit itself is very clean, with garage access which came in handy and could keep golf clubs in garage. It fits two couples nicely, as long as you are okay with a smaller guest bedroom and bath. Kitchen has all the amenities and the great room is large and comfy. We enjoyed the pool as well. I second that the bathroom could use brighter lighting and my only negative was no magnifying mirror – minor but for me it’s a definite plus! I would highly recommend this place to stay. Finally, ITrip Vacations was very good with communication and information on how to get into condo development with directions. They were prompt answering questions, so I will book again with them.

My brother and I had the opportunity to stay for four nights while in Scottsdale on a golf vacation. The two bedroom unit had plenty of room for the two of us, and would easily accommodate two couples. The kitchen and living room were roomy. Access to a garage was a plus. The unit was a short walk to a pool and hot tub, which were inviting after our daily rounds of golf. The unit was located less than a mile from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. They offered plenty of shopping and restaurant options. My only ding on the property is that the bathroom lighting was not great. Not a big issue to me. I would suggest some higher voltage LEDs.

We have stayed at this location multiple times. It is always a great experience. Everything is exactly what we need, and the communication is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out, and iTrip Vacations staff was very prompt in answering our email when we had a question during our stay. Property overall is beautiful and well maintained, and pool area is very nice. Location is ideal -- within walking distance to two lovely outdoor malls, plenty of restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would definitely rent this property and do business with iTrip again.

Would have liked something with better view. Shower glass was weird. Need room darkening shades in bedroom. Need magnifying mirror for ladies and overall lighting could use some help. Overall it was OK. Enjoyed working with Bernie and keep us on the itrips emails list. Like to find a condo in the area that feels a little more like him when away. Love the area

This is a great condo in a fantastic location. You can walk to golf, shopping, restaurants. Large living area and very well appointed kitchen. Super easy check-in process. I'd highly recommend this property.

Safe area for running and biking. Excellent locale and in walking distance to Scottsdale’s premier shopping district. Condo area is secure and quiet. Pool area very nice. Kitchen very well equipped. Master shower could use a remodel. We did several desert hikes and this locale was not far from trail heads.

This was our second time at this property. Everything is still top notch, 14 months after our first stay. My husband, college age son, his girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. We love this condo complex! The pool and hot tub are awesome. Even in December! We are VERY picky about mattresses, and the master mattress is wonderful. I assume the secondary is as well, but I did not sleep on it. Would definitely stay here again.

Had our honeymoon here to plan for retirement. Absolutely beautiful location, really enjoyed the stay. The place looks just like the photos and we enjoyed it immensely!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is on the far end of a gated condominium community adjacent to the Westin Kierland golf course. It was quiet and relaxing. The unit is on the 2nd floor above the garage and it was so convenient to do our Black Friday shopping and bring everything from the car directly to the foyer. All the amenities were included in this unit, even bath products in both bath rooms. We also appreciated access to the pool and fitness room and used it multiple times (to work off the Thanksgiving dinner!). This is a quiet and comfortable location and we would stay here again.

Very clean, beautifully done condo, amenities in the complex were wonderful, and awesome location. I highly recommend.

The house is very nice, great location,. Home is well stocked with utensils at so you feel like your at home. Very clean and the grounds are like a private club. Look forward to coming back in the winter months. There every restaurant you can think of here, shopping is a woman’s dream.
