Our large 3BR condo at The Landings was perfect for our family. The ocean view, proximity to town (just over the bridge), and the super helpful property managers made this location just right for our family. We will be back!

Kimberly and Chad made our stay so enjoyable. They had our refrigerator stocked with cold drinks and water upon our arrival. Kimberly booked an excursion for us with Searious Excursions which was the highlight of our stay. After taking the ferry to the island, we decided to fly back to Belize, at the end of our stay. Kimberly handled the reservation, our luggage and met us at the airport to ensure there were no problems. This extra service was so worth it and asked me to relax and know things were taken care of. You can't beat the customer service ! I would definitely stay again!

The property check in was great. Kimberly and Chad met us to show the place. Kimberly was also very helpful prior to arrival with golf cart rentals, taxi info, etc. The place was very clean, perfect space for a group of 5 friends. Great balcony and close enough to town but not to close. We would highly recommend staying here.

I love staying here. The condos are very clean and quiet, the location is great and Chad and Kimberly are always great to help or respond and make sure that we are taken care of. Awesome place to stay.

We had five people in a three bedroom three bath condo. Great location just north of San Pedro and resort so it was walkable to restaurants and retail stores for food and supplies. We Sean in the ocean and the pools and the took three snorkeling trips that picked us up at the resort dock. Weather was great and hosts were wonderful. This a is a great place to stay.

It was our first time on Ambergris Caye, and Kimberly and Chad did such a great job of handling so many of the logistics, it was like have a personal concierge team! They booked our round trip Tropic Air flights and golf cart rental, and met us at the airport upon arrival to help us get the golf cart and transport our luggage to the condo. We pre-ordered water/pop/beer and we had it in the fridge upon arrival.

Over all great service. No issues with the rental . Good communication and up dates as needed. Will be back.

The location of this property was great, away from the busyness of the island but not too far. Lots of nearby restaurants and places to hang out at. Kim and Chad were great! Definitely recommend!

This condo is spacious, comfortable & stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect, close to town & in a very nice complex. There is a small grocery store next door & a coffee shop and produce store called the Farmhouse Market & Cafe with breakfast sandwiches, pastries, produce, meat, spices, etc. Chad was very helpful & quick to respond to anything we needed help with. There are a couple of small things that could be better but would not stop me from staying here again: the Wifi is very slow, weak, & unreliable. The lounge chairs that are by the pool & the beach area are plastic & don't have cushions. It would be nice if they were more comfortable. I gave 3 stars for property management communication because I had made a mistake when booking this condo & when I was questioned about it I explained and apologized more then once but felt that I was treated without any empathy or kindness. I felt like had committed a crime instead of making a mistake! I mention this because when traveling to another country this person can likely be your first contact & it would be nice to feel comfortable & welcomed, instead of the way our communication made me feel. In the end, it all worked out & it was a a great stay for our family.

We greatly enjoyed our time in San Pedro! Chad and Kimberly were wonderful. They booked our flights on Tropic Air, met us up at the airport (even when we came in on an earlier flight than expected) and secured a golf cart for us. We were given a cell phone to use during our stay that was preprogrammed with important numbers (even the local pizza delivery-which we used). The accommodations were beautiful and clean. They even stocked our fridge with bottled water at our request. I loved having a market and coffee place within walking distance. The proximity of this property to restaurants was nice, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Having beach towels to use came in handy. The pool was nice, and the area was quiet Our departure was easy, too. . Chad brought our luggage to the airport and checked us into our flight while we returned our golf cart. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Everything about this trip was absolutely perfect! Kimberly and Chad went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless. Our flight was delayed and Kimberly monitored our in-bound flight and adjusted our flight on Tropic Air so the transition was smooth. When we arrived Chad was there to assist with our luggage and help us check into our condo. The condo was the absolute perfect set up for my family of 6 and amazing that each room had an en-suite bathroom so there was plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable, condo was meticulously clean, plenty of toiletries, lots of plates and dishes. Our AC broke, I called Chad and he had it fixed within an hour. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the pool is always spotless. I honestly would not change one thing. The location of the condo was perfect and in close proximity to shopping, dining, nightlife. I could not recommend this condo and location any more and we can’t wait to return!

From before we arrived through to the day of checkout they were available to answer any questions and pre-arranged some of our activities as well as flights to and from Belize City. They also personally greet you when you arrive, walk you over to get your golf cart rental and then take you and your luggage to the property. We enjoyed our stay at the landings. Everyone was so nice and helpful. From getting us off the plane to getting us to our room, Kimberly & Chad were great!

A group of 6 of us, including my husband and myself, stayed 4 nights in this awesome 3 bedroom condo. Having never been to Belize before, Kim made this whole trip completely effortless! She answered every question I had and just really made this trip so easy for us so we could enjoy every minute of our stay. The location is perfect, so easy to access anything we wanted to go do. We truly enjoyed every moment!

First time to Belize (Ambergris Caye) and we did it right! The area this property is located in, Tres Cocos, is perfectly situated, just north of the bridge and the town of San Pedro. We are not big resort people, so the north part of the island is where we concentrated, and the property couldn't be better located for that. It's quiet, with a beautiful beach, several pools, and plenty of golf cart parking. It's half a block from a well-stocked grocery store. The best thing about the condo was , however, Kimberly and Chad. We've never received the high quality of customer service and genuine caring that we did from them. They. Are. Awesome!!! You never have to worry about anything - they take care of it all. And their response time is either immediate or in five minutes. No matter when you call. I can't say enough about how professional and great these two are. We'll be back!!!

The pictures don’t do it justice, the property is more beautiful and the view is amazing! The property owners were great and inviting in every way from arranging our flights to the island to helping with reserving a golf cart for the week. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the island and I’ll make sure i stay here again!

The property & grounds are well maintained and very clean. Views are amazing. Property managers, Kimberly & Chad, are wonderful to work with. They took care of the details for golf cart rental, snorkel trip, and keeping us stocked with our favorite beverages. All we had to do was relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!
