The reservation got mixed up with another persons reservation. Some chairs at the dining table lost a few screws. The rest went well.

The main window in the living room that overlooks the ocean is clouded, and some reason they have not replaced it. The washing machine smells musty and dirty like mold. I called the manager and they never returned my call, poor management.

Very Relaxing
It is a great unit in a property of great units. Ocean front with a hot tub to soak and watch the ocean is great! Only weird part was the documents for the stay list that hot tub maintenance will occur every Wednesday between the hours of 9am and 10pm??? Really, 10pm? It made the Wednesday less relaxing waiting to see if someone was going to randomly walk into the unit as late as 10pm. That should be revised.

Perfect 2-family getaway
It was the perfect 2-family getaway! We shared meals together in the full-kitchen, washed our dirty clothes in the in-unit washer & dryer after fun on the beach, and made many trips to the convenient and well-kept indoor pool. I even got some work done in the unit while the kids went off on some family adventures. We never want to stay in a hotel again!

Excellent Condo!
This unit is furnished to the max. Excellent assortment of pots and pans, and the spice selection really helped us to put together some great meals. The electric BBQ was over the top! I wish all units had one.
When we arrived the elevator was out, but management was right on it and fixed in a couple hours (hey, stuff happens).
The view, the unit and the hot tub made for a very enjoyable stay.

Great condo with beautiful view!
Had a group of 4 of us stay 3 nights and 2 more adults joined us for one of those nights. Great condo - we really enjoyed our time at this 4th floor condo. We used the kitchen every day there was plenty of space and appliances, dishes, spices. The ocean views are stellar. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Was very happy with our stay!

Beautiful Lincoln City Beach Rental on the Oregon Coast
This beach rental exceeded our expectations, from the amazingly comfortable beds to the overly furnished kitchens. This condo was so clean and had such lovely furnishings, my daughter said she would like to live here. Our family enjoyed the beautiful views from the hot tub every evening. The kids also enjoyed the indoor pool and game room. I booked this vacation through Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals and they were very easy to work with, when we called with a question regarding the hot tub they helped us right away. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family which I have already done. We will be staying here again this summer.
