Studio 51 is a very lovely house in a beautiful low key town of Sandy Point. The house is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and quiet. Janine is a very friendly and helpful host. Communication was great. My family and I have been here before and would definitely book again. We had a wonderful stay - thank you very much! (The only small thing I'd mention is it would be good to have wifi).

Great location and spotless.

While not having a ‘view’ outlook this property is nestled in a pleasant garden setting. The interior layout and appointments are very well designed and ensure a relaxing and pleasurably special stay. You can walk to the beach or into the small township shop. The owners live further along the driveway but your privacy is ensured. We would return to this delightful 2 bed cottage.

The house was excellent - beautiful, comfortable, well-located, clean (and fabulously well-equipped kitchen). Very helpful and friendly hosts. Relaxed and beautiful beachside town.

Thank you to the owners for a great stay. We enjoyed the house. It was comfortable and clean - my partner complained about lack of washing machine powder supplied and some dirty plates upon check in - but overall, it was clean and comfortable. Great location. However, we won't stay again because we don't want to deal with Stockdale and Leggo anymore. They add on an array of extra charges after you book the property. They are unethical, but also really disjointed and confusing in their approach. It's really disappointing because we are Sandy Point regulars - but we really don't want to deal with stockdale and leggo anymore. Case in point - we originally booked for a family and a dog. We were given the price of the stay. We paid the amount. Five days before check in we were advised that it would cost extra to have the dog (over hundred bucks from memory). This was told to us FIVE DAYS before check in! You can't actually change a legally bound contract. So we found different accommodation for our dog and didn't bring her. Stockdale and Leggo are terrible.

Fabulous accommodation. Spacious and clean. Feels just like home. Walking distance from amazing beach.
