We enjoyed our stay in the condo! Great access to the pool and beach! Clean and enjoyable!

Although this wasn’t our 1st choice property (1st choice flooded a few days before arrival) this beautiful home was a great 2nd choice for us. The furniture, appliances, bedding, and towels all seemed new and fresh. The balconies off the large bedrooms was a very nice Plus. The positives for sure were comfortable beds, walkable community and spacious pool with food and drink. The negatives for the home were just this one. There were too many remotes to navigate the main tv. With 4 tech savvy adults who read all of the provided directions, we still had trouble making it work. Besides that ONE negative the house was perfect. We did want to mention some other issues not related to the house but related to our stay. The beach access was way too small for the size of the community that had access to it. The one day we went we could not find a spot to sit. It was elbow to elbow out there. This is one big turn off that will make me look elsewhere next time even though the house and community were beautiful. The security guard was a real jerk too when we were trying to pass through.

Great location, beautiful pool area

Our family of 5 (kids ages 4, 8 & 9) stayed for a few days in mid May. Upon arrival we were able to find our parking spots without any problem. Security came right away to issue our passes and give us a quick rundown of the area & pointed things out on the map for us. Entering property was easy—electronic door code worked without any problem. We LOVED the pool (the pool bar/cafe was a surprisingly great amenity to have!) Kids loved the bunk bed room with their own TV. Access to beach tram was steps away—had no problem getting the tram. We were in walking distance to great shopping & restaurants—head one direction to Rosemary & walk the other direction to Alys. Booked tennis lessons and drills a week in advance at Rosemary Racquet Club and could easily walk there! Only negative part of the rental experience was not hearing back from management when I had emailed them prior to trip asking about what, if any, beach/pool toys were provided. There were no beach items at the property for guests to use (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc-) —-renting beach chairs was pretty pricey so we drove to the Target in Pier Park (about 15 minutes away in Panama City) to buy some beach gear. On our last night we discovered a few DVD’s that were stored and a deck of playing cards—would suggest owners consider a few family board/card games —monopoly? Scrabble? Yahtzee ? Uno?) Might make for fun downtime activity. A few minor observations to bring to owner/managements attention: toilet handle in one of the bathrooms fell off (we called management and reported it—didn’t hear back but it wasn’t a true emergency since we were able to reattach and flush) Also I noticed the dryer vent screen had a small rip and should probably be replaced so that lint doesn’t end up all over the clothes. Overall, very pleased with this rental and would absolutely love to book it again. Thank you!

We stayed 10 days and absolutely loved it. The condo was beautiful, the view of the pool and beyond was awesome. You can even see a peek a boo view of the beach from the bathroom windows. We loved the proximity to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants and shops. We can’t wait for a return visit!

Convenient to the beach and shopping by shot walks or bike rides.A lovely neighborhood in which the kids loved riding bikes whenever they wanted and could easily go get snacks, candy, lunch, etc. The top floor was easily accessible, and had a beautiful view. It was very comfortable and relaxing..

We loved this place as soon as we walked in the door. Clean! Incredible natural lighting! Great view of the pool and property! The location is perfect too - we walked everywhere and felt 5 minutes from everything we needed.

Me and my two girlfriends loved this place. It was beautifully done on the inside and spacious enough that we could be together and have our own spaces. It’s more of a quiet area with cute shops and a great beach in walking distance.

This was our second year staying in this condo and it never disappoints. Beautifully decorated, bright and open kitchen/living room area and Comfortable beds. We love Seacrest and how easily you could walk or bike to Rosemary. The pool was a little cold in late Sept but a great view from the balcony.

When we arrived they were doing little maintenance but didn’t mention that one toilet was not working properly. We used said toilet within the first 30 minutes of arrival and to say politely we had a mess. They had a plumber come in the next day but couldn’t fix the stool. We rented they space because each couple had their own private bathroom. The condo just needs some tlc to fix all the little section of trim and other damaged things. The location was amazing!

Property was wonderful! Perfect location, very clean, beautifully decorated! Furnishings were wonderful. We had some trouble getting our wristbands but that was a seacrest security issue and nothing to do with the property itself! Also not an issue with the property itself but there was not enough toilet paper, trash bags or towels. One thing that would have been helpful as we flew in from Nebraska would be if there were chairs and an umbrella that renters could use! Thanks for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Views & location were perfect. Beautiful!

There were only two trash bags and two paper towels for the entire weekend. Also, I reached out to property manager a few times via VRBO and received no response.

Great July 4th stay for our family. Everything was right at our fingertips. Cafe at the pool was convenient for all! The condo was more than accomdating for 6 adults and 3 children. Will be back!

Overall this place is as advertised. Great location and access to beach and pool. Tram service works great. Unit is very nice. They could use an upgrade on things like shower heads, shutters, toilet seats etc. Also could stand to buy higher quality paper products.

All eleven of us loved it. For the kids we got to walk right down and get in the pool for the adults it was so easy. At night we walked to eat and listen to music. We didn't have to jump into the car to go get anything. We walk to the shops.

This property is very nice and we found it to be very clean. the furniture looks to be newer and the kitchen was well stocked. The location overlooking the pool was great. A little noisy but it did not bother us at all. The beach is a close walk. We also loved that everything is walkable. We made one trip to the grocery store and then never got in the car again!

The property was super convenient and beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our time there!

It was our third time staying in the condos and first time in this specific condo. Everything was top notch. We had a great time. Except for the crazy rain storm that blew in Friday morning! Thank you and we hope to come back.

So clean and updated. Very spacious. We had an amazing time! The only request I might make is to have a spice rack in the kitchen with salt and pepper. We cooked the majority of the time we were there and had to score packets of salt and pepper elsewhere! But other than that...just a beautiful experience! The property managers were there within minutes giving us our wristbands and telling us about the property!

Condo was nicely updated and clean! Great location to the beach and bike rental place. Definitely check out Raw and Juicy at Alys Beach and the Farmer's Market every Sunday.

It was a nice place over all, the shower in the master didn’t have hot water coming but other then that it’s beautiful.

Nice stay and area. Weather was bad so it was nice accommodations to wait out the weather.

This property had recently been updated and renovated so the pics on the listing are out dated. The unit is much nicer than even in the pics. My only complaint was the master bed and the couch. Both not very comfortable. Everything else was perfect!
