The layout was great, it was clean when we arrived. They even have a vacuum that we used to clean up any sand that tracked in from our shoes. We had an issue with the bedroom tv, but the mgmt company fixed it right away. The only thing I would like to mention is that we figured out the washer/dryer closet had some sewer like smell coming from it. We ran a load with hot water to help move the "old" water that was sitting in pipe & that helped with the smell. Other than minor detail, we will definitely be back to this unit. The apartment was fully equipped, close to the pool and the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. Excellent location, private location with security and close to restaurants and attractions. The property seems to be well kept and clean. The only concern we had is that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The laundry machine was moldy and dryer was dirty. The closet in the main room was full of sand and there was a bucket with water and shells that smelled awful. There was a pillow missing and not enough bathroom towels for a family of four. We did not address the lack of cleanliness with the property manager, but they did take care of the pillow right away. We also had a problem with the AC, which was taken care right away.

The coffee table was not very "kid friendly" as it easily tipped and was a tripping hazard. Also, the washer had some mold around the rubber seal, but did not negatively impact functionality.

The condo was beautiful and SO clean!!! The master bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We loved that it was gated and we had an assigned parking spot. The pool was wonderful and perfect beach access.

The condo was very nice except the second bedroom needs updated bedding. The cleaning crew was still in our condo at 4:15 and left a few issues that we took care of ourselves. But the pool, beach, security was great!

About the property: It has been completely renovated. No expense spared! There is a 70" large screen TV in the living room that was an awesome bonus! We loved it!! The master bedroom: The mattress is an amazing sealy posturepedic, super comfy and awesome to have. The guest bedroom: 2 twin mattresses, also newer. Our guests said they were very comfortable. On a side note, I'd recommend getting new skirts/comforters...they were old and had holes in it...shame when the place is just so perfect.
The kitchen is very well equipped!! All new appliances and a wine fridge. Just awesome. Note, they have a regular coffee maker, no Keurig, so get coffee grounds.
Bring your own beach towels from home, there are no beach towels at the unit. The unit had several nice foam coolers and plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Super nice to have that option and not have to rent.
This is more for the rental company: It would be nice if we could rent a kit of cleaning supply's. We were there for 3 weeks and found that we needed to go buy cleaning supplies. Would be nice to have a kit for $10 to rent for the week.

The pool was heated and clean and just lovely! Due to COVID most of the chairs were chained off, so you had to get there early to get a chair. The hot tub is HOT and we LOVED it!
Best thing, by far, are the sunsets. It was smack in the middle of the deck. And right in front of building 9 there is a break in the taller seagrass and we see just straight beach.

Side note: the tv in the living room and master have cable and they are smart TV's, the one in the guest room is a smart tv, but no cable. The main tv, there was a remote for the roku and one for the cable, but we couldn't find one for the tv, so needed to hit input on back left side.

Simply perfect!!! We cannot wait to go back!

The floors are excellent, never felt or noticed sand like I have sometimes in other places. The kitchen has been fully updated with beautiful counters that provide so much space! The living room has an enormous high quality TV. The furniture throughout the condo is nice as well. The decor is right on with the ocean and beach theme but feels up to date and not outdated or cheesy. The bed in master was a very nice updated mattress, a little on the firm side, but still good enough for a good night sleep. Both bathrooms are beautiful with updated tile showers, glass sliding doors, waterfall showers, and beautifully updated sinks. The master has a huge dual sink counter that you can’t get from the pictures, but my wife loved it! All new kitchen appliances, and the nicest washer/dryer I’ve ever seen in a condo. Balcony had great views with nice furniture as well. The property is very well maintained...and in same great condition as it was 4 years ago when we stayed at another unit on this property. Beach is nice and not crowded. You have one covered parking spot under building. The only downfall of the property is they are a little too restrictive on what can be done in the pool which can limit kids activities when using it unfortunately. I understand some of their rules, but I do feel they take it a little too far (kids couldn’t even throw a little ball back in forth in pool). Overall I would still recommend this place and definitely recommend this unit! We will look for it again when we return!

When we walked in we were totally Blown Away with how beautiful and clean everything was! We came during the coronavirus so we're very concerned with cleanliness. We were not at all worried about the condo being clean. The beds were all comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for us to be able to cook our breakfasts lunches and dinners. The grounds of the condo are also very nice and the beach and the pool are just steps away from Building 9. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this condo!

This unit in particular, with it's beautiful new remodel, delivers in a big way. The icing on the cake was witnessing the very rare sight of a mama turtle laying her eggs in the dune right in front of our building.

The only drawbacks of the condo were the little feet I would hear every morning from the condo rental upstairs and the lack of a few baking dishes- which, believe me, I know most people will never need! The necessary construction happening on the other end of the building was also disconcerting and annoying, but won't last forever. This beautiful condo is comfortable, convenient, and worth every penny!

Resort Rentals was fabulous to work with and came through in clutch situation when our Airbnb rental was hideously dirty, outdated, and not as described in listing. Lands End is an amazing Resort complex with many options for activities. The gate house guards are friendly and the area is safe and away from the hustle and bustle of the area. Peaceful and relaxing. There is an older woman with blondish/grey hair who patrols the area and I’m not sure who she is or her role, she identified herself as a staff member but didn’t have a uniform on. Anyway, it’s nice that she walks around checking on things but it wasn’t nice that she profiled our son who is of mixed race questioning him as he was coming off of the beach back to our unit from the boardwalk. I was watching from our balcony and found her actions very disturbing. By the time I got down to my son she was gone. Great vacation overall! Looking forward to returning!

Read a book on the lanai, or just sit and listen to the sound of sea birds and the rolling waves. That's what I/we like. If or when we want a party atmosphere, there are places down the street and around the corner for that (Caddy's and/or Ka' Tiki). Lovely grounds, with a boardwalk that encircles the property. This unit was plenty comfy and nicely decorated, with an enormous TV in the living room! People at the rental office were so nice and helpful, as was the gal in the 'office'/'Club House' at Land's End. Restaurants we love are Sea Hags (Blind Pass Rd), and Skidder's (Gulf Blvd). We eat at these 2 establishments every time we are down there. My spouse and I highly recommend Land's End (we just spent Thanksgiving there). I miss the views.
