The beach view from condo was beautiful and decor in condo was tasteful. We liked how easy it was to get to the beach. The week we were there was chilly- we were told the heater/pump in the pool was not working so we didn’t use the pool. We weren’t crazy about being across the street from the shops- the music and traffic noise in the back bedrooms was tolerable but annoying- parking garage was not well lit at night. We didn’t feel the condo was worth what we paid- we have stayed in much nicer condominiums for lesser amounts. There was room for improvement in cleaning- back of spare bathroom door had finger smudging (not sure what is was but not pleasant to look at) and kitchen and spare bath had tiny red ants/bugs everywhere- if you left anything out on counter they were in it. Traps that were in unit did not resolve the issue and we did not call rental company because we didn’t want to mess with anyone coming into condo. Would also recommend getting a spatula to mix with, crab crackers for crab legs and garlic press. Overall a nice stay but would not rent unit again.

We were very pleased with our vacation rental.Perfect location and very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean.If I had any negatives it would be the unit has screens over the balcony so all of the pictures from the unit you could see the screen but the view was still amazing!We will be back!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Sandcastle Condos during our first trip to Anna Maria Island in March. The condo was perfect; clean, comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped. Even though it is located in a busy area of the island this was a positive!! We enjoyed very short walks to restaurants, shops, the clock tower pier and walking path to Coquina Beach. Our view of the gulf was spectacular. With the condo right on the beach we enjoyed the sand and water all day long and watched the amazing sunsets each evening. We would definitely stay at Sandcastle again on our next trip to Anna Maria Island.

Gorgeous views and very comfortable accommodations for two of us. Nice to have the large upgraded shower and kitchen. Liked the height of the bathroom vanity. Having one box of kleenex would have been nice; something to keep in mind for future guests. Only downside was proximity to Moose Club next door; not much owner can do about that. Glad we didn't have anyone using front two bedrooms; noise level from Moose Club & street noise was quite loud. Not sure if it would have helped if front door had closed tighter or had better weatherstripping to make more soundproof. Very happy to have covered parking under building & loved proximity to beach. Would stay again.

We rented this Gulf front condo for 2 weeks, and couldn't have been happier. The location is the best on the island! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, either on street, or on the beach. It was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. We had 2 other couples with us, and there was plenty of space, seating, linens, dishes, etc for our entire party. We will definitely be back. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on AMI.

Spacious 3 BR/ 2 Bath - very clean. The beachfront room was quiet but the other 2 BR's facing Bridge Street were loud at night because of traffic and entertainment across the street. Police action one night but for the most part I think it was calm by 10 pm. For some reason no hand towels, but plenty of bath and face cloths so we got by fine. Also, dish soap, TP etc enough there until we shopped.I can't understand why there is no recycling though :( kids loved the pool. It was small but just 8 units innthe bldg so it was never crowded. Great beach access but also Public Access so lots of people in that area. Because of Covid the wait times at restaurants were ridiculously long so we didn't eat at some of our favorite spots.

Our condo was nice, View was great minus the screen on the patio. Everything was nice & clean. We had a issue with locking our door with the keyless entry but as soon as I called they were there within 10 mins with a key! Overall great stay!

A Perfect Stay!
We can’t say enough about this incredible condo! It was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo was in the most ideal location; right on the beach, minutes away from shops and restaurants! The beach was breathtaking! We loved watching the sunset over the ocean from the screened in balcony. The condo was well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. It was clean, airy, and exactly where a vacation should be had! We will most definitely be back!!

This was a perfect place for our family Christmas vacation. The location of the condo was perfect. We were able to enjoy the ocean and the pool and were within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

Perfect getaway location
Beautiful unit on the beach. Steps from restaurants, bars, shops. Clean beach, gorgeous views. Grocery and pharmacy a short drive. Unit included beach towels and (no need to drag yours) chairs and umbrella. We’ll be back!

Perfection!
This unit was absolute perfection! The view of the ocean is fantastic, the decor is very tasteful and the fully equipped kitchen made it very convenient. Watching the amazing sunsets from our balcony was an added bonus we didn't expect. We were here with our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Being right across the street or within a very short walking distance from several restaurants was a terrific perk! We didn't have to drive anywhere! We have vacationed in the Carolinas for years but Anna Maria Island has stolen our hearts and this is our new destination of choice.
