The whole property is very neat and well maintained. There is such a large swimming pool which you can hardly find anywhere else on the beaches. The condo was clean and some updating works were also made in comparison to last year. The furniture is light and in good condition in all the three rooms. You can also find beach chairs and umbrellas in a cupboard.The kitchen utilities could have some more updating. If you book a condo in Land ́s End you need a car. The nearest restaurant (Caddy's) is about a mile away - convenient for a breakfast or lunch on the beach. On the opposite side you can find the Ka ́tiki bar - every evening live music (mostly really good one).The next Publix is about 2 miles away. The beach along the property is wide, sandy and never overcrowded. The only downside was in this year that it was never cleaned with the beach cleaning machines during the 4 weeks. The whole staff of the Resort Rental Agency is very professional and all of them are very helpful and kind - especially Janet, the office manager. Thanks for all of you.We can recommend the Land ́s End condos for everyone, but especially for people who are not too keen on lively actions and so.Anyway, we return next year again.

Any minor problems have always been handled promptly and courteously by the rental company. The staff at the complex do a great job in making sure that rules are followed at the pool. The condo has been updated with new furniture, TV's and WiFi. The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. Plenty of eating places in Treasure Island, St. Pete's Beach and St. John's Pass. Looking forward to going back in 2015.

Reviewer Comments: Had stayed at Lands End previously and had worked through Resort Rentals as well. This return experience was not as good as the first. Some of the issues are with Resort Rentals and some with Lands End itself. Will list items as they arose chronologically.

(1) First trip on the elevator it got stuck and i had to call for the emergency line for help. The response on this was fairly quick but getting stranded on and elevator is never pleasurable.
(2) The people Resort Rentals are using to prep the unit did not do a good job. When I went to get into bed the first night I discovered they had only placed a fitted sheet on the bed and no top sheet. There was not an extra sheet for a kind bed in the unit.
(3) The next morning a got a piece of glass embedded in my foot from a floor mat in the kitchen.
(4) Found another piece of glass in a floor mat later that day. Removed it before someone could step on it.
(5) Trash bags provided were too small for the kitchen trash can and were thinner than sandwich bags. When I tried to remove one it came apart and I had to did the trash and garbage out by hand and re-bag it. Went out and bought the proper kind of trash bags.
(6) New policy of charging $10 per person for visitors not staying with you is ridiculous. I have friends who live in the area that I would have liked to have visit but declined to do so because of this policy.
(7) The unit itself is very nice and very well equipped. My compliments to the unit owners for this.
(8) Paper products (paper towels and TP) are low budget and cheesy. Would expect better at a high end property.

I love the Treasure Island area and Lands End is a nice resort which is why I came back there again. Would like to see them make some improvements to eliminate some of the issues I have listed. Many of these are small things and I know everyplace is budget conscious since Covid struck but feel the quality there has decreased since my previous

We love the property and location. Our unit was clean and we loved the location of the building. The comfort of the furniture was the main drawback. The living room had very dated wicker sunroom furniture that was terribly uncomfortable for relaxing in the evening to watch tv. The Master king bed was firm which was too firm for my comfort but would suit others. There was major renovation going on in two neighboring rooms on our floor. The noise of the tools (like a jackhammer) used to take up flooring was heard loudly in many condos in the building. We couldn't even talk on the phone in our unit because of the noise. It would have been nice if the management group would have warned us or provided another room in the complex. You could not rest during the day at all or stay inside if rainy because the noise was so bad. This took place 5 various days of the 14 days we were there. The bathroom shower handle was not operating properly. They came to fix it but didn't have the right parts. The property owner put a hold on repair until they contact the original installer. Otherwise, management was quick to fix other items.

Beautiful decor and well stocked kitchen amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful, uncrowded pool area and gorgeous landscape throughout property. The gulf view from the balcony spectacular. We are usually there in the fall but this time we were there in mid May, too.
The unit is as described and was clean and comfortable. The ocean themed decor is very nice. Really the only things we needed and did not have were kitchen items such as baking sheets and large bowls.
We spent a lot of time on the beach and at the pool. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach and meals on our balcony.
We went to several nearby restaurants including Verducci's and the Taco Bus. Both were very good.
We would definitely recommend Land's End and Resort Rentals to others and plan to return again, hopefully in the fall.
