Well equipped with everything you need and more. The most amazing view of the mountains, with plenty of space yet still cozy. Perfect getaway for me and my sister and our partners. Good dose of wildlife who come up and say hello. Would come back for sure!

We had the most amazing stay in this stunning location. Everything was perfect. Really easy with 2 children (2 &4 yrs old) plenty of space and lots to keep them entertained, especially loved the wildlife that pops by. Will be back 100%!!

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was clean and spacious. Lovely view of the valley. Great sunset views and cosy, warm fireplace. What more could you want!

Great place for a weekend getaway!

Perfect romantic and relaxing getaway! We stayed 2 nights and did not want to leave! The cabin is gorgeous and well-equipped with many lovely little touches throughout! The views are amazing especially at sunset and in the evening, and best enjoyed in the spa! WOW! Will definitely be back again. Massive thank you to Susan who communicated so well before and during our stay. Can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing couple of days in Bela Viata - the view is second to none & the house so comfortable. It was the perfect start the new year, we enjoyed tennis, swimming, visit from animals and felt very much at home in this stunning property. susan was a pleasure to deal with.

The view was the biggest attraction and really is as good as the photos portray, lovely house and well appointed to keep anyone happy for a night or a whole week. I actually used the stunning backdrop to ask for my better halves hand and got engaged while we were here (Would be a shame to waste such a view!) The only detracting factors were dishes not being cleaned from previous people staying, a lot of dust to the point you could see our footprints around the house and a few little things being broken or in a state requiring repair. Probably the biggest detractor was being blamed for damage already at the house, thankfully I was able to clear that up with photos I had taken but no apology was given or any further communication from the host which is really disappointing and leaves a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. We were going to consider the house again for use and get married up there in 2024 using the house as accommodation but the lack of response from the host and the tone of communication has led us to find a venue closer to home.

We had a really nice time at the mountains. The lodge is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Kids enjoyed their stay. The views are just stunning. Very efficient communication with the host/property manager.

It was an incredible location. We loved exploring the area and making use of the tennis/table tennis and playground amenities. Will have to come back in the summer again to use the pool. The view was stunning and it was amazing how friendly and how many wallabies/kangaroos there were. One of us even spotted an Echidna. Great hot tub and sundowner memories to boot. The house was also well organised which made using the kitchen easy. We all had a great time and will remember our two day stay for ever. Thanks, The Levene Family.

People ,please aware and read my history : we booked this place for 2 night ,with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom as we saw it on stayz website for 1550$.. when we went there ,I just saw 2 bedroom it’s open ,when I asked why other room it’s lock because we booked for 3 bedroom as we saw it ,then the lady said for third bedroom you have to pay 400$ extra ,which mean absolutely it’s really really unfair .and she kept telling me for third bedroom ,I have to use only 2 bed in room ,not use other 2 bed …plus no WIFI(I believed the house have wifi but she didn’t want to us to use it . ,.no vacuum,aircon been fully stopped for 10 hours and we were freezing.so coast us around 1900$ for 2 days ,and 100% it’s not worse it..communicate Witg agent absolutely was really bad.this is for our experience about trip to this place .just want share it with you guys .please be aware about room and bed and wifi and price .

Lovely location and well maintained property. We really enjoyed our stay and the wedding at the nearby Eaglereach venue which was amazing!

What a beautiful place, lots of room & stunning views. We had a lovely relaxing time.

The house was fantastic! My toddler had a ball seeing and patting the kangaroos and wallabies. The owner was great and organised a port-a-cot for my baby. A wonderful place to relax, and mum and dad even got some time in the spa enjoying the view.

We loved the seclusion

Susan provided us with excellent service and was even so lovely to surprise us with a bottle of Hunter bubbles and chocolates! The weather was bad so we did not see a lot of the view but what we saw was gorgeous. We loved the big open space of the house and LOVED the wallabies that visited us every day! Hot tub was great! The house has everything just be mindful that there is no wifi and only Telstra has coverage, Optus and Vodafone don't have any coverage. We will most definitely be back, thank you Susan!

Our group was very happy with the house overall and especially the amout of living space indoor and on the deck. It was especially helpful with friends visiting from neighbouring lodges whch didn't have the same indoor space available, The resort facilities were a hit with the kids (pool and playground were used). We all enjoyed taking in the wonderful view before the clouds rolled in and blocked it off for the end of our stay. Children do have to be monitored when outside due to the steep nature of the cliff at the back of the house. The kitchen had a benchtop oven, so anyone wanting to cook substantial meals will have to consider if that is suitable. However the rest of the kitchen had everyhting else we needed. We would recommend this house for a lovely retreat in the clouds and countryside, with wildlife abundant on your doorstep and plenty of activites for people to enjoy.

As soon as we stepped through the door we knew we were in paradise ! Amazing home filled with everything you could need and the view spectacular ! From the complimentary bubbles and chocolates, the beautiful spa with breathtaking view and the abundance of wildlife, this is an escape we all needed ! Thank you Susan for allowing us the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful part of the world. I’m checking the calendar for the next visit already !!

Just before lockdown the Wife and I spent 3 marvelous days at Bela Vista. The house is amazing and the use of the spa even on the warm winter days was great, the combustion fire was great and the whole region was just great to visit. Would thoroughly recommend A++

We stayed 3 nights at Bela Vista at Eaglereach. We have been before and love it. The house is massive, huge wrap around verandah, spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, spa amazing, beautiful view and peace and quiet like you can only imagine. We will be back...its our favourite place to be. Oh and the wine and chocs are a really lovely touch. We cannot recommend more highly.

The views were spectacular, the house was well maintained and cosy. We loved the spa watching the sunset and the night sky. Bellavista is a beautiful place to relax unwind.

Beautiful cabin in the Barrington Tops Mountain. The views were amazing and the accomodation was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful weekend with friends. The jacazzi was great and we had so much fun on the tennis court. At the end of a lovely day we sat around the fire and sipped our wine. Perfect stay and a wonderful host.

Lovely place next to nature. Misty mornings, access to on site pool, play equipment, tennis court facilities and close proximity to walking trails makes it a great family friendly place to stay with kids.

This property looks absolutely beautiful. I wish very much we had been able to stay there, but unfortunately we had a family emergency which caused us to cancel last minute. Susan was lovely, even suggesting she would attempt to re-rent the property. My only complaint was the time it took her to respond (1 day), and that there was a delay in her re-listing the property because there was no one on site to change the access codes. It was a holiday weekend, so I very much appreciate her trying at all. We hope to stay some time in the future.

We had an amazing time staying at Bela Vista with a group of friends. The view was breathtaking and the house was extremely spacious and comfortable. The pictures do not do this place justice. If you are considering Bela Vista, don't hesitate! Book it in! We will definitely be back. Thank you Susan!

The host was totally fabulous changing my booking a few times with never a problem. The house is probably the best in the resort with absolutely everything you can think of supplies The views from the deck are outstanding as far as you can see.
