Nice pool area, sporting activities on site. Sport equipment available to checkout (no cost). One note, the grills are charcoal. Walk from condo to beach is 1 min, condo to pool is 2 min. This unit is in a great spot. The afternoon sun stays off the balcony so you can enjoy it in the summer. If you are on the gulf side you get blasted by sun. On the intercoastal side you get to enjoy bar bands playing until the wee hours. We opened the bedroom patio door and listened to waves all night. Saw dolphins most every night where the intercoastal meets the gulf. Saw a manatee one afternoon coming along the rocks. Under building parking is really nice. The only downside for me is the boardwalk around the complex. It's like having a sidewalk just beyond your balconey. If you are looking for high energy activities and a staff of people to wait on you this probably isn't for you. If you are looking for a quite, safe, relaxed, upscale, family friendly place where you have everything you need to take care of yourself, I would recommend it.

We saw dolphins every day playing in the bay which we loved. The property and pool were always kept really clean. The staff was very friendly as well. The water in that area is also full of life. We brought our snorkel stuff and found star fish, sand dollars, conchs,and a huge horse shoe crab. A few fisherman also let us join them in their fishing off the pier that wraps the property. We will probably make this an annual trip.

Hands down great property, great location. The only problem we had is the sheets on the bed, the bottom fitted sheet was not deep enough & would not stay on bed, frustrating. Could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo was so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped, except could use some wooden/ plastic utensils for cooking! The scenery was great! Going to sleep listening to the water on the rocks was soothing, as was drinking morning coffee watching dolphins and boats go by. Being so close to the beach was awesome too. I will definitely rent this condo next year!! Thank you!

The waves crash on the rocks less than sixty feet from the balcony. The condo was beautiful and was well equipped in the kitchen. The pool is huge and gorgeous as well. The only improvement we could suggest is a number pad to gain entrance to the condo instead of a key. The picture used on the website is EXACTLY how the condo looks! Hope to come back to this same unit in the future!

The construction of this building makes the noise from the people above you very loud. You can hear every footstep, furniture move, and anything that hits the floor. Other than the noise form above, it is a fantastic place!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unpleasant experience. Apartment is directly over parking garage as well as the elevator. Elevator had a malfunction for the extend of our entire stay, which caused an alarm to go off every 30 seconds 24/7. We spoke with property management immediately about the nuisance as well as the safety concerns. Emailed Resort Rentals about the issue as well - no reaction. Caused me to call Resort Rentals, but they waived all responsibility of Land's Ends lousy property management. Other condo owners and other vacation renters were also unable to leave their balcony doors open or even enjoy sitting on their balcony. Frustrating experience. Our family will not return and can not recommend.

Owners were easy to work with. The property exceeded our expectations and the beach was perfect (not crowded, quiet, soft white sand, clear water). The pool was big, clean, and a good temperature. I personally prefer an area with a few more tourist-type activities (mini golf, go karts, etc) but we definitely enjoyed our stay!

My only complaint was having no idea the area was consumed with red tide. A notification from rental company would have saved us time and money. Air quality was terrible. Beaches were off limits. No complaints about the condo itself though. The location and view were great.

This was our 5th time to lands in and 3rd time in this unit. The water is right outside the patio door and we watched dolphins and manatees daily. Our kids always beg to go back. Beds are pretty comfortable with a stocked kitchen. They also usually have floats and sand toys you can use in the cleaning set.

Really nice

This was our third time coming back to the area. We had stayed at Lands’ End previously in a different unit. We love it there . Our condo could be updated a little bit better. Other than that we always have a wonderful time.
