This apartment is in a fantastic central location. The apartment is on a corner position so street scene views all around plus great night time views. It has everything you will need for a few days and very prompt help from Max when we simply couldn't get the TV remote to work. He came over and fixed it within 20 minutes and then the kids were super happy. The apartment in the sunshine is bright and beautiful with full length full opening doors and Juiliette balcony railings for safety in every room. However being on 5th floor I personally wouldn't recommend for those with adventurous climbing toddlers, you will be extremely stressed trying to prevent their natural curiosity and ability to climb! For adult families and older children however I cannot fault this Apartment and we had a great stay. You will love the large central cooking areas, fabulous for social cooking and group chit chat, plus being high up it's noise free from surrounding Apartments. Exceptionally clean, beds comfy including the sofa beds. Ensuites, one has fabulous large bath with shower over and the other has a large walk in shower, One bedroom has a double bed plus large Sofabed, so great for sharing with kids. Plus large Sofa bed in lounge. Would definitely comfortably sleep 8. Kitchen equipped for pretty much any large scale cooking, ice in the freezer, bits and bobs the other guests have left etc. Tall ceilings, modern feel. There were 6 of us, 4 adults, 2 kids, it was perfect for our needs. Feels like home as soon as you arrive. I loved it, Thanks Max, we will be back.

The owner is very helpful and responsive quickly. The rooms are confortable and warm. The shower is great too. We liked the best is the owner provide the facility as much as he can, everything in kitchen and in the bathroom. It feels we are living in a friends appart.

its all perfect except the floor in the living room need to be fixed to avoid make noise at night.

The guy that management the apartment were so cute and nice, I called him 2 times and he arrived very quickly. I also ask for another blanket and he brought it very quickly. The apartment very cute and comfortable, very nice view..all great except the elevator

We stuck in the elevator.. We waited 30 min to the service to take us out. The next day the elevator didn't work and we had to go 5 floors with 4 kids.. and suitcases.. Also there are no forks in the kitchen so I had to call the management guy, he bring it after 15 min, but brought us one-time forked, he didn't think that maybe we also need to eat breakfast in the morning also..

The property is located right in the centre of Lille, close to the train station and close to the Grand Place. It is also about 30 minutes walk from Lille Zoo which you get to by walking through old cobbled streets, which was a nice find. Our stay st the property was comfortable and importantly the wifi was very good. There is plenty to like about what is offered, the rooms are quite large except the toilet, meaning that there is plenty of room for a family of 4 or 5 to have their own space. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking facilities, but there is no dinner table and chairs, rather a kitchen bench and stools. On a final note, the showers are very good. What little contact we had with the owners was very good and their replies were very fast, and their directions were spot on. Also, the building has a small lift which is very handy to get to the 5th floor.

While rooms, beds, lounges and showers were very comfortable, the decor was more akin to that of a bachelor flat, which is a personal taste I know. It was the finishing touches in preparation that detracted from the overall check in appearance. The iron left on the mantle, a broken frame on the floor in the hall, the vacuum left out and washed plates still on the sink. Also the kitchen floor needs to be relayed as every step you take creaks and crunches very loudly. Finally, while I understand the following cannot be controlled by the owners and is determined by building management, it should still be mentioned. The lack of lighting in the foyer and stairwells is surprising? Even in the middle of the day, it is near darkness unless you manage to discover the light. Note well, the light is a timed light and will switch off when walking down the stairs if you take too long.
