Everything was perfect. The only cons were there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and a few Ants. Other than that the condo was clean. I loved the decorations. It even had a humidifier! Minutes from beach!

Well kept and well stocked kitchen. Only thing we missed was regular TV rather than streaming service.

Had a fabulous stay in Boynton Beach. The house lived up to our expectations and fit us perfectly. It’s small but clean and cozy. Location is perfect for morning walks to the beach. Don’t miss Frankie’s pizza around the corner in the strip mall. Juan and Noora were super friendly and easy going.

The condo was great for my visit with my father. It provided great indoor and outdoor space so I could work and allow my dad space on own. The owners were easy to communicate with so it was a good week.

We loved our stay here. The property was clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the outdoor patio area lovely. We ate outside almost every day. We'd stay here again in a minute.

This property was exactly as described. Juan responded quickly to every question we had. The kitchen is well stocked. Having a washer and dryer available was very helpful in keeping the amount of clothing we needed to bring. Beds were very comfortable and having WIFI was an added bonus. Five minute drive to the beach, and just a few minutes to any needed shopping. I highly recommend this property and host!

After we chose the property we had family members drive over to check out the neighborhood. Their description to us was "the area is nice". Upon arriving we found the apartment to be exactly as the pictures we saw on the site. Clean and neat, with an appropriate beach atmosphere furnishings, excellent kitchen appliances, and comfortable throughout. The backyard was perfect for our needs. A large table and chairs as well as lounge chairs and a bar-b-q grill. The table area had a protective covering for dealing with sun or rain. There are a number of beach choices within a few minutes drive., with options for facilities, lifeguards, parking, etc. Around the corner is the inter-coastal waterway and a number of fun restaurants. Close proximity to I-95 made it perfect for us to visit family and friendsThe host and hostess were perfect

Juan was great and responsive - the place was perfect for my son and I to use for the week and we enjoyed the location - quick ride to the beach!

The apartment was great for what we were looking for - a place to stay with our toddler while we worked remotely and also in close proximity to the beach for quick visits. Juan was helpful when we ran into issues connecting to the internet. There must be a small hot water tank because it was hard for us to take hot showers in the evening. Also, we like our son to walk around barefoot and the floors appeared to not be very clean. Overall, good location and accommodation for the price. Thanks!

Everything about this was property and our stay was great. Our host was incredibly responsive, proactive, and a great communicator. We were here for three weeks and had only one minor glitch which our host attended to immediately.The condo has everything you need and is comfortable without being precious. Hoping to come back next year!

This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, tucked between Delray Beach and West Palm Beach. The property was absolutely spotless, a priority for me. I wish I could give it 10 stars for cleanliness, I am truly impressed. The kitchen was as well equipped as my own, which hasn't been the case in other rentals, with coffee, tea, salt and pepper and a few spices, plus blender, toaster, everything you need. The beds are both very comfortable and both bedrooms are spacious with a king in one and a queen in the other. There's a lovely, private back patio off one of the bedrooms with a shaded dining table and a sunny area as well, plus a gas grill and a charcoal grill and beautiful native vegetation. The leather sofa in the living area had a recliner option on each end & was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, we had plenty of hot water and there is a blow dryer for guests. A nice touch was two towel sets folded and on the end of the bed along with two bars of soap. There is a full size washer and dryer, and during my stay, there was laundry detergent. The best part of the rental is Juan and his lovely wife. I ended up needing to check in a night early and they were so incredibly helpful, even though another guest had just checked out that morning. I cannot say enough good things about this very nice couple. They showed me how to work the TV - so important these days when everyone has a different provider or system. There were many options, including live TV and Netflix. If you have an Amazon Prime account, Prime Video is available too. Juan even texted me during my stay to make sure everything was okay and we were able to use the TV and WiFi (wifi is great!). The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, it's about a 7-10 minute, very pleasant walk to the beach. Hurricane Alley is a nice casual restaurant a block away, and Cafe Frankie's offers authentic Italian - pizza is awesome. There's also a CVS on the corner in case you forgot anything. Just the other side of I-95 are shopping centers with Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Steinmart, Petco, a Publix grocery store, and many others. As much as I love staying on the water when I visit my daughter, this is my new go-to place to stay. I'm actually hesitant to submit this review because if too many people realize what a gem this is, it might not be available when I visit next! You cannot go wrong with this rental. Best ever.

We enjoyed our stay! Great getaway spot. We rented a car at the airport and we were happy to have the ability to explore more in this beautiful area. Lantana, Delray and West Palm beach are a short car ride and driving up Ocean Blvd is enjoyable! Juan was a great host.

The check in process couldn’t be easier, the property manager is extremely nice and available by text whenever needed, and the house was very clean. 10/10!

Lovely property with attentive hosts. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Location is close to the beach and still has easy access to points west. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Juan was the best, very helpful and a great source of information for the area. The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. No photo enhancements here. I was very pleased. Walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. Plenty of everything in the kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely recommend staying here and will likely be back next time I'm in Boynton Beach.

This unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Very clean bathroom. Property location was ideal. Easy access to the beach and 3 minutes from I95. There are 3 local restaurants within 2 blocks that had great Happy Hours and wonderful regular menus. Juan, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice little place, with plenty of room for a couple (or two couples who don't mind sharing a bathroom!). Juan, the owner, was helpful with links to area festivals and events, assistance with places to shop or visit the beach, and was delightfully accommodating with the backyard grill! We spent a blissful long weekend at this cozy little home, which was safe, clean, well appointed, and just very comfortable. It's close to a lot of fun areas, such as Delray Beach and West Palm. We enjoyed ourselves immensely - THANK YOU, Juan!!

We had three people for three nights and 4 people for one night but I was charged an outrageous fee for four people for all four nights. Then there is an additional fee added. I could have stayed at a hotel for about the same price but with daily maid service and breakfast. The place was clean but had a musty smell in the air. Maybe that’s Florida living.

We really enjoyed our stay! We will come back for sure!

Very nice area short distance to the beaches

Seashell A was a great find for my trip to Palm Beach County. I needed a place to stay in Palm Beach County so my brother and I could visit our mother while she was hospitalized in March. During high season it is hard to find an affordable rental near Boca Raton and Delray Beach, so I was delighted to locate this two bedroom gem not far from the beach in Boyton Beach. The duplex was clean and ready for my check in, and provided a basic set up for the week I needed to be in Florida. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the owner Juan is very helpful. While the decor and furnishings are minimal, we were comfortable enough and for the price felt that the Seashell was a fantastic value. The location is great with access to several beautiful public beaches nearby, and even a park that provided launching access into the intracoastal waterway for our kayaks. As a frequent visitor to the area, I am delighted to have found this rental that is a little off the beaten path, affordable, comfortable and safe. I'm sure that I will contact Juan next time I need to travel to Palm Beach County.
