Liebevoll künstlerisch geprägte Stadtvilla mit Komfort und Wohlfühlfaktor. Wer mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und von Möwenstimmen geweckt werden möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Katzensprung zum Strand oder in die belebte Einkaufstraße und dann zurück in die Stille eines südfranzösischen Traums.

Belle maison, agréable , fraîche, beaux volumes, très bien située proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Lorsqu'on a ajouté que les propriétaires nous accueillent de façon chaleureuse et bienveillante, nous auront décrit une location idéale pour un couple avec deux enfants!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison avec notre fille de 9 ans. Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité de l’arrivée et du départ ainsi que de l’accueil chaleureux. C’est une maison avec tout le confort nécessaire et avec un niveau de propreté très satisfaisant. Le cadre est très agréable: maison bien décorée, patio pour les repas à la maison et localisation parfaite - pres de la plage et de tous commerces. We've spent one week in Grau du Roi (2 adults, one child). We had an amazing time in the house away from work. The house was in very good shape, we had everything we needed. The weather was extremely hot so luckily we could use the Patio for having Breakfast and Apéro. Groceries an Shop's for Souvenirs were right around the corner. To get to the Beach we had maximum one minute to walk. The Beach wasn't crowded, so there was enough space for pleasant sunbathing and swimming. The Beach ist Perfect for Kids, cause in the around first 30 meters the Water was only waisthigh. There're enough things, which are interesting for family's with kids, such as Seaquarium, Minigolf, Renting 4-wheel bikes, etc. It was difficult for us to leave since we all had gotten used to be there but we also left very relaxed and happy. The organisation (info, check-in, check-out, etc.) was flawless and we all are looking forward to our next trip Grau-du-Roi. Thanks a lot for having in your house.

We have spent a fantastic time in this amacing and authentic home at the sea. The private garden in the middle of the house was lovely - and so was the balcony (although a little bit hot during the Day;0)). You can reach a very nice bakery, butcher and a supermarket within a two minuts walk. It is tantastic to have a run along the bay. The host couple livet next door and was heartly and provided us with good tips where to go and where to eat. We can only recommand this home:0) /Anette

The house is well maintained and comfortable a short stroll from the sea. It is in the middle of French tourist seaside town humming with restaurants and shops. The outside walled garden was completely quiet and an oasis from the sunny, busy main streets. There was no noise at night so rest was easy. Parking is in a car park (approx 40Euros per week) as the house is in a pedestrianised area. Refuse collections are daily-which was a nice surprise for us Brits who are not used to this. There is no air con which was not a problem in September for us but I would usually look for this especially in earlier months. There is plenty of kitchen equipment although there were not many wine glasses and they were not fine rimmed. We found it easy to visit Grande Motte, Agues Mortes, Montpellier etc We were struck by the different atmosphere of neighbouring villages and towns, with much diversity. We found the people of this region to be very friendly and the food was always good. We could feel that the owners had spent their energy making this house pretty and homely with some delightful touches. Other holidaymakers we could hear were usually French and ranging over all age groups.

Wir waren Ende August bis Anfang September Gäste in Südfrankreich. Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen wurden. Die Wohnung, welche eigentlich schon ein Haus ist, hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Ambiente war so wie wir es mögen. Der kleine begrünte Innenhof ist sehr ruhig und war für unser tägliches Abendessen perfekt. An Geschirr war alles was man braucht reichlich da. Einen Hinweis an den Vermieter: Die Gewürze und die Reste von den Vorgängern bitte entsorgen. Z. B. ein offenes Glas Nutella... Ich glaube nicht, dass die nächsten Mieter das benutzen. Zumal ja keiner weiß, wie alt das Zeug ist. Ansonsten war alles Bestens. Das Vermieterpaar hat uns auch sehr schöne Tipps gegeben. Z. B. Restaurants, Strände, Besichtigungen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiter! Vielen Dank nochmals an Emanuelle und seine Frau
