Lots of amenities and very rich furnishing (lots of couches and armchairs to sit on, billiards, ping-pong table, gym, plenty of beach beds, sun loungers and beach towels). Always clean water in the pool. Very good kitchen equipment (except maybe small bowls for cereal with milk :)) Lots of towels, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, air conditioning, waste segregation and very good contact with the property managers. This was our second stay at this Villa and we will definitely come back again sometime!

Wir waren im Juli mit unseren Kindern, Freunden und Familien in dieser Villa und haben im Rahmen unseres Aufenthalts auch dort geheiratet. Wir haben alle Räumlichkeiten genutzt, haben die Pools innen und außen genossen und fleißig Tischtennis und Billard gespielt. Auch der Außengrill bei der oberen Terasse haben wir gut verwendet, in der Küche wurde täglich gekocht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Durch den Kühlschrank im unteren Bereich kann man auch ausweichen wenn der obere nicht reichen sollte. Der Kontakt mit Guido und Martina waren hervorragend, wir konnten alle Fragen vorab klären. Vor zwei Jahren durften wir die Villa auch bereits vorab besichtigen, damit wir sicher sein konnten das sie für unsere Hochzeit die richtige Location ist. Es waren genug Hand- und Badetücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden, die Villa und das Grundstück war sehr sauber und großzügig. Wir durften auch ein paar Stunden früher einchecken, was für uns einiges an der Tagesplanung erleichtert hat. Danke auch nochmals dafür. Für eine Hochzeit ist die Villa ebenfalls eine perfekte Location. Wir hatten die freie Trauung und die Tafel abends im Garten, Mittagessen im Poolraum und Torte anschneiden, Kaffee und Kuchen auf der oberen Terrasse. Wir und unsere Gäste waren begeistert. Wir hätten keine bessere Villa für unseren besonderen Anlass wählen können. Einzig anzumerken ist vielleicht, dass die Bilder von den Schlafgelegenheiten nicht ganz stimmen. Wir hatten damit gerechnet, dass eine Doppel-Schlaf-Couch im Wohnzimmer der Dependance ist, dafür ist die zusätzliche Schlaf-Couch im Twin-Room auf der oberen Etage nicht eingezeichnet. Für uns ist sich alles gut ausgegangen und Martina hätte uns auch angeboten eine Lösung zu finden, hätten wir die Schlafgelegenheit in der Depedance noch gebraucht. Also auch hier ein hervorragender Service. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen dort hin zu fahren. Die Umgebung und Umbrien gesamt sind jedenfalls eine Reise wert.

Wir (10 Erwachsene, 10 Kinder) haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht!

Great stay for both adults and kids. Very nice pool and a great patio for large dinner parties.

We stayed in this beautiful villa with the whole family of 22 people, age ranging from 7-80 and we all had a blast! We celebrated our mother’s eightieth birthday and Marta and Guido were very helpful with arranging the birthday dinner from a local restaurant “I morte di fame”. The pool area is super and and all the rooms beautiful as well as the kitchen area and dining tables, both inside and outdoors. We were very glad for the two fridges! Umbria is a beautiful region and lots of things to do; Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Frasassi caves and more. The local supermarket in Collepepe is good and there are more and bigger ones in Marsciano. We strongly recommended this villa and it’s surroundings, and we were all sad to leave!

This villa exceeded all our expectations! Martina and Guido have been so helpful before we even set foot on the property. We recommend hiring a chef even for one meal at the villa, the food was delicious and service was impeccable. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious- it was able to comfortably house 23 of us and it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the indoor pool, since the outdoor pool was closed during our visit (end of October) but we cannot wait to come back during summer time. The grounds are well kept and the views from being perched on a hill was breath taking! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a small wedding here and the villa was beyond amazing. I can't think of anything I would change. The owner was great and even offered plenty of recommendations. It was perfect for our family and will be coming back to this area again some day.

Uns allen (13 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder) hat das Anwesen sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ruhig gelegen. Hat viele schattige Plätzchen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm kühl und alles ist sehr sauber! Buchung, schlüsselübergabe, ... liefen völlig problemlos. Ein winziger Kritikpunkt wenn man unbedingt einen finden möchte ist der zu kleine Kühlschrank.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les principaux sites de l'Ombrie et toutes ces petites villes qui ont conservé un coté médièval.Très bonne gastronomie sans etre onéreuse et très bon vin. Très bon accueil et propriétaire attentionné à nos besoins.La villa est splendide et rien ne manquait. Nous reviendrons dès que possible car nous n'avons pu tout voir en 8 jours.

Excellent experience - easy to book, owners v welcoming on arrival, v attentive whilst we stayed and the villa a delight. Everything we needed, even for 20 of us ! There were a number of places to see in the area - easy drives out for a day. And the villa so big you can easily take 20 and not feel overcrowded. A lovely place to stay - thanks !

We had a most wonderful week! The villa was just perfect for our large family - all 24 of us. The facility was large enough so that the children could entertain themselves with the sport facilities while the adults enjoyed the peaceful county side. We focused on touring Umbria for the week and never found ourselves without what to do and see. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to the endless emails we sent ( and were answered on the same day). This was especially important given the diverse interests of so many people. We also appreciated Martina, the local representative whose excellent English and positive attitude was always a phone call away; although we hardly had need of her help as the villa was in very good condition without any problems to speak of.. All in all the week was a dream.

Perfect place for a large group (we were a group of 12 adults and 11 children). The description was accurate, actually the place was a lot better than expected. The apartment was clean and there was enough room for everybody, especially the terrace was excellent. Service was also excellent, no problems with key arrangements or security deposit etc.

We were a group of 7 families and enjoyed the house very much. We enjoyed the well maintained pool area and garden, loved the cooking in the kitchen and enjoyed lunch and dinner on a marvellous veranda with sufficient shaded seating and large tables. Not to forget pool billard, table tennis and the gym. The villa has all amenities for a relaxing stay and allows daytrips to nearby touris attractions like Perugia, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno and many more.... The booking via Casamerina was simple and easy.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this villa, there was a lot of room for everyone and everything was working well. Location was good, short distance to many nice towns nearby. On top of everything, the view from the terrace is lovely. The kitchen would need some new equipment for people who want to make dinner themselves. The stove was not working perfectly and there was no electric mixer. Overall I would recommed this place to everyone.

We were a large family group of 16 who enjoyed every moment at this property. The outside space is the best part....large expansive decks that had multiple seating areas and fantastic views. The outside pool was great and the weather was such that we did not use the indoor one. The billiard room and fitness center kept the teenagers busy! The property is even better that the listing! Loved visiting the small medieval towns around the area and the different wineries....never made it to Florence!
