Wir waren schon mehrmals im Sommer in La Flotte und hatten für unseren Aufenthalt diesen Oktober ein für den Herbst passendes Haus gesucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Mit dem Kamin war es sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist windgeschützt. Sehr gute Ausstattung, moderne Bäder, alles gepflegt. Ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Hafen entfernt. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Un séjour très agréable dans une propriété tout à fait adaptée pour recevoir 4 couples. Tout l’équipement nécessaire est présent et l’emplacement est idéal pour se promener à pied (marché, port, plage).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison qui est superbe est à proximité du marché, les petites rues et ruelles y sont agréable. Quartier très calme, nous avons pu jouer au palets entre amis puisque l’extérieur de la maison le permet, le rangement vélos est une très bonne idée. Nous sommes prêt pour une seconde expérience.

La maison est très jolie, très bien entretenue, idéale pour des enfants bien que le dortoir ne soit pas accessible avant un certain âge (escalier très pente avec marches japonaises). Elle est bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Elle est très bien située. Dans une rue typique de l’île de re. Le seul bémol quand on est une grande famille c’est les draps et couettes à apporter parce que ça prend de la place dans la voiture. Merci à Mr Laurençon.

Très jolie maison, bien aménagée dans le plus joli village de l île de Ré. Tous commerces et marché quotidien à qq minutes à pied de la maison.

Charmante maison bien localisée. Une ou 2 petites choses manquent pour un vrai 4 étoiles mais le séjour fut très agréable.

Tres belle maison ou il ne manque rien en terme de confort, de vaisselles etc..... Le propriétaire est tres abordable et à l écoute. Je pense que j y retournerai..... N 'hesitez pas...

Maison parfaite pour un séjour familial. Même en hiver. Nous avons apprécié son confort sa déco sobre et bord de mer et sa cheminée. Référence à conserver.

The house is beautifully presented, situated a short walk from the centre of La Flotte. The garden is lovely and has a well equipped bbq area for outdoor dining.

Fantastic, quiet location and so handy for the lovely town of La Flotte. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We did not meet Alain on arrival, but met Monique the house keeper, who does not speak English and our French was not very good, but we did manage to understand that we could eat the figs off the tree: absolutely delicious! Thank you.

We rented Les Voiliers in La Flotte for a week in the summer hols, the house was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped for our large family group. Everything was as described in the online listing and easily accommodated 3 generations of our family! The garden, with it's shady areas, outside kitchen, sunloungers and fig tree was a bonus ... we made good use of the BBQ in the evenings!! La Flotte is a great base from which to explore the Ile de Ré, a pretty harbour town with the most amazing daily market. We found the owner, Alain, really helpful and he responded very quickly to any of our queries ... definitely a superhost! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Les Voiliers as a great holiday home for a family wanting to explore the Ile de Ré

We absolutely loved our week in La Flotte and the house on Rue du Temple was just right! A lovely house with lots of room, very well equipped and the location was perfect. Everything that we had hoped for.

WE enjoyed the great indoor and the pleasant outdoor facilities including an abundance of fresh figs. And if the cars are not too big there is room for 2 in the garage!! And just a short walk to the wonderful harbor in La Flotte and to the fun shopping street and the daily market.

We stayed in this place for the last 3 nights of a 10 day French break. What a great decision on our part... Sat Nav wise easy to find & once you open the gates/door a cracking place awaits you. Well fitted out, scrupulously clean & very well cared for it was a joy to finish our break in this wonderful property. A very short walk to the quayside where a number of good eateries & bars await & there is a supermarket a short walk in the opposite direction that has a lovely patisserie attached. If you have time try the specialist pork restaurant near the quay - sacrilege when visiting the coast I hear you say but wow was it worth it!! We hired bikes for 2 days from the centre also & I highly recommend you do the same, a very good way of touring the island as you have no worries regarding parking, theres also plenty of "refreshment" stops en-route.... Alain was a pleasure to deal with, great communications & extremely accommodating & helpful. We will certainly revisit this wonderful place again - fantastic!!

This is an elegant, well-equipped rental with plenty of space and a nice outdoor area. Owner Alain coudln't have been more accommodating and helpful and the location of the house is ideal - just a few moments walk from the shops, market and port. Highly recommended.

This was our second time in La Flotte which we think is the best base for a holiday on the island and this house was perfect for 2 families to share with the kids in the dormitory upstairs and the wonderful garden is a real bonus. The house is a short walk from the shops, market and restaurants by the seafront but unlike some locations in La Flotte, it is easy to reach by car and has parking. The interior is beautifully furnished and comfortable and we would recommend it highly. The owner was very understanding about a breakage too!

Very spacious house in ideal location, very peaceful but just 5 minutes walk to centre of La Flotte. Walk to beach in 15 minutes, supermarket 7 minutes. Nice big barbeque and table and seating outside in shade. We arrived on a very hot day and could not find the air conditioning, but the owner arrived the next day and put it on for us. The two cars park one behind the other which might be a nuisance if you need to use the car a lot. We hardly used ours, as we hired bikes or walked. The house is spacious with big windows and there is plenty of comfortable seating. La Flotte has a daily outdoor market and plenty of food shops and restaurants, so there is no need to go anywhere else if you want to relax and not get in the car. All in all a lovely place.

Everything you might need has been thought of and provided by the gracious owner, Alain. He even helped us by arranging the linen rentals.La Flotte is a beautiful village with lots of amenities. It is smaller than the neighboring village, but has more charm too. Bike paths and walking provided access to everything one could need or want. The house is located on a quiet street only five minutes walk from the bus stop. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable for our group of seven adults. The kitchen and outdoor BBQ were well equipped and of very high quality.The furniture was very comfortable and attractive. This was my first rental through this site but will not be my last. Everything was as described. The rental process was easy. And we had a wonderful time from start to end. Highly recommended."

"This was our second year in the house and it was even better this time. June was a good time to go as the evenings were light and sunny. The house is fitted with everything we needed - we couldn''t think of anything we''d add. The garden is large and very peaceful. The house is very convenient for La Flotte and all its restaurants, shops and the market. It is a large house with plenty of space for everyone, and with wi-fi now installed even better. The owner is really helpful and friendly and indeed went the extra mile when we left something behind. We are already thinking about when we can come for next year! "This was a lovely house very close to all the shops and restaurants of La Flotte. Great location. The house was well equipped and comfortable and we loved the garden with loungers. The garden was spacious and well presented. We enjoyed a few very ripe figs from the tree. The kitchen had all the equipment you could need. Overall a great house, wifi in place now will be a good extra."

"A wonderful house. Brilliant quiet location but close to shops, restaurants, harbour, supermarket. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that the dormitory room is up a very steep staircase and is only suitable for teenage children. (Too dangerous for little ones and ceiling too low for adults). Otherwise, a perfect stay!"

"We had a lovely holiday at this property. The property was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. We were a party of 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 children and we felt we all had ample space. The outside space is of a good size, private and with an outdoor sink and built in bbq facility. The property also has parking for 2 cars. The situation of the property is ideal - within 5 minutes walk of La Flotte and well located for exploring the rest of Ile de Re. All in all it was a great holiday!"
