This apartment was beautifully appointed, with wonderful bespoke wooden fittings and attractive decoration, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The location was excellent right next to the indoor market and a hundred yards or so from the Ville Close entrance. There was no noise however as the bedrooms were at the back and the windows were double glazed. Having a garage to park in was an added bonus. Isabelle was very friendly and helpful. We could quite happily have moved in for good!

L'appartement est particulièrement bien situé, à deux pas des halles, de la ville close, et des départs pour le GR34. Nous sommes littéralement tombés amoureux de Concarneau.

Le logement est très bien situé à l'entrée de la ville close de Concarneau et tout près des commerces. Séjour reposant, le logement est très calme le soir et la literie de qualité. Merci a nouveau Isabelle pour votre accueil !

Idéal à Concarneau
Tout a été parfait pendant notre séjour : l’appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces, du cœur historique de la ville, des quais pour faire des excursions en bateau. Isabelle nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux, l’appartement est très bien équipé, pratique, cosy, on s’y sent très très bien et les délicates attentions des propriétaires sont bien agréables (produits locaux , fleurs fraîches, ….), bref un grand grand merci pour avoir contribuer à la réussite de nos vacances!

Sehr schöne, toll ausgestatte Ferienwohnung, mitten in Concarneau am Marktplatz mit Blick zum Hafen. Sehr praktisch mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um die Wohnung. Sehr gute Atmosphäre. Ideal für erholsamen Urlaub in der Bretagne.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Stadtwohnung in perfekter Lage
Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern 10 Tage in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal, die Zutaten für ein leckeres Essen konnten wir direkt in der gegenüberliegenden Markthalle bzw. den umliegenden Läden einkaufen und in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche verarbeiten. Auch die Ville close mit ihren kleinen Läden und zahlreichen Restaurants ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, so dass unsere Kinder jeden Abend noch ein Eis genießen konnten.
Isabelle hat uns sehr nett empfangen und einige gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben. Außerdem ist sie die perfekte Dekorateurin und hat die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Vielen Dank Isabelle für die schönen Tage in Concarneau.

Appointments of the apartment and its location, over the top!
This apartment has been designed and furnished with obvious love for art and design and with the best of appliances and a terrific shower. The location could not be better, but realize it is on the 2 floor (means 3 flights but not a spiral staircase). Having a private covered parking space is a real plus. Concarneau is a perfect base for traveling the southern part of Brittany and this true home away, from home is a perfect place to spend quality time. The hostess (Isabelle) could not have been more courteous and attentive and speaks English very well.

Top Lage. Perfekte Ausstattung .
Einrichtung mit viel Liebe im Detail, viele Gegenstände von einheimischen Handwerkern und Künstlern. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Dazu mit Isabelle die perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons adoré la situation ainsi que le logement. Décorer avec soin par sa propriétaire. En plus elle est adorable. L'endroit est magnifique, bien situé, en plein centre. Pas besoin de voiture pour visiter Concarneau. Je le recommande sincèrement.

Appartement cosy décoré avec amour et beaucoup de goût . Très propre. Objets de qualité. Mieux qu'un hotel quatre étoiles ( norme française). Isabelle, la propriétaire, est exquise, d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Literie de qualité. Emplacement idéal, juste en face de la ville close. Nombreux commerces et restaurants. Nous avons passé un très bon week end prolongé ! Merci Isabelle!

un petit nid douillet
l'accueil d'Isabelle est chaleureux et l'appartement est magnifiquement décoré et dispose de toutes les commodités avec une belle vue sur le port. Nous nous sommes sentis "comme à la maison", rien ne manquait. idéalement situé, à 2 mn à pieds de la ville clos, vous pouvez faire vos courses sans avoir à prendre la voiture, les halles sont juste en face et vous pourrez découvrir les spécialités de la région. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans de bonnes conditions, merci encore à Isabelle pour son accueil et à une prochaine fois.

Appartement très joli et confortable au centre ville de Concarneau
Cet appartement est idéalement placé, bénéficie d'un parking à proximité et est très très joliment décoré. On s'y sent bien, confortablement installé et, cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire, Isabelle, est absolument charmante. A recommander à 300% !

Situation idéale dans un cadre idéal ...
Tres bon accueil d'Isabelle qui se met en 4 pour pour dés l'arrivée. Nous avions besoin d'un accessoire ...le lendemain matin ...à la porte nous l'avions ! L'appartement correspond complètement aux photos, il reste juste la montée d'escaliers à terminer . L'appartement est clair, une belle vue sur le port, sur les halles, une praticité absolue pour faire le shopping. Tout les appareils électroménagers sont des marques haut de gamme, la vaisselle est nombreuse est de très bonne facture. Il y a aussi plein de petites attentions disséminées (chocolats, galettes, cidre ....) Nous vous conseillons vivement cette location et merci encore a Isabelle pour son bel accueil. ...à bientôt ....

A lovely, well positioned property perfect for wandering out and exploring Concarneau
We were welcomed by Isabelle who was lovely, and very friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully located just opposite Les Halles (the covered market) which is open 7 days of the week and so convenient for buying the breakfast croissants and bread. Everything you need is provided in the apartment, even a couple of umbrellas (which came in very useful!). The beds are very comfortable, and the showers were lovely - such a change from the usual trickle in holiday rental property. The added bonus of a covered secure private garage is great. We wouldn't hesitate to recommmend friends to stay in this property, it really is a little gem and we loved it.

The property is in the heart of concarneau, no more than 10 mins walk from everything you would want to see including the old town, beaches, indoor and outdoor markets, bars and restaurants. Yet there is no problem with noise at all - the outdoor market set up immediately outside whilst we slept soundly! The apartment is really well appointed - we self-catered with some of the great produce from the markets and enjoyed the use of high tech appliances and quality cookware. The main bedroom is lovely, bed very comfy, shower brilliant. We didn't use the other bedroom but it looked great and we used the extra space to spread out. The secure parking was a great bonus - we were on a motorbike so could lock it up and have no concerns for the duration.
Isabelle is a great host - very friendly and welcoming and we really appreciated her flexibility on departure time and her patience with our attempts at speaking French!
