What a location! The house itself is fine, the layout worked really well for our group which consisted of my wife and I, our two boys age 8 and 10 and my in-laws. The bedrooms were very dark which was great for sleeping! The AC units in the bedrooms worked extremely well too. The real magic of this place however is the front yard. It's a huge sandy area with palm trees and a mostly private beach. The snorkeling right at the house was the best we found on the island, we spent a ton of time in the water there! The house is an easy drive to St. Anne downtown where you can find restaurants, shopping and a nice public beach.

Lovely property in a great location with a sandy beach. Everything you need is provided, and was all explained to us on arrival. Would be difficult to find, the first time, in the dark. Luckily it was light when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Loved our stay here so much. The host, Jean-Claude, and the lovely Leo were so friendly and accommodating. The beach is secluded enough to feel as though you’re on your own private island. Easy to get to St. Anne and main grocery store is a 4 minute drive. We will absolutely be back.

This house was perfect for us. It has a beautiful private beach where we swam sand snorkeled. The house had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. We felt we had the best location on Grand Terre.

We spent two weeks in this fantastic villa. 3 bedrooms were on the ground floor and the fourth one was on the first floor. The first floor was also where the kitchen and large open plan living area was located. It had more than enough space for two families of 9. The house is modern, smartly arranged and clean. The location was even more impressive. The house is located on a beautiful beach planted with coconut palm trees and other exotic plants. It turned to be our favorite place on the island - small private beach where all you could hear was the sound of waves. Shallow waters were perfect to play for our children. You could also spot a number of colorful fish if you like snorkeling. I would not hesitate to recommend the house to anyone and if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Guadalupe it is a place where I would like to stay again. The place is truly exceptional.

My family of four and our friends, also family of four stayed at this beautiful house. Pictures on the vrbo were magnificent but the reality was even better. Amazing!!! Beautiful, specious, clean house. We enjoyed our stay. Our dreams came true. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place! Amazing! Your private beach with white sand and snorkeling ready was amazing! Our best vacation ever!!! We love Guadeloupe!
