Beautiful home, wonderful for a family holiday. The swimming pool and garden are fantastic for the children and the house is very spacious and well kept. Big kitchen with everything by you will need. There is a lovely bakery just a 5min walk as well as supermarket which is very useful. The beach is world class and only a 10min drive. Overall a 5 star experience

Fabienne’s villa is absolutely fantastic and has an abundance of space and charm aswell as a stunning garden. We were unlucky with the weather but it didn’t matter as it was so relaxation to stay inside the villa, which was very tasteful decorated and had every amenity. Fabienne was a really helpful and responsive host - we would love to come back!

This property looks exactly like it does from the photographs. It’s clean, modern and very practical. It has been kept immaculately by the owners. Use of the garage is great for drying off clothes and storing bodyboards etc. Pool is a decent size and kept the children entertained. Fabienne was very easy to contact and very helpful both before and during our stay. The property is in a quiet cul de sac with a great boulangerie just around the corner.
We arrived in the middle of the heatwave so didn’t have access to the bike paths through the forest, but with children aged 8-12 this was probably a blessing, it was much better to go by car to the beach. Parking is plentiful and the waves are amazing.

Superbe location !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est parfaitement équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements et la literie très confortable. Nous avons apprécié l’espace extérieur : grande terrasse et piscine chauffée ! Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus et nous recommandons vivement cette location.

The property was well maintained with excellent facilities in a very peaceful location convenient for access to forests and beaches. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have a good bakery and a small but well stocked supermarket within a short walk. I would have no hesitayion in recommending this property

Really lovely house. Sparkling clean. Nice quiet area, lovely beaches to visit. The basin was great for little ones to swim. And the waves for the adults. Fabienne was a helpful host, she booked a great restaurant for us on the first night which was great.

La villa est bien équipée, le jardin très agréable et bien entretenu.
nous sommes à proximité de grandes surfaces;
les pistes cyclables sont vites accessibles.
pas évident de circuler en voiture en plein mois d'aout; mais l'emplacement de la maison est bien pour aller sur ARCACHON ou CAP FERRET.
Les plages sont magnifiques,entre 10 et 30 mn en voiture.

Idealer Ort und ideales Haus für Familien !
Wir waren 6 Personen, Grosseltern, Eltern und zwei Kinder. Das Haus ist prima ausgerüstet und eingerichtet, die Küche grosszügig ausgestattet. Die Piscine ist für alle, besonders für die Kinder super ! Beide konnten sich darin austoben und tauchen und die Kleine lernte sogar besser schwimmen. Die Grossen konnten lesen, ausruhen und sich im wunderschönen Garten erholen. Der Schatten war Gold wert, da es sehr heiss war.
Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen, besonders für Familienferien. Auch unser kleines Hündlein fühlte aich wohl .
Bei Fragen informieren Frau und Herr Lafont liebenswürdig und kompetent.

Alles in allem wirklich zu empfehlen.
Einzig kleiner Mangel, wenig Schattenplätze wenn es wirklich heiss ist.

Great Accommodation in Perfect Location!
Thank you Fabienne and Noureddine for extending such a warm welcome to your beautiful home. The house is perfectly situated for exploring the area, especially by bike, and is in close proximity of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bassin d'Arcachon.
The house is very well equipped for 8 people, with plenty of crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. to enjoy a very comfortable stay.
The pool and garden, with BBQ, are very well maintained, and with shops in walking distance, we enjoyed many lazy days at the house. Exploring the area, we truly enjoyed the seafood restaurants and market in Ares and Andernos, the shopping in Lege Cap Ferret, the beach of Grand Cohort, and the many cycling paths that are easily accessible from the house.
We truly appreciate the kind support received and would highly recommend this property!

All perfect - higly recommended
Except for the weather in the first week it was a perfect stay. The house is as beautiful as shown in the pictures and equipped with all what you need. The location is also excellent, since you reach it easily from the airport without going through Bordeaux, its very close to beaches, perfectly quiet and you a small supermarket and a bakery in walking distance.
We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 small kids) without any problems in the house. Only 8 adults would be a bit of a problem since 2 double beds are 140 only.
Finally the owners are a super friendl couple and we sure want to come back
