初めての品川でしたが交通便が良く ホテルが大型の為に色々な施設があり 良かったです

コンビニが少ないです

品川駅にとにかく近い。スタッフは親切。コンビニがある。

古い。同様の価格の国内外のホテルろ比べて、施設の割に高額。

何回か宿泊していますが　　品川プリンスホテルは　このホテルがエンターテイメント施設満載で　このホテルにいるだけで　何でも出来る施設だから最高です。少し時間があれば映画見れる　買い物も出来る　レストランも沢山ありますし　レストランで食べなければ　イートインコーナーも有りますから　それをテイクアウトして部屋で食べる事も出来ますから　本当に便利なホテルで　最高だと思います。日常を忘れさせてくれるホテルで本当に癒されます。

無いです

A very poor experience. Tiny room with apparently no noise insulation. I was woken up several times by people in neighbouring rooms and also by people making noise in the corridor. The hotel also refused to keep my luggage for just one additional night when I checked out, which I thought was petty considering that I paid a lot of money to stay for several days. Overall, an awful experience. It's definitely worth avoiding the 'bargain' East Tower. The main Prince Hotel, or other hotels in the area, are better options (if not very good either).

設備の古さは仕方ないですが、タオルのシミがついたままであったり、椅子の座面がほつれていたり。修繕できそうなところが放置されているような気がします。客室数が多くて忙しいのかもしれません。

I'm so impressed with their very kind and courteous response to my various requests. Appreciate the heartfelt service, not a manual.

Facilities are old and no microwave.

洗面所のボウルが汚い。部屋が狭い。コーヒーのサービスが無い。おふろの水がぽたぽた落ちる。お風呂の水溜めようのゴムが効いてなく、水が徐々に流れていく。エアコンの利きが悪い。部屋の電気はカード式の方がエコ。

The location is perfect if you need to have access to the Shinkansen for work. The entrance hall and surrounding facilities are great.

The rooms are very old, I expected them to be small but they were exceptionally small. The bath wasn’t clean, and the general feel of the room felt worn down and needed some refreshing.

The location is great, just next to the Shinagawa station. The breakfast is great and contains a great variety. The price was very reasonable.

The check in process was difficult. When I entered my non smoking room there was a strong smell of cigarettes, which I hate. The functions of the automatic Japanese toilet did not work. Despite all of the above advantages, I would not recommend. It’s possible that other parts of the same hotel are better since the price is different. Hopefully other people can comment on this.

The shower room was too small. The dust floated on the desk.

Did not have breakfast - location was perfect for early morning train to Haneda

The location is convenient as it is right in front of Shinagawa station with easy access to several train lines.

The check-in process was terrible. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to drop off my luggage at a special luggage room when I arrived. When I came back to do the check-in, the luggage room was closed and the staff was not helpful in finding the right spot. The check-in itself was on a terminal with a terrible touch screen that barely worked and required some "reservation number" that had never been given to me. The rooms are old and very cramped.

Proximity to train station and restaurants. Shopping. English friendly.

Rooms are very small compared to American hotels. May be difficult for larger guests. Hotel is generally quiet, but when neighbors' doors close it is clearly audible.
