Very well equipped kitchen (kettle, oven, mictowave, lots of pans & pots, good knives), clean, nice view. Special breakfast offers in the nearby restaurant in case you want that.

The only little issue was that we could hear the neighbours, so I guess the isolation could have been a bit better, but in the end that was no biggy.

Cleanliness was fantastic and the staff was very very friendly and great in communication.

The Mountain View room was a bit of a downfall as we had more buildings that mountains to look at from our windows. a better description of the rooms will help here.

Clean, ergonomically efficient. The kitchen is equipped with about anything you can think of. Close enough to the ski lift. About 200m uphill

Enforced checkin time.14:00 was respected without exceptions. I had 2 kids with me, and we arrived by bus, 45 minutes prior. Thanks to one of the janitors, we had at least access to the garage (warmer, and away from the blizzards).

Well equipped, clean, new apartment. Convenient parking space in garage below. Friendly people in the reception office.

If you're planning on skiing, make sure you can cancel the reservation free. Due to lack of snow the Klinovec Ski resort was closed during our stay January and we were not allowed to reschedule.

Super close to ski lifts and ski rentals. Nice apartment. Small, but clean and convenient.

There was no soap in the apartment. Even hand soap. The door handle to our hallway kept falling off every time we opened the door.

Walking distance to ski rental and the ski lifts. Great modern property. Ski/bike lockers in the garage. The full kitchen was nice for making family meals. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. The two we tried we're great.

The deluxe apartment only had one bedroom. The second room is the kitchen/living room with a couch-bed.

Appartement was clean and well equipped. Small infrared sauna and balcony to relax on the evening. Great location just few minutes from German border and Schönjungferngrund Natural Réservation. Good place for hiking and mountain bike.

The apartment was clean and newly furnished.

The so called "Mountain View" was in fact the view of a pile of show and the carpark from the ground floor. Although the staff admitted they know, that the car navigation often takes guests to a different address in the next village, there is no warning of this potential problem on the web page. It was a struggle finding and parking at the reception (with kids on board) and then finding the apartment itself with poor instructions from the staff. I did not appreciate their arrogance, when they claimed, that no other guests had problem finding the location. If the presentation on the was truthful, I would not pick this accommodation specially with little kids. What was really annoying, that we payed a cleaning fee and then were asked to take of the bed sheets and take out the garbage ourselves (no instructions on where to find the trash cans). This I refused. You could experience the typical Czech "service" - make most money with least afford.

small area in the appartment: one 36m2 room and nano bathroom+toilet. For 2 persons - OK. for family with children - no way!

really clean, modern and well equipped apartment. great location only 200 m from ski lift.

not so many restaurants around. needed to drive about 6-7km to Boyi Daz.

The apartment was really clean and felt quite comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen and an infra sauna. Walking distance to the bike rental store and hiking trails. We really enjoyed our short stay.
