We had amazing days skiing in Revelstoke and Kicking horse. The house was clean and net and very nice with all the amenities need it. Paul was very easy to reach and communicative all the time. I will definitely comeback in the future

Enjoyable stay. Easy access to everything and the hot tube was a big hit. Only complaint is there was no tv.

Condo was very clean, owner quick to respond to questions, slightly difficult to find in the dark because of directions that rely on color of building. Would totally return to this place next trip! Highly recommended:)

House is very well set up. The beds are amazing, such great mattresses & pillows- not common at a rental. Having the washer & dryer in the kitchen helped immensely when travelling with children. And the hot tub is fabulous. Proper hot tub hot, not Luke warm. Communicating with Paul is easy & he always responds promptly. Will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

An excellent place for a family to base their ski vacation out of. Kitchen was well stocked with a large dining room table and living area. Great value for the price.

Nice getaway and beautiful location!

Our family has stayed several times at different Aspen condos. The size of the units are perfect, the decks enjoyable. Location ideal.

We stayed for 4 nights, 2 kids and 2 adults. We paid almost $500/night and had high expectation. The condo is EXTREMELY WELL USED and outdated. Functional, however, many items were in need of repair/maintenance. Examples included: knives were dull, cookware was falling apart (handles loose), cabinet hardware missing, kitchen faucet loose and sloppy, laminate counter chipped and wore, dining room light only had 1 functional light bulb, dishwasher was very low quality and dishes didn't come clean, stovetop stained and marked, TV sound bar not functional...list goes on. Cleanliness - reasonable given the condition of the condo, however, the bedroom storage drawers were dirty and we needed to clean them before putting clothes in. Bedrooms are very tight. The "master" has a queen bed with bathroom, and the second bedroom a double, but little to no walking space around the bedrooms. Deck - snow covered and had a thick layer of ice when we arrived, not acceptable. When we arrived there was a tear in the bbq cover (right hand side near side burner). The property owner accused us that we tore the cover and charged us $56. Ludicrous. Positives - close to ski hill (however, not a true ski out as you need to walk up the hill with skis). Heated parking was nice, but extremely tight stalls. Decent hot tub. We will NOT stay again. Poor value. Very disappointed in quality and the fact the owner charged us for something we didn't do. Not recommended.

Rented this property for a getaway. The area was nice and quiet as the ski hill was closed. The condo has everything you need and a little extra. Was a great stay and will hopefully be back soon

We’ve stayed at a number of places, and these were the best beds we’ve come across! Great sleep, so we could get out and enjoy the surroundings during the day.

Everything was as advertised and expected. Appreciated the garage parking spot. Would stay again.

Paul's place was just as listed, clean, easy to ski back to, a short 30-yard walk to ski to lifts, well-stocked kitchen, excellent hot tub, garage parking and ski storage was convenient. Paul was helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We would stay here again.

Paul's place was a great place to stay for a week of skiing at Kicking Horse. It was well furnished and stocked with supplies for cooking and laundry. Very easy to ski-in and a short (150 ft) walk to ski-out to the main gondola. The hot tub is a really nice bonus. I would definitely stay there again if returning to Kicking Horse. Jim T

We’ve stayed for 3 days while on a ski trip. Great place, could fit up to 3 couples, true ski in (we skied right to the deck), ski-out requires a bit of a walk up, but hey, you need a warm up. We enjoyed the hot-tub, kitchen is fully loaded and grill was great for cooking few steaks. Will definitely consider coming back next time.

Ski in, ski out was great. Enjoyed jacuzzi. Could use some updating. Bed was indented and not that comfortable.

This property met all of our expectations. We had fresh snow while there and the view was so beautiful. The property is well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Paul answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely visit again.
