We had a wonderful time with our family of 12. We had issues with the A/C and ice maker but it was taken care of the next day.

Upon arrival everything seemed as expected, nice condo that we paid a lot of $$$ for since we didn’t allow much time to look around and mostly everything was already booked for our dates. After some time spent, we notice how poorly cleaned the place was. Also found mold around the Jets in the master tub, the ice maker in the kitchen was pretty gross so I wouldn’t use it for anything but coolers. Then there’s the grill. Unless you want to spend a day taking it completely apart and cleaning it, I would not advise planning to use it. The amount of grease build up in the bottom of it will easily start a grease fire once it gets up to temperature.

We have stayed at En Soleil for 12 years in a row, plan on making it 13 next year!

We were pleasantly surprised with all this condo had to offer. Plenty of space for our family of 8 with a huge balcony to enjoy. Our only disappointment was that the 2nd king sized bed is in one of the smaller secondary bedrooms instead of the second master suite and the day bed/trundle room is very small, but we were able to create sleeping arrangements that worked for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and appliances (although could more silverware & hand towels). All in all, the condo was very clean and spacious, and we were very pleased with our stay. We were there during spring break, but the location is well east of the main strip so it was more quiet and not over-crowded. The amenities were great with a huge pool area and easy access to the beach. We would definitely recommend En Soleil.

It is perfect for our family and friends. They just installed new windows and sliding glass doors. It was a “working” vacation and there were 4 of us using the internet at once and none of us had an issues or dropped video calls. They had plenty of kitchen pots and pans but the frying pans all need to be replaced. Was sad to see that the leather couch and chair had been replaced but the couch isn’t comfortable at all. The mattresses in the master and and on the queen beds need to be replaced. The 2nd king is very comfortable! But as I said, we will be back to this unit in the fall!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. It was a perfect size for our family of 8. We all had our own space with plenty of space for family games and meals as well. We enjoyed the heated pool every day during our visit. Enjoyed the area while renting a boat to go out sailing. We will definitely visit you again.

Reviewer Comments: Housekeeping:There were no comforters on 3 of the beds, refrigerator was dirty, there was mold in the ice maker and the filter needed to be replaced, there was vomit or feces on the carpet in one of the bedrooms and a foul smell in the condo. The living room rug was curled up on every corner and everyone kept tripping over it.Maintenance:There were 3 smoke detectors missing. I contacted ECD and was told no one would be out to replace the smoke detectors until the next day. Never heard from them again. I called and left several voice and text messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I sent an email on day 2 to the person who I booked through and they responded the following day saying they had been short staffed and asked for a list of the issues and said they would get it taken care of. I responded the same day with photos as well. I didn’t hear back from them until day 5. Maintenance finally came out on day 5 of our vacation (2 days before we checked out) and replaced the smoke detectors, cleaned the carpet and removed the area rug.This was a very nice condo; however, the management company ruined what could have been a wonderful vacation because they didn't care enough to take care of these issues that should have been taken care of immediately or at least the following day.En Soleil Resort: beware...many owners do not like renters and complain about every little thing. Security came by and said no one could vape around the pool area (though the signs only say "no smoking") and you are not allowed to play music unless it is so low that the person next to you can't hear it. We will never go to En Soleil again. So some of the owners are getting what they wish for, but I feel bad for those who do rent their condos.

This is a great property and location, not to close to all the crowds but everything you need, the gated entrance made me feel very safe and the all the staff were very polite and great to chat with. Beautiful views, pool and property!

Amazing condo!!!! This was our first trip off the busy part of the strip so I was worried if we would like it but we LOVED it. The condo is beautiful and there was plenty of room for us all. The beach and pool was never busy and most the time we were the only ones in the pool. We didn’t get to check in until 5:30pm due to housekeeping running behind due to a storm that came in but we completely understood those things happen from time to time. Communication was great with the management company and they answered all questions in a very timely manner. Condo very clean, stocked well with kitchen items, and very quiet. No complaints by our family at all and we will most definitely stay here again. When we were on the sea screamer he said En Soleil was the most luxurious condo at PCB and I can see why. This was our 7th condo staying in PCB and is now our most favorite.

Our group has been coming to En Soleil for over 10 years for a yearly Girls Week. Over the years, we have stayed in great units that were wonderfully appointed and a few that have needed serious TLC. I always read reviews to determine what to expect and realize that no matter how well an owner originally sets up a rental unit, one can never count on perfection. In reading reviews just before our visit, I was mortified to see a review concerning a bed bug infestation! So, I called VRBO first (absolutely no help at all!!!) Their recommendation was to check in, collect physical evidence (yuk!!), photos, and document our Urgent Care visit, and THEN they would work to have our party relocated (at our expense, of course). But then i called ECDI (the property manager) and spoke to Paula (picture the heavens parting, the sun shining and birds and butterflies wafting in the picture!) Paula was super helpful, assured me that they were aware of the report, explained how the unit had been treated, provided the name and # of the company that treated, and said if there were any place she would stay, it would be this unit. She also encouraged me to contact her after we arrived if I had any concerns at all. Needless to say, we checked in, the unit was pristine and beautiful and we found no evidence of bed bugs (and I looked hard!). I kept an eye out all week, but found nothing to be concerned about. A previous review mentioned terrible internet - we did have a bit of trouble connecting initially, but the first rule of technology is 'turn it off, turn it on, repeat if necessary'. It literally took about 15 minutes to connect, but once in, all of our devices (and there were a lot of devices!) worked beautifully. Lastly, as with all rental units, you can't expect to have everything. The kitchen was very well appointed ~ pots, pans, dishes, utensils, countertop appliances, glass ware, etc. Because I know there are a few things I rely on, I did bring a few sharp knives, my citrus juicer, and my favorite non-stick skillet. We could have used a few more bath (only 8 in the unit) and kitchen towels (only 1) and a pot holder (none!). Overall, I highly recommend staying here. We'll definitely be coming back!

We discovered bed bugs in one bedroom and reported. My granddaughter took video. We reported and someone came out and verified there was bugs. Also reported that we didn’t have wi-fi service. They reset wi-fi , and when we still couldn’t get internet service, they said we’d have to contact the owner, but I could not find the owner, so I continued to contact Property managers. Never was resolved. Exterminated came and checked all beds and furniture and discovered that the second bed in same room also had bugs. He sprayed both foundations but not too mattress since the spray not healthy to breathe. We attempted to get Property manager to compensated us for the inconvenience and the unused days, but as of yet, nothing has been done. Additionally VRBO was supposed to help us find another place, but my call was cut off and I repeatedly tried to get back in touch, by calls and e-mails, but to no avail. They had my phone number, that was verified at the beginning of the call, but they never tried to call me. I stayed on the phone more than I stayed in the sun. Overall, worst vacation I’ve had!!!!!!!

It offers a spacious retreat, amazing 180 degree views of the beach, and a quiet and idyllic opportunity to rest. My children love the quick access to the pool and beach. This unit is also close to local shopping and some great restaurants. Only two draw backs on this occasion. 1) the Wi-Fi box is in the unit, but has been unrealizable and has not worked during both of our stays. 2) the pool was undergoing maintenance the entire stay. This is a huge reason for our choice of location, and was disappointing after we planned and paid for this vacation.

The condo was beautiful overlooking the ocean, left plenty of supplies to get us going . There were so many things to do around us and the beach was gorgeous. CONS; upon arrival the security guard informed us pool was closed and had been closed for 3 months. When I reached out , the only response I got was it was up to the hoa to heat the pool? They started to fill the pool during our stay, but had it roped off our entire stay.

Stayed the month of Jan., loved the condo, was sad to see big leather couch, chair and foot stool were gone. Condo needs blinds or shades at living room windows, could not see t.v. in the afternoon. My daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters flew down from Ohio for 6 days, had a great time with them.

This was the best stay we've had out of many in PCB. We loved that the condo had large units and with a smaller number overall, so it never felt crowded, with no waiting for elevators, etc. The unit had a ton of space and allowed us to have our family of 6 as well as 4 in-laws and have plenty of room.

This condo was perfect for our needs! Very roomy with space for all! We traveled with an infant and there was plenty of room for his bassinet in the master bedroom. We loved the recliners in front of the windows to enjoy the gorgeous view since it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the balcony during our stay.

The handle fell off the sink balcony lounge chairs were ripped or broken pans were horrible
