First impressions great , some of furniture bit dated but comfortable, rainy week , everything was great for holiday, only small complaint down stairs shower had no curtain, had to mop floor every time as week was bad weather never dried out. Would highly recommend it as a great base , took pictures of mattresses, going to see if I can find some here , great sleep, owner is very friendly and helpful, came and put heating on, nothing was too much trouble. Weather was only real negative,

Room enough for a lot of people - equipment also by far more then adequate.
Kitchen and living room with their large windows to the coast and sea and panoramic view are the highlight of the house and absolutely overwhelming.
Pool, terrace, billard made it a perfect stay for us.
Every morning and evening we enjoyed a short walk to the small beach only some meters behind the house.
Franck is a very nice man and reacted immediately, when the dishwasher didnt work, there was no delay: thank you very much, Franck! This was professional service at it´s best.
I can only recommend this villa to everyone, who want´s to have a great time!

The pictures don't lie - the house really has a magnificent location. Frank and his team are very nice - easy to get in touch with and very friendly. At first we thought the indoor pool was strange - but it really is a good complement to the sea baths. A tip for those of you who are thinking of renting - bring a car - it's quite a distance to shops and by car you can really experience Finistére. Many attractions are just a short trip away! We long to return!

Second time here so impressed still with Franck’s property so much to do for the kids, and the surrounding area is beautiful as well hopefully will be back again perhaps a little later in the year as the weather was not very good

A well designed, tastefully furnished, very well equipped house with terrific views, located around the best part of town! Spacious and undisturbed property! Easy and uncomplicated check-in and check out, very nice contact.

We had a fantastic week in this wonderful house which is situated in the most gorgeous area with the most fabulous views throughout the house. The rooms are spacious and outside dining area wonderful!
We loved the quiet local feel of the place enjoyed the nearby beach which was a haven in both high and low tide and the village amenities including fabulous creperie!
Would love to go back!

Spacious and well equipped - we loved the house, pool, terraces, garden, games room and comfy beds. Superb location - 150m from a great beach and 5 minute walk to Le Pouldo - bakeries, bar, restaurants etc. Franck is amazing too - helpful with local bookings and even got jump leads for us at 8 am when we had a flat battery. Lots to see and do in the area too. Wonderful!

Amazing house and location
We had an amazing time in Le Pouldu. The house was beautiful and the location ideal. So peaceful. Franck was so welcoming and helpful before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this house!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage
Das Haus ist wunderschön! Der Indoor-Pool ist traumhaft und der Blick von den Terrassen ist atemberaubend. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) dort. Das gesamte Untergeschoss bietet viel Raum für die Kinder: Billard, Tischkicker und natürlich der tolle Pool (der Pool ist abgetrennt und gut gesichert, für kleine Kinder, die noch nicht schwimmen können). Die Terrassen sind prima ausgerichtet, von der einen Terrasse aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen, von der anderen aus den Sonnenuntergang. Selbst das Kochen macht Spaß bei einem so schönen Blick auf das Meer! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei! Sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. In jeder Hinsicht ein gelungener Urlaub!

Tolles Haus, tolle Aussicht, was will man mehr?
Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche zu zehnt. Das Haus bietet mehr, als man braucht: gut ausgestattete Küche, grosser Garten, wunderbare Aussicht. Die sanitären Anlagen wurden zwar länger nicht renoviert und der Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber die Anlagen erfüllen ihren Zweck. Wir danken Frank von Herzen und hoffen, bald wieder einmal in die Bretagne reisen zu können!

Maison très agréable magnifiquement située - bien équipée et très agréable à vivre - un seul regret l’isolation phonique intérieure n’est pas très bonne et donc la maison sonore. A part cela c’est parfait

Très belle maison,bien équipée moderne et fonctionnelle, mobilier et décoration de qualité et de bon goût, très bonne literie, vue mer exceptionnelle , nous avons passer un excellent séjour !

Un séjour idéal qui a permi de se ressourcer en famille
La maison est très idéalement placée avec une vue sur la mer à 180 degré depuis le salon . Les chambres sont confortables pour 12 personnes au delà cela cela devient compliqué pour les repas et les sanitaires.
Pression d'eau faible qui restreint le plaisir de la douche. Commerces de bouche et de proximité fermés en morte saison nécessaire de faire 8km en voiture pour avoir une boulangerie. On a regretté l'absence de vélo sur le site pour effectuer quelques randonnées.
Piscine de 12 m x 3 m particuliérement appréciée.

Vacances de rêve dans un environnement idyllique
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille dans votre superbe maison : cuisine et living - très spacieux et aménagés avec beaucoup de goût - avec vue imprenable sur l’océan; bon confort des chambres ... salle de jeux et piscine très sympa !Comme la météo était excellente, nous avons pu également profiter des deux belles terrasses et du grand jardin.
Un tout grand merci à M. Franck Flatres pour la gentille attention à notre arrivée ainsi que pour l'accueil.

Lovely property in a wonderful location
The whole family including my young grandaughter enjoyed a lovely week at this fabulous house which enjoys views of the sea from most rooms. It is well furbished and equipped and, together with a big garden the games room and swimming pool, made it ideal for all the family. Thank you Franck we all had a marvellous holiday at your lovely house.

Villa superbe, idéalement placée sur le bord de l'océan!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa aux prestations luxueuses. De grandes chambres, une grande cuisine, une table de salle à manger immense et un salon avec la vue splendide de l’océan sur 180 degrés. Se rajoute une belle salle de jeux, donnant sur une piscine d'intérieure aux dimensions et à la température idéale.
Vous êtes certain de passer un séjour au calme, sans aucun dérangement ni vis-à-vis.
Les dimensions permettent de séjourner à plusieurs sans se marcher dessus.
Nous la recommanderons !
De plus, le propriétaire est facilement joignable et la personne qui accueille est agréable.

VILLA VUE SUR MER MAGNIFIQUE ......
Très belle maison ,équipement et décoration design , très bien équipée rien ne manque . nous avons bien profité de la piscine intérieure et de la vue ,très belle promenade aux alentours a faire a pied .
Franck est très a l’écoute et disponible , très bon contact , nous reviendrons pour nos prochaines vacances .
