Easy walk to the village, well-equipped, nicely decorated, AC works, as advertised, responsive host. Thinking about re-booking.

Absolutely amazing property on the edge and certainly within easy walking of a wonderful town. House was so well equipped, spacious and provided everything and more than we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

We had an incredible time at the villa! Everything about it was amazing. Immaculately clean - Huge!! The furniture and the way it was decorated was out of this world. It's definitely one of the best places we have stayed in. The location is excellent and the town of the beautiful, idyllic Uzes is a nice 15 minute walk, which we did daily for some delicious lunch. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms and dressing were very luxurious. The outdoor space was lovely and the sunsets were to die for! The heated pool was everything you could ever dream of and our girls were in it from dusk to dawn! We loved it being inside, so we were protected from the sun but because all the doors opened so wide, you felt like you were outside! The main part of the villa has two bedrooms, sleeping 4 people and then you need to go outside and down some steps to the other bedroom, smelling beautiful from the Lavender plants. This worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living space was huge. The garage where we parked two hire cars all week had 2 washing machines and tumble dryer. We would defiantly recommend this and would love to return one day. The villa has a large locked gate to it, making us feel very secure and safe at all times. Don't hesitate to book this. Thankyou for our amazing week. We didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful ten days in Uzes. Perfect base to explore the town but also surrounding villages. Highly recommended.

We have been visiting France for more than 25 years and this house is the best we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could want, all of a very high quality. The outside space is perfect for "al fresco" dining and catching either the sun all day or the shade if that is your preference. The pool is fantastic in either an indoor or outdoor environment if you open the patio doors. Air conditioning in the living spaces makes living and sleeping in the house very comfortable. As a location it is wonderful. Easy access by car. Supermarket 2 mins away by car as is Uzes. The walk into Uzes is easily manageable in 15 mins on safe roads. We walked into town a couple of times a day if not out and about seeing the area. An easy stroll for lunch and also for an evening drink in the Place aux Herbes watching the world go by. The house offers everything it says on the web site. Nothing disappoints.

Magnifique maison décorée avec goût dans laquelle nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. De plus, la situation de la maison est idéale pour profiter d'Inès et ses environs.

An ultra modern house with a lovely homely feel. The living area and kitchen air conditioned all the time made a comfortable escape from the heat of the day. The kitchen had everything you needed and we enjoyed eating out on the terrace in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The swimming pool was delightful except that the tiles if wet were very slippery . The only criticism l had was that the television only had basic French TV, and the box for the other Chanel’s did not work so our husbands, huge sports fans were not able to watch. Overall we had a wonderful time, thank you.

La villa était magnifique, l'accueil charmant, tous les détails ont été appréciés. La piscine de belle dimension et très sécurisante de par sa profondeur nous a comblé. L'ascenseur entre le garage et la cuisine est un vrai plus pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La décoration et la qualité des mobiliers sont à la hauteur de la prestation. If you are looking for a very nice, relaxing place, this is it. The place was spotless! The attention to detail is just incredible. Herve is such an excellent host, he was always available if we needed anything. and he went out of his way to make sure the house has everything you need for you to have a good time! Maison et piscine très agréable

Très agréable séjour dans cette grande propriété très bien entretenue. Piscine très agréable, nombreux espaces pour se poser, jolie décoration, clim... Linge de maison fourni, ménage inclus, café à dispo... un vrai séjour clé en main, tout confort!

What a place! We had an amazing time at this property. It is simply gorgeous and incredibly well appointed. Whoever put it together is really practically minded as well as into interior design. We will definitely be back here we enjoyed it so much. Perfect for a lovely BBQ or walk into town for a delightful meal!

Magnifique villa, très bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. Centre d'Uzès à plus ou moins 10 minutes à pied.La piscine est un grand plus, séjour plus que parfait, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Tres belle maison, identique aux photos. Cependant à l étage il n y a que 2 chambres à coucher (très jolies). Le studio indépendant n est pas relié, c est une entrée indépendante (pas idéal pour y loger des jeunes enfants). L annonce ne mentionne pas qu au rez séjourne un locataire à l année (très discret que nous n avons jamais vu) - d abord surpris en arrivant, nous l avons totalement oublié des le premier jour. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Tout est dans le titre Nous étions un groupe de 6 adultes et 3 enfants. Maison très bien située, à proximité de tous les "lieux touristiques de la région". Parfaitement pensée ! Les espaces nuits sont splendides et bien séparés des espaces de vie, ce qui permet à chacun de mener ses activités au mieux. L'ensemble de la maison semble neuve, tant l'entretien est de qualité. Nous avons été particulièrement charmé par l'équipement de très grande qualité, que ce soit dans le linge de maison, dans le mobilier des terrasses ou encore dans la cuisine. Les espaces extérieurs sont charmants et bien entretenus. Enfin, la propreté est irréprochable (dessus des portes, dernière assiette de la pile... tout est parfait). La piscine, chauffée et très bien éclairée de nuit est un vrai plus. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil pro et chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cette location.L'administrateur M. de Maulmont a été charmant et attentionné et la région est très belle. We absolutely loved this wow of a property, staying here with our grown up children for a fortnight. It's like something from a magazine and we intend to return! The main living area is like an apartment... all on one level on the upper floor of the property. The main entrance is straight into the swimming pool in the middle of the property with a large open plan kitchen/diner/living room at one side of the pool and two double bedrooms with en suites on the other side of the pool. The third double bedroom is a studio room with kitchenette and shower room that requires you to go outside and down to the lower floor to access it - there is no access from the upper floor. The property is well-equipped, and smartly furnished. Views across the Cevennes from the balcony that runs the full length of the upper level are great, especially at sunset. There is loads of parking space both outside and in the huge garage which we ended up calling the batcave. The garage, which is also the laundry area, can be accessed by a lift from the main living area and our large estate car looked miniscule in it! Hervé speaks great English and was very friendly and helpful. While the upper floor bedroom area is well cooled by an under-floor system, there is no air conditioning in the main living area which can make it uncomfortable once the big windows are closed. This property is probably not suited to young children due to the open bars on the balcony balustrade and because moving between the living and sleeping areas requires you to walk alongside the swimming pool which is over a metre deep at the shallow-end.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison très bien équipée et décorée où l'on se sent bien et dont la piscine intérieure est évidemment un des atouts clés. Difficile de la quitter ! Un grand merci à Hervé pour son accueil !

Une très belle maison avec de très beaux espaces et des équipements de qualité. Situation idéale pour profiter d'Uzès à pieds (Environ 800 m de la place aux herbes). Le coucher de soleil sur les Cévennes est splendide. Un contact sur place extrêmement sympathique et disponible en cas de besoins. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

House is of high Quality, very nice and clean. Pool really nice, good (walking) distance to uzes center. Surroundings of Uzes are also very beautiful, many activities possible. We spent wonderful holidays in this superbe setting.

Cette belle villa, située au calme, jouit d'une superbe vue. Proche du centre d'Uzès (moins d'1 km), elle permet de s'y rendre à pieds, ce qui est très pratique en période estivale. La location est en tous points conforme aux photos et à la description : villa très spacieuse, mobilier et cuisine de qualité, le tout remarquablement bien décoré. Les chambres sont vastes, la literie est excellente. Tout est très propre et fonctionnel. La piscine intérieure est très agréable. A noter tout particulièrement l'accueil d'Hervé qui gère la location et qui fait le maximum pour que tout soit parfait, merci pour ses bons conseils (1 bouteille de champagne offerte à notre arrivée). Pour tout cela, nous recommandons vivement cette maison.
