It's clean, sufficient space in rooms and outdoors. Everything is present for a nice stay. Even the "ordered" weather was great :)

Communication with Patrick was excellent prior to our holiday as was communication with Michele on site during our holiday (although neither of us spoke each others language, Michele is an expert with Google Translate). The villa is accurately described - it is very well equipped and everything is in excellent working order. The pool was a lovely temperature and as with everything else it was immaculate.The location is very convenient with a short walk into town where there are plenty of shops, restuaruants and bars. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to return for another holiday in the future. If you were looking to make improvements for an even better stay, some cushions on the sunbeds would be great. Also some instructions on how to deal with recycling - we only discovered where the recycling centre was when we took a wrong turn in the car one day!

Pro's: 1. The house was a convenient 8 minute walk to town. 2. The home was very clean. 3. The caretaker, Michel was an absolute doll. 4. The pool and outside area was pretty. 5. Secure parking. 6. The host, Patrick was quick to answer emails. 7. Nice welcome of wine & snack. Con's: 1. House advertises AC (which is why we chose it), but it rarely came on, because it's locked at 25C (77F). When we asked for it to be lowered at night, we were told by Patrick that it's against the law in France to set lower. When we pointed out it's not true for privately owned businesses and homes, we were then told that the technician couldn't come out due to an accident. 2. The rooms are VERY small, which doesn't show in the pictures. 3. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is a separate section outside of the main home, which is a hassle. 4. When you leave each day you have to unlock with different keys the house door, the sliding glass door (if someone is staying in the outer bedroom), the property gate, and another gate for driveway. You set the alarm. Then you have to re-lock them all w keys. When you return you go through the whole process again twice. It's a bizarre, tedious, set up if you want the house secure. 5. There was used soap bars in the bathrooms, no other basic soaps, laundry or dish soap, had to buy more toilet paper. No xtra trash bags. Linens low end. House was fine, but for the price we expected AC & commonly supplied items.

We had a wonderful week at this property , it was very clean and tidy. The outside space is perfect with the covered eating area, great bbq with kitchen and lounge area with fridge. There is plenty of shade by the pool but the pool stays in the sun so it is the perfect temperature. The house is in a quiet area of town but easy walking distance to all of the great restaurants, bars, shops and markets. Communication with Patrick was superb and Michele was great, greeting us early morning with croissants, after our long drive trough the night. Thank you .

We spent a week here, a family group ranging from 10 years old to 62 years and it was perfect. Very well- equipped, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time each day outside by the pool as it was so hot. Location wise, it was an easy walk into the very pretty town centre with lots of restaurants, boutiques and shops so we were very happy with the location too. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

De accomodatie past perfect voor een gezelschap van 8 personen. Er is veel privacy, voldoende ruimte binnen en buiten. Alles is voor handen om een zorgeloze vakantie te vieren.

Cette propriété est très bien située, proche du centre de L'isle sur la sorgue. Elle est par ailleurs très bien entretenue et bien équipée !! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et bien visité la région. Merci, particulièrement à Madame Michèle très accueillante et très discrète. Nous reviendrons sûrement avec grand palaisir !!
