This house had plenty of room for us and everything was well stocked. The kitchen had a variety of cooking supplies as well as spices, oils, and paper towel. There were tons of towels for us to use and the game cabinet was well stocked too.
We enjoyed the pool and beach. We found everyone to be helpful and friendly.
I would definitely come back.

We just stayed at Dan & Nicole's house and it was great! We had two families, and there was plenty of room for everyone! The upstairs is a great communal living area - there's a comfy living room with pool/ping-pong table for the kids, and there's a nice big dining table for the family to sit down at. The bedrooms are a little tight, but that's because they've put in nice, big, comfy beds into the room to accomodate lots of people. Overall a great stay, and we would definitely go back!

It was a rainy week but our stay was great just the same! We played games and shot pool and just had a great time with family and friends. The weather finally got better our last 2 days and our grandsons got to enjoy the lake and the pool. I highly recommend staying here!!

We have stayed in more than a dozen places up and down the esat coast this place was the worst we have ever stayed in. The place was not just dirty but it was filthy the rugs and the bedrooms wete moldy and the the housesmelled of mold. I would not recommend to anyone

My only con was the amount of TV’s for 6 adults, 2 teens, and a 2 1/2 year old to compromise on what was watched. The pro’s were not having to worry about linens, proximity to activities in the area, and distance from Montgomery County, PA to this location being relatively close. The owners were great communicators as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Comfy, pet friendly house in Poconos
We really enjoyed Daniel and Nicole's house in the Poconos. We were close to everything and could comfortably bring our dog, too! Thanks for the great place to stay!

Perfect home to stay for friends and family!!
Perfect place to stay for friends and family!! Homeowners were super informative and communicative. We’ve stayed in other homes but this one has felt the most comfortable and it was mostly due to the positive demeanor and way homeowner communicated. Home had a great layout and is well equipped for all ages. Kitchen and dining table were perfect for cooking and gathering together for meals. Entertainment was great for either plugging or unplugging from the world 😜 we would definitely go back.

Our family had the pleasure to rent Dan's home for 6 days. It was absolutely perfect!! The community was great and peaceful. The house was really picture perfect. Was so great to always see deer on the property or a few houses down . There was also plenty of games. It was so sad knowing we had one last night there.
It felt like it was home and even my kids did not want to leave. Dan the host was so great every step of the way. He answered all questions we had before and after booking. He let us know he was always there if we needed him. He was such a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely rent his house in the future. Thank you so much Dan for letting stay at your lovely home.

Beautiful home!
My friends and I stayed at this lovely home for our New Years weekend getaway. The home is clean, cozy, and has the perfect open concept to host any gatherings. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor while the family and dining rooms along with the kitchen are on the second floor. It has two bathrooms which were both very clean. The home has a pool table which is also great! Dan is super responsive to all questions and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend this property for your future stay.
