We were happy with the inside of this property but the outside needs repairs. Deck was very small and not shaded, gutters were overloaded with leaves. Back door very hard to open as the track is loose. The lake/pool area was very dirty and the beach was not cleaned. Some neighbors feed the geese and swan which is causing a lot of dirt. The first note on the front door told us not to walk on the neighbors grass and the police would be called and we would be fined up to $2,500 and 2 years in prison. If you walk to the lake on the other side of the street, facing traffic there is a small walkway. When returning again, facing traffic there is no walkway so to avoid being hit by a car you need to walk on the neighbors grass. I assume that this is the issue. The traffic was all day and all night in front of this house.. Also, the inside of the house was cold even when put the air conditioning at 75. basement bedroom very cold. They need to re-zone the heating and cooling.

The location and the cleanliness of f the house is good but two issue that ruined our experience were: 1) the washer drains to a sink that was clogged when we checked in. We needed to empty it multiple times to use the washer and it was GROSS! 2) there are two bedrooms in the lower level/ basement that is significantly cooler than the upper floor. There was no space heater provided either. The family that stayed with n the lower level has disturbed sleep all the nights we stayed there.

The house was very clean, nicely furnished, and there was plenty of space. Stayed with a group of 10 coaches and it was perfect.

The outside of the house was deceiving but once you walked in everything was beautiful. The home was nice and in a great locatiion for all the activities that we wanted to do.

The exterior absolutely is not indicative of the interiors, and quite deceiving! The house is a nice size and worked well for the size of our group. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and nice dinnerware for all of us to use, including serving dishes and decent pots for any cooking that we did. Dishwasher + French door refrigerator was an added bonus. It was 5 mins from Kalahari and about 15 minutes from Camelback. Great location! Our only disappointment was that there was only 1 TV in only one of the 5 bedrooms. There are 3 TV’s total: 1 in the family room adjacent to the kitchen + 1 in the game room/basement family area and 1 in the basement bedroom. On the plus side, the game room basement was nicely appointed and wonderful for the kids to hang in! The owner was by far the most responsive I have worked with, and very accommodating. It was a terrific weekend and I highly recommend this house for a group of 12 or less! You won’t be disappointed.

Upstairs is spacious, the kitchen a bit smaller than in photos, but has everything you need. Really clean and linens/ towels included was perfect. This home is great on the inside. It came with all the cookware and supplies we needed. The linens and towels were a great touch. Internet was fine. Fire pit was AMAZING! The lake is a 3 minute walk down the street and is a fun spot to go to. We bought a grill from Walmart as it was simpler to use and cheaper than refilling the propane tank.

This recently renovated house was really nice. It was equipped with all the amenities a family would need while staying in a home away from home. The location was great, it was close to Kalahari, the outlets and other attractions. The front of the house does need some curve appeal. All in all my family and I enjoyed the house.

Nicely renovated interior on a house that suited our family needs. The house was clean, kid friendly, and had all the amenities for our cooking needs. Fun family room was a hit for the kids and adults. Sun was attentive and very acoommodating. Very close to Kalahari and only few minutes from the outlets. Front exterior should be their next update but doesn't take away from the porch/patio they have in the back which was also new with a clean grill.
