Great time, loved the house, location and facilities.

Over all a very good stay. The house is in a great location close to beaches, shops and everything else Dunsborough has to offer. We enjoyed the wildlife with many species of birds, and kangaroos visiting the property daily. Pre-trip communication with the property manager was a bit challenging at times, but once we arrived everything went smoothly.

House was great, very big and games in the garage is a great idea (table tennis, air hockey and arcade games) Great place for a couple of family’s or a few couples looking to enjoy dunsborough

We came down to celebrate a special occasion with another couple & our 2year old for 5 days, and this home was perfect for everyone! Both couples could maintain their privacy when downtime was needed (2 ensuite rooms, 2 sitting areas in the evening). Everything you could possibly be coming down for is within 15minutes or less distance. Plenty of access for walking / bike riding. Quiet street. Clean and well presented home; would happily book repeatedly.

A beautiful house in a perfect location. Close enough to Dunsborough to go get the little things but tucked away enough you fill you’re in the Forrest and a 5min drive to Meelup Beach. A Gas Fire place and a outside fire pit made our little winter holiday just that extra little bit special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children between 2 and 7. The children loved racing around, playing hide and seek. It was a great house for the winter as it was very spacious. The kids loved the table tennis and toasting marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. The bubble baths were also a hit. The only downside was arriving to find the built in coffee machine had been taken for servicing, the games cubpoard was also probably not worth having as most pieces were very jumbled or missing. Over all we would stay again : )

A lovely large house, all on one level, which suited us as we had age groups from 89- 1 year! It was cold and stormy part of our stay so really appreciated having heating in all the bedrooms and living areas. It's a beautiful spacious home with great modern appliances if you want to cook in as we did. Set in a lovely forest area just outside Dunsborough, only 3 mins away from town centre .

My family and I have just returned from our four day stay at Maybrook - 6 adults and 1 baby. We wish we could have stayed longer! The house is immaculately presented, with a great layout and facilities - perfect for families. They provided lots of board games and two separate living areas if people wanted to do different things. The outdoor area was amazing with the fire pit and trees which are lit up in different colours. It would be just as beautiful in warmer months. It feels like you’re in the middle of the bush, even though you’re only a five minute drive from Dunsborough - it is so serene and peaceful. The only tiny (and I mean tiny) feedback we could suggest would be to offer some more glassware and a baking dish for the oven - that’s it! We are already planning our next visit!

Stayed for four days, absolutely loved it, amazing house in a great location with lots to see and do locally.

I had a small group of friends stay for the weekend, the house was open plan and modern with beautiful concrete floors and huge widows that gave superb views of the bush-lands and creek. The house was everything we had imagined.A highlight for us was sitting outside around the fire pit in such peaceful and tranquil surroundings.

We had the pleasure of staying at Maybrook for two nights in low season and if we were to describe our stay in one word; “incredible” comes to mind. Keys were conveniently kept in a locked box at the property so there were no hassles picking up the keys from the office and dealing with the team at Exclusive Escapes was so easy and effortless. The house definitely didn’t disappoint and is pretty much as you see in the photos and we were greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival! This very modern/contemporary home has some really great facilities like a gas fireplace, two large screen TV’s, AC in every room, Jacuzzi in the master bedroom ensuite, MASSIVE kitchen, coffee machine, fire pit outside and a water feature (however, this was not working when we stayed there). Bedrooms were pretty spacious but it's the communal areas that were the most impressive. There is a patio area with a gas BBQ to entertain guests, the house itself provides a lot of natural lighting in the kitchen and lounge area and is conveniently located 5 mins away from Dunsborough town centre and roughly a 20 min drive to the coast. The only slight downside that being mainly concrete floors and walls it was pretty cold (we went the last weekend of May), especially at night, and for some reason all the AC/heating in all the four bedrooms, bar one, would not turn on at around 2am when we all went to sleep on the first night of our stay. However, Andy (Exclusive Escapes) was extremely helpful and contacted me pretty much as soon as the office opened after I sent an email at 2.30am that morning, he came out and checked out the issue on a Sunday. Fortunately, we didn’t notice a problem on the Sunday night. All in all, was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. This is the first time I’ve used Exclusive Escapes and certainly won’t be the last – I will be using them for all my down south trips from now on. Thank you so much! Katherine, Luke & Kadri
