Love location, clubhouse, great little condo

This unit is very convenient for access to Winter Park Resort with a shuttle stop just steps away from the unit. It had all the amenities that my son and I needed. The newly updated rec center is a plus. Hosts were good communicators throughout the process. We did notice some spots in the property that could have been cleaner.

Not a bad place and conveniently located to activities. Perfect size for a couple. The cleanliness was questionable in the kitchen and living room areas. I contacted the property manager about the exterior light by the door being inoperable. She said it was the HOA that took care of this. I discovered a guestbook in the condo, with an entry from Feb 2021 that noted the light was inoperable at that time too. Overall, the price was affordable, so I guess you get what you pay for.

My boyfriend & I were able to find the property right away! Instructions were given ahead of time & made our check in/out very easy. The condo was super cozy & clean. The location is peaceful & quiet. We also enjoyed the hot tub while it snowed a little. We would definitely come back!

Easy to access and find, great stay.

We were there for a wedding at Headwaters. This condo was close and convenient. The place was a little older, but with a newer bathroom and many amenities provided. Owner was easy to reach by text when we had questions. My first VRBO experience was a good one!

all was clean except the floors were very dirty no sweeping was done in a while and the vacc did not work or i would of did did it myself but over all great stay for a single person like me.... Thank You

Property was as described in listing. Renovation in process. Location is good to the LIFT pick up. Plenty of cooking items. More than 2 adults would be crowded. Communication with owner a plus.

Photos were accurate - kitchen well stocked, well-appointed and clean. My only complaint was the temperature in the condo when I arrived which I addressed with owner, who is very responsive.

We had a lovely stay at your property. The condo is stocked with everything we needed and the location is very convenient for all that we wanted to do in Winter Park. The Recreation center with pool and hot tubs was definitely a fav for our family as well. Thank you for sharing your space!

My kids and I spent three days at this great little condo in Winter Park. It had everything we needed and was super close to town.

This was a great rental for our Winter park stay. It was easy to find and access. Although the building itself appears to be older, there have been some nice remodeling work inside. The bedroom was very peaceful and the bed comfortable. There was a nice binder full of pamphlets for nearby restaurants and activities. The only thing I couldn’t locate was a scrub brush or a sponge for dishes. Otherwise, great cozy spot. Thank you for sharing!

Pros* Owners are very reasonable and accommodating* Great location, close to the ski resort and right in the bus route* Has almost everything you need (they didn't have a hair dryer as listed but I'm guessing they'll buy one)* There are extra pillows, games, blankets in the closets* Good dresser space in the bedroomCons- There are so many noises from plumbing and hvac and whatever else in the walls... I usually have no problems sleeping anywhere but I couldn't sleep here. This is literally the loudest house I have ever slept in.- The TV is a bit small and it's not a smart TV so cable is the only option- This place is very small. It was fine for my husband and I, but any more people would be so crammed.- It's old. The bathroom toilet seat is like a big wooden puzzle and was no longer glued together and always moved and poked me while sitting on it. Hopefully they will replace this. The shower shoots straight out and not down so you're always under the water.* It just really wasn't that clean but in all fairness the owners offer to send a cleaner if that's the case but I didn't take them up on it, I'm a bit OCD and so this one is kinda on me, but I don't like to ask for extra.

Good location and easy to check in. Felt like maybe there was a bit too much to do for checkout considering the cleaning fee... Overall, though, no complaints at the price.

Perfect for walking anywhere in town

We love the location of this property however it really needs updating and a good cleaning.

I like the location of the property. What I did not like: the heating was not functioning well. It was very cold outside and we could not make the heat go more than 70 degrees. . Also, when we came to the apartment. it was freezing cold and it took more that 24 hours for some heat to kick in.
