Met up for a girls weekend and our stay as absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were responsive, the house was super clean, the location is ideal for anything you want to do in or around Syracuse, and we immensely loved sitting fireside by the beautiful lake. There was even a small welcome package of amenities in case you forgot your toothbrush or shampoo (we’d add small soaps or body wash simply because we didn’t think to bring those). The only thing we’d recommend are some window treatments in the bedrooms for privacy and light blocking but otherwise we wanted for nothing. Thank you so much!

Was very nice. However there was a leak in bathroom sink upstairs. This was a big inconvenience when you have 6 people wanting to share bathrooms. It was very apparent that the leak has been overlooked for a while. The place was in need of deep cleaning, not something that the renters should have to do when they get there. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and the views. It was very comfortable for us.

The view was beautiful but shades on the windows would be nice. Not early morning people. Should be your choice to keep open or closed.

We actually only live 10 mins from here but we were thinking about purchasing a lake house in the next year so we wanted to try this out. This house was just perfect for our needs for the weekend. Our older son lives just down the street so her could come and go. We know the area so we were very comfortable. The back deck and lake views were amazing and worth the stay. The only negative would be the entrance into the lake was weedy and shallow, but we made it through. Had a few friends over for dinner who actually want to rent this next year for a week, so maybe we will be back.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is the perfect location/home base for us when visiting our family who live in the area. Everything that you should need for your stay is provided. Walmart and Wegman's are just a short drive if you need anything else. Looking forward to staying there again.

We found this property very clean and comfortable. It location was perfect, very close to family and friends. Everything and more than we expected!

Great house overall! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom with a view of the lake was amazing to wake up to. I think it would have been nice to have the option of closing curtains at night. Nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Nice fire pit next to lake, not too many bugs outside either. Super quiet neighborhood, no issues with noise or problems with anybody. Close to many nice places to eat and shop. If you like pizza and wings give Sami's a try, food was awesome! Dock is in shallow weedy water in August so we opted to launch boat at launch each day. A smaller boat would have been OK though. State boat launch was very close and we used it all week (free). There was room to park boat and trailer in driveway but backing down it with larger boat was a 2 person job. Had a great stay! Thanks!

Everything as described and more!

If you are looking for a place to unwind and to escape the commotion of everyday life, this is the place to be. This property was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful. Fantastic lake views from the master bedroom and living room. The house had everything that we needed. There are a few restaurants nearby and Walmart or Wegmans are a short drive. Pat, the property manager, is easy to reach if you have any questions. We hope to be able to visit again.

The property was in excellent condition, although it is not meant for anyone who cannot climb stairs easily because all of the bedrooms are upstairs. TV ran well, front lawn out to the lake was beautiful, beautiful sunsets seen from upstairs bedroom, lake was a bit grassy.

This is a beautiful lake front home . As described in the listing . We spent a week just relaxing and enjoying the water . All bedrooms are upstairs so make sure you can do stairs .

Very clean and comfortable lake house. Gorgeous view of the lake with nice backyard for family fun/yard games/grilling and a fire pit for s'mores at night. The only thing we would change is the lack of blinds on the windows. We made it work but a little more privacy would be helpful with neighbors so close. All in all we loved our visit!

Clean home on the lake with a deck, fire pit, and dock. Very comfortable.

The property was in immaculate condition. Beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for a lakeside sojourn.

Rooms are spacious and open concept with living room and kitchenWould’ve loved a few more spices to cook with and some more dish towels for the kitchen , but Kinney drug and dollar general are close byTook a walk at Chapman Park while kids played basketball and then Sylvan Beach for an afternoonAll in all, great trip and relaxing ! Pat was lovely when I called about a minor issue and it was resolved quickly Had 2 teens and 2 pre teens - had a great time Would love to rent here again!

We had an amazing week! Amazing view, pleasant neighbors, beautiful house. We had a few questions during the week and Pat was quick to get back to us. We took advantage of the warm water (Yes, there is seaweed, but if you bring a tube to lay in, you’re good), kayaking, and visited Sullivan Beach (no seaweed and not over crowded- worth the drive). Big Don’s mini golf was super fun as well. The dock was smaller than expected, but we made due. The pictures show a dock with a flag- that is actually the neighbors property. We asked their permission to use it for family pictures at sunset and they were totally fine with that. The only downside to the entire week was that the master bedroom mattress was a bit too firm for us. I would suggest to future renters to bring everything but the kitchen sink- seasonings besides salt and pepper, cooking spray, foil/plastic wrap/ baggies, condiments, the good tp, water/yard toys, rollerblades. Spera’s (a local grocery store) is 15 min away but save that for your perishables. We dined at Borio’s and all had a great meal. Overall it was a perfect getaway!

Beautiful property that is very well cared for! The view off the deck is stunning, loved being able to throw the kayaks off the back dock and go. Also deep water boat launch a mile down the road Was great to get the family out on the water. We WILL be back.

Would have been nice to have a small canoe or row boat . Couldn't swim lake too much overgrowth and green to get in water. Dock needed to be longer for someway to get in water. These are small suggestions but not able to go in lake was a bummer.

The property was neat and we'll groomed. The only thing that I would have liked is a barcalounger and that is because we are in our eighties. Overall everything was great.

This is the second time we rented this house and plan on renting it again. The house is spotless, the view is beautiful, the bedrooms are large-2 1/2 baths ....it was perfect for my family. There is a casino 4 minutes away, that we visited on a rainy day. As always we had a stress free week on the lake.
