Lovely property with great views

The steps were wet and a little slippery

Morning coffee with a great view! Nice and warm place to stay, fully equipped. Amazing bath to relax. Few minutes away from car park, city centre and beach. Really close to the best restaurant in town... Bistro Bermo!

It was very well set up information was great and the bath was very relaxing after being out all day.

I was not so keen on the steps. But we did know about them.

This beautiful little cottage truly felt like home from home. It was so cosy, welcoming, comfortable, and spotlessly clean.The milk, tea, coffee, and sugar were much appreciated, as were the lovely chocolates! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the bath very luxurious. Wifi and smart TV were great. The location is perfect, minutes away from the harbour, beach, shops, and amazing walks with spectacular views. Prior to arrival, the owner sent video instructions on how to find the property, which was really helpful. Great communication all round. I felt safe as a solo traveller, which was very important to me. I will definitely be back.

what a truly lovely cottage set in the most picturesque area of Barmouth…. We had such a lovely stay. The cottage had everything and more that we needed…. Thank you for a perfect stay, we hope to come back one day xxxx ps… the chocolates where a real treat, thank you 🥰

Great location, very comfortable and clean. Perfect for two people. Little extras like car park pass and welcome chocs helped!. Enjoyable stay,would definitely book again.

The view from the kitchen window is amazing. We were very impressed how clean the cottage was and it was very well equipped . Chocolates were a lovely welcome gift also tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were provided. Met Steve , the host who was very friendly and welcoming. One of the best weekends we have had away with our dogs and we will definitely be returning to this little gem .

We had a lovely 2 night stay The flat is really cosy & comfortable, and equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. Lots of nice little touches, and the choccies and biscuits were much appreciated! Thankyou. Situated in the heart of the fascinating old town, it's worth exploring the steps, and the hillside walks above for the views alone! The info provided for parking and finding the location was very helpful.

We could hear people moving around in the flat upstairs, but this is mentioned in the details, and it wasn't obtrusive.

We had a great stay ,loads to do and see ,everything was just so perfect .

Excellent instructions, which made finding the property a breeze. Chocolates left out in the living room was a lovely touch, as was the milk in the fridge. All the information provided before arrival was superb.

The number of steps would be an issue for the less mobile. However the rest of the property and location could not be faulted. The free parking is a 5 minute walk from the property and the parking permit worked without any hassle.

Kitchen was well equipped. Living room was good size for the two of us to relax in the evenings. Bathtub was amazing! And the little bench outside near the kitchen window was a highlight. Great spot for breakfast or lunch! Lots of lovely touches throughout the house that made the stay really lovely.

The cottage is beautifully located and the perfect size for a cozy weekend away. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped with a huge bath. The sitting room and kitchen have everything you need for self catering but there are lots of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk if you want to go out to eat.

Nothing - we really enjoyed the whole stay. May be worth noting that the house is not for anyone with accessibility issues due to the long and steep flight of steps on its approach but a good work out taking our bags up!

Great location in the centre of town. Warm clean and comfortable, the tumble drier was a bonus to dry out wet clothes. Bed was comfortable and the views from the kitchen window were stunning.

Need to carry cases up from the road was a shock to the system! But the location required the commitment!

loved everything. Especially the little touches the welcome notice on the back of the door, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and Lindt chocolates. would definitely return.

The bathroom was divine. The wonderful sea view.

Great location close to harbour and beach. Free parking permit in long stay was a nice addition. Friendly owner, made sure everything was catered for and good coms if required. Great value for money for a small family.

The property was decorated to suit the location and the additional little touches were great!

Nothing to dislike

Lovely property. Very well equipt and a lovely touch from the hosts providing good coffee and tea bags, milk and a box of chocolates when I arrived. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the property is in an ideal spot, very central with wonderful views that make the climb up the stairs worth it. Also, great response time from the hosts if I messaged them. Will stay again.

The place itself is beautiful once you get to it. It's full of history on the outside, and then modern on the inside! Lovely facilities, the cleanliness was great and the hospitality was excellent. The views are brilliant as well! Any small issues were solved straight away, very insightful and helpful with questions asked as well. Overall I would come back and stay for sure!

I knew there was going to be a climb, but the steps are very steep. This is at no fault to the staff, as this is how the buildings were built back in the day and they give plenty of advance warning about this.
