We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Although unpretentious from the narrow lane the house is on, the gate opens up to a beautiful piece of paradise with a lovely garden and wonderful pool. The views are beautiful as are the sunsets and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The house was well-equipped and the inside pictures of the main living room do not do justice to how expansive the area feels as it opens out to the garden. The host was very responsive to our initial inquiries as well as while we were there.The bedrooms were not huge (and the upstairs ones a bit warm overnight) but very functional for our needs and also well-equipped with nice views. The property is well-situated with 20-40 minute drives to Antibes, Cannes, and Nice. The surrounding mountains are just breath-taking. It really did suit our party of 11 perfectly and contributed to a wonderful celebration and vacation.

We (two families with our children and their partners) had a very relaxing holiday in this house. It is very nice and comfortable. The rooms (all with ensuite bathroom) are very cosy and have very good bads. The living room with open kitchen is as well very cosy and has many space. We really missed nothing in the kitchen. The garden and pool area is as well very relaxing. Last but not least there are all needed shops (Bakery, Supermarket, winery) in the direct neighborhood.

We spent a week in this wonderful location, it was even better than we expected. The view was awesome, the house was perfect for us (four families with children), everything in the house was in perfect shape, seemed new (even after we left the location). The proximity of the supermarket and bakery was very useful. We will certainly return in this lovely location

We were two families, 11 people in total, who rented the villa for one week in July. The villa has practical room and space solutions and has a beautiful outdoor patio, garden and pool. As the bakery and supermarket is only a 5 minutes walk from the house, we enjoyed eating breakfast with fresh croissants outside every morning. We found a nice restaurant about 10 minutes walking distance from the villa (behind the church tower) and we also enjoyed dining in the beautiful village of Valbonne. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended!
