Our summer stay at this cozy cottage was so special and so many memories were made. From the initial booking down to our check out Kari was more than accommodating. We were so happy with the location and did day trips to see the mansions in Newport Rhode Island and went to Martha’s Vineyard. We ate at so many delicious restaurants and enjoyed a fun evening at an old-school bowling alley/arcade. One of the highlights of the trip was taking the kayaks out during high tide. It was both exciting and relaxing, we saw fish, crabs and even a turtle. Sitting at the kitchen table looking out into the yard at the water is magical, the perfect start to the day with coffee as well as ending the day with a sunset and a cocktail. We all agreed that someday we would love to own a house here as well. We definitely want to visit again and are so grateful for such a wonderful vacation! -Emily R. & Family

What a cute, cozy house! Came for a girls weekend and this was a great spot for us to hang after a long day at the beach. Between the private community beach and Onset Beach (super close drive) we got our fill of sand and sun. The house was just as described and Kerri was an excellent communicator leading up to check in. Definitely recommend!

Kerri is an excellent host. The communication was great. The property was very clean and as described. It has great outdoor space and the location is great to explore the cape. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely rent from Kerri again.

This house was perfect for my girls getaway! The house is so cute & modern and has more room than expected! The outdoor shower was amazing as well as the fire pit. We had a great stay here & I can’t think Kerri for a better stay!

Beautiful quiet, immaculate and cozy!!

This property was just as described. The house was a perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was a nice size and well-stocked, which we love because we generally cook dinners in. It was great to have a grill right there on the deck, and both decks were very comfortable. Loved that there were binoculars handy because the bird activity was abundant. We took a lovely walk in the morning, but for day activities drove to other locations so I can't speak much to beach, etc.... within walking distance. It is in a neighborhood, and the next door neighbors were friendly and introduced themselves and their dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quiet, immaculate and cozy!!

We stayed at the cottage during April vacation. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The decorations were very lovely too. The cottage had everything we needed and it's close to shopping areas and restaurants. At the edge of Cape Cod with a short drive to lots of outings/activities. It sits right on the water which is very nice. The two things that could use improvement are issues with the heating units. We followed the directions on turning them on however, one went off line and it was chilly during our last night. Second, and this is nothing to do with the house/ owners, but one of the neighbors has 2 large dogs that kept barking all evening and during the night too. Otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Darling cottage in precious neighborhood! Well stocked with all essentials. Made easy day trips to Providence, RI and Boston. We will definitely come back during warmer weather to take advantage of the private beach and idyllic setting. Owners were beyond helpful and responded to questions within minutes. Can't recommend highly enough!

This is a clean, comfortable, and convenient home base for exploring the area around Buzzards Bay and the near Cape. Kerri was easy to talk to and the whole thing went well. I might go back in the warmer months to take more advantage of the outdoor amenities!

Cape Cotter is a wonderful vacation property that checks all the boxes from location (easy commute to Boston although traffic can be brutal); scenic & quiet (mesmerizing waterway views); to comfort (efficient heating/AC system for each room, very responsive hosts). The double bed and slim shower will probably be uncomfortable for guests taller than 5ft 7in! That said, my wife & I also enjoyed morning and evening strolls around the neighborhood, making good use of the numerous benches to take a breather & unwind after busy days playing tourist. Try Ella’s for delicious inventive meals and The Blueberry Muffin (Plymouth) for great muffins/breakfast.

This was such a beautiful property! We enjoyed being close to the beach and it’s got everything you could need!

Spot was better than advertised and incredibly relaxing. Communication with Kerri was great from the start.

We loved being a little off the beaten path. Easy drive, off hours, to Hyannis and other points. Clean and comfortable. We had rain, so couldn’t use the boats and bikes, but it would have been nice!

Very clean, convenient to many locations on the Cape, Plymouth, etc... Host had every amenity you could think of available for guests. Wonderful family vacation!

The house is nice and clean, the yard and deck are wonderful. Great for kayaking, drop in right from the yard! The house is small, but the living space works well. Host is very helpful and efficient. We enjoyed Onset Beach!

I absolutely loved this cozy little home and so did other ladies that stayed with me. For our second night we planned to make tacos and i forgot my pans at home and this house had everything we needed. The neighbors were also friendly! We went to Shellpoint Beach and it was not crowded which was perfect.

We enjoyed staying in Kerri and Tom's house. Everything in it was well-organized, comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood is very friendly, which added to the benefit of being able to walk to the nice and family-friendly Parkwood Beach.

We enjoyed our stay even; with rain for half of our trip! The house is beautiful and well appointed! We sat outside often and enjoyed the water views and wildlife. You can't go wrong here!

We have some smaller kids and the first thing we did was put away many of the decorations that were lying on tables and window sills. This done, proceeded to have a nice time using the decent sized yard, large hammock, and abundance of games and toys in the basement. We also went kayaking most days, which was good this time of year, the kids really enjoyed that. We would come back.

Fantastic location with the kids, no traffic to worry about. Bunk bed room worked out perfect for the 4 kids. Solid recommendations on food also in the binder, we ordered from Ellas (great food) and went to Al’s tiki bar (great service & food). Plenty to do in the area but we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit most of the time! Beautiful home, just like the pics and very nice neighbors too. We would certainly come stay again.

most relaxing trip ever

We enjoyed our impromptu getaway to this charming, beachy, freshly renovated cottage. Check-in was easy and our hosts were accessible and very responsive. It is definitely cozy - the four of us snuggled in for a few snowy days playing games, watching movies, and sitting by the fire pit, but I don't think I would try the maximum 10 guests unless we would be spending more time outside. All in all a great experience and we would not hesitate to come back.
