Accueil très sympa du propriétaire. Appartement avec beaucoup de charme, bien équipé, bien décoré . Aucune des pièces est au même niveau, le tout étant desservi par un escalier en colimaçon assez raide. Situation plein centre mais au calme. Bon rapport qualité /prix.

Clean and modern. Very quiet because street not regularly open to traffic. Beds & pillows very comfy. Since we were there for two weeks, second set of towels would have been appreciated. Lots of space. Issues with wifi but there always seems to be. Our Canadian wifi did not connect but the British Wifi did. While stairs were described, the spiral staircase almost killed us a couple of times, although we did get used to it. Very conveniently located to Uzés Place des Herbes and Boulangeries and cafés. Excellent cheese shop next to tourist info. Sat market wonderful. Able to take home paella. Free safe parking 3-4 minute walk at the soccer field.

Very comfortable, very old house in which rooms are accessed via a narrow stone spiral staircase. (Need to watch your feet here!). Would have appreciated knowing in advance that pool would not be available during our visit.

First of all Uzes is wonderful. It's a magical little town with almost any convenience you could want. Plus it's close to many other interesting locales -- both historic and cultural. Everywhere is in town is not only walk able but very close to this rental. And we just loved it. Annie France suggested an amazing bakery that was steps away, and she can also provide a really secure and inexpensive place for a rental car should you choose. One thing about Uzes, is because of a lot of the real estate dates from the middle ages, stairs are stone and can be precarious. Really think about the circular stairs in general, and the stairs in particular at this rental. Under no conditions should a baby or toddler stay with these slightly dangerous stone steps. We were all terribly careful every time we had to walk up or down. The plunge pool is perfect. The kitchen had everything you could need. And the bathrooms updates were top notch. We brought our own towels as back up which turned out to be a good thing. The owner provided much help and many suggestions in English prior to checking in. There was confusion about the time of checkout (our fault) and deposit (not our fault) and suddenly the owner explained every detail of issue in French and I am yet to fully understand 12 days later. Caution to Americans: we run AC at too low a temperature and you will be charged for electricity. There were no instructions for the washing machine, and we just did not know enough French to figure it out. It was our first experience with VRBO, and I'm sure we will be better renters next time.

This house is a great place to stay and within walking to the charming town square and tree lined streets of the old town. Plenty of space and a small pool to cool off in at the end of the day.

We spent a week here in July as a family of 5. Description is very accurate. Air conditioned place, which depending on the season is very helpful in Uzes. The kitchen is a bit small for extended cooking exercises and also very tall people will have to move carefully in certain corners so as to not bump their heads. The pool is tiny, but deep enough to attract our teen daughters. The technical equipment is top notch. The owner is very friendly and extremely quick to answer mails. All in all very much recommended.

We had a great stay here. The house is very interesting and beautifully renovated. The location in town is perfect. Easy access to everything on foot. The plunge pool was very welcome as we were there during the heatwave, 45degrees!! Communication with Annie-France was very friendly and efficient. We hope to stay again in the future.

The property was lovely, very comfortable in an ideal location, everything we could have wanted and excellent hosts to ensure we were comfortable. We recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience life in a little French village.

I can not praise Annie-France’s home more! It is beautiful, incredibly located and unlike any other place I have stayed. It was the perfect home base for our Provencial adventures💗 With quick day trips to Avignon, Baux-de-Provence, Nîmes and Arles. But my favorite location was Uzès itself. The perfect medieval town with wonderful historical sites, stores and restaurants. Annie-France was the perfect host and I will recommending to all my friends!

Spacious rambling apartment, thoughtfully decorated and restored. So many great touches. Central but quiet and peaceful. Perfectly located to explore Uzès by foot, and close free parking to see the region. Our teen and preteen loved everything about the stay, as did we. Thanks to Annie-France (and Martine) for wonderful communication and responsiveness. Among our best hosts ever.

Great house. Great location. Great host.

This was an ideal property for vacationing in Uzès. This 17th century house has been creatively modernized while maintaining the look and feel of the historic structure. My husband and I have frequently rented French properties over the years, and this was one of the very best. Rooms were spacious, the plumbing was modern and worked well, the kitchen was beautifully equipped. The decor was comfortal and aesthetically interesting and pleasing. We could not have asked for anything more in terms of comfort and convenience. The house was perfectly situated for going anywhere in town, and Annie-France, one of the owners, offered excellent suggestions for both day trips and restaurants. My husband and I are “foodies,” so her recommendations were much appreciated. The owners were extremely generous, attentive, and available— eager to offer any help needed. They happened to be visiting Uzès during some of the time we were there, so my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting them and having lunch together. It was delightful to get to know them a bit. In sum, this is the perfect house and these are ideal hosts for experiencing an area that has a lot to offer. We are seriously considering returning in the future.

We had an amazing stay in Uzes. The property has been very sensitively restored and worked well for two adult couples. The bathrooms had good showers. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared dinner most nights. The AC worked well and we appreciated it. It was quite warm in June. The winding stone staircase connecting the floors is steep and requires a bit of care when using. We would have appreciated more towels and better bed linens, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome dining, sightseeing of historic French city, friendly people & no crowds of American & Asian tourists!

The home is a beautifully renovated and maintained house in the very old almost car free part of the town. It is very roomy with modern kitchen and bathrooms, while having old aspects such as a spiral stone staircase. It has a private outdoor area. It impressed all in our multigenerational family. Our host was outstanding to deal with, very kind and gave very helpful information about restaurants, parking etc. The house was very well supplied.

Nothing was too much trouble right from the off and our stay was wonderful. The house was well decorated and it's position divine. Our communication with the owner was exceptional and easy. The town of Usez was a wonderful historic and gastronomic attraction. We highly recommend this house. Merci bien.
