Apartamento con muy buena localización. Muy céntrico. Al lado del Mercado Central y muy cerca de la Basílica del Pilar. Se puede ir dando un paseo para conocer la zona, que es muy bonita. Si vas en tu coche, no se puede aparcar en la calle, pero dispones de parking público muy cerca. La pena es no haber podido alargar la estancia, pero es un alojamiento a tener en cuenta en próximas visitas a Zaragoza.

Por poner algo en contra, al ducharte se sale el agua fuera de la ducha, porque la mampara no cierra herméticamente.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, al lado mismo del Mercado y muy, muy cerca del Museo Gargallo. El apartamento está bien equipado, amplio, luminoso, en una primera planta y, sobre todo, en una calle muy tranquila.

Tener que recoger, y devolver, las llaves en un hotel situado en otra calle.

Al lado de la basílica del pilar y de los barrios de tapeo. El alojamiento es increible, grande y precioso y super cómodo, perfecto incluso para 6 personas.

The apartment is spacious and has a modern decor.

The internet did not work. I was given a piece of paper that had the wrong wifi, then when I called I was told to look for a wifi name that also didn't exist. I needed to work and was unable to do so. We also weren't provided with any spare sheets or pillowcases, so I had to sleep on a couch with no sheets (in a shared accommodation which is very unhygenic) and my daughter had to do the same on the futon. I called the hotel for help and was told that I could come and collect them. Considering it was almost midnight, it felt very unsafe to walk to go and collect them as a woman alone. Someone from the hotel could have come and delivered them. Very disappointed. I woke up with horrible allergies I assume because of the dust trapped in the couch.

The couch was awful = impossible to sleep. We found toy from the last guest - indicating that the apartment was not really clean. There is no parking and the one they suggest is super complicated to reach. To get the keys you need to go to another hotel - what was complicated and far.

Good location, comfortable mattress on the main bed, good access to underground parking. The check in staff is very friendly

The washing machine door was jammed closed and there was no one able to assist us, I had specifically booked self catering for the washing facilities. The sofa bed was broken and the mattress had to be used as a bed on the floor for my 2 daughters. The single sleeper couch in the bedroom was too uncomfortable to sleep on. The translation of instructions into English made no sense. The toilet role holder in the bathroom had been broken and not replaced. The soundproofing was not good and at 04h30 it’s still very noisy outside. You are expected to remove your rubbish yourself on check out. Disappointing overall.
