The Ninamu Resort is located on it's own private island. During my stay there were only very few other hotel guests at the resort which whom I shared the activities provided by the hotel. They offer different excursions depending on the weather which are all complementary. I want to thank Greta, Chris and Melanie for their hospitality during my stay. I had a wonderful time on the island and will recommend this place to anyone visiting Tikehau.

There were a lot of mosquitos on the island but that is something you should expect when visiting French Polynesia

This place is a true paradise in a private island full of nature. The island is breathtaking, just for you to discover. Chris and his team are the perfect hosts, going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His excursion are really fun and you will be able to see manta rays! You can tell he really enjoys showing you around. At Ninamu they are really conscious on taking care of natural resources and environment. The chef prepares the most delicious lunches and dinners, with high quality products and specially with local fish. Special mention to Colman and his friend, the two dogs that every time you go into the water they are really alert, making sure you are safe. Thank you for your hospitality. Beautiful isolated tropical island location. Buffet breakfast was delicious - fresh tropical fruits. Eggs offered a la carte. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Mosquitos were a nuisance. It was necessary to leave resort 90 minutes before flight departure, yet I had over 45 minutes of waiting time once I got to the airport.
