Very spacious, across Forsyth Park and within walking distance to many attractions.

Property in need of upgrade- a lot of rusty fixtures, patches of wall has been fixed but not repaired giving the property a worn down feel and look. Property was really dusty. Heating vents had dust all over so that when AC was being used, you could see the dust flapping in the wind. Standing fan was really dusty. Some dust is expected and reasonable however it should never be obvious to the naked eye. We didint find street noise an issue however noise from top floor occupants was an issue. They had issue closing the front door and the repeated slamming was really unpleasant and noisy. You do hear every movement from the neighbours.

Location and parking space.

1. There is no heating in the family bedroom that can accommodate 4 people. It was very cold in Savannah during our stay (after sunset and in the morning). My two young children caught a bad cold as a result. 2. The property has no dishwasher. This is despite the description mentioning a "fully equipped kitchen", two notes in the kitchen referring to a dishwasher, some left over dishwasher tablets, and a large space in the kitchen between the fridge and the washing machine where we think there must have been a dishwasher. There was also a review from a previous customer raising concerns that the dishwasher was plugged in with an extension lead, which was considered unsafe. We booked our stay a long time ago and we are confident that the description said back then that it included a dishwasher. We believe the description was changed after our booking, something the managing agent would not admit. 3. Not clean overall - the floor ventilation/heating unit in the living room was full of dust. 4. Apartment and amenities generally run down: a. The shelf above the sink in the standalone bathroom was missing, it must have been broken and not replaced. b. Toilet flush in the ensuite bathroom did not always work properly. The toilet even got blocked at some point despite strictly following the instructions, it unblocked after a long time. c. Some of the lamps/bulbs are shabby d. Some pans in the kitchen were dirty or burnt (see photos). f. The kitchen table is not meant for six people. It is tiny and hardly large enough for 4. There were only four chairs when we arrived, we asked for two extra chairs, but we got delivered two high stools instead. g. While our booking made it clear there would be 6 people, beds were only ready for 5 people when we arrived. There were no sheets or blankets for the second child so we had to call the managing agent to ask for them and then do the bed ourselves.

We loved the location right across the street from the tennis courts at Forsyth Park. It didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to create some white noise due to the busy street just outside of the bedrooms. The hosts were informative and quick to respond through booking.com messaging.

We couldn't get a wifi connection at first in our apartment "A" but tried connecting to the upstairs apartment "B," and it worked like a champ. The blinds on the double doors to one of the bedrooms need to be replaced.

Location was nice being near Forsyth park. Rooms were very spacious and the A/C was working well. Kitchen was set up so that you could easily make food. It was nice having a washer and dryer available to use and 2 full bathrooms. Off street parking is a big plus as well.

The shower head would not stay in place and kept lowering down which made it hard to shower in the larger shower. The front door lock was tricky at first but then it was fine once we got used to it.

Comfort, style, and location

We loved the house completely, great location, we enjoyed the park directly across the street. The neighborhood was nice and very clean. Architecture of homes was amazing to see.

If I just had to complain it would be I guess the homeless lady or someone passing through was yelling late in the early morning or night for a while before she settled down. Again though I'm just a light sleeper still worth it. Oh bugs in area are huge for those that don't do bugs well like me.

So clean and comfortable! The beds are extremely comfortable!

We wished the ac in the biggest bedroom was a bit cooler but my room was perfect! Lots of ceiling fans too!
