Location comme à la maison 👍. Bonne communication avec Sylvie et les voisins 😉. Auchan à proximité, Nice à 15mn, Cannes, Menton, St Jean Cap Ferrat à 30mn. Une adresse à retenir pour y revenir.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es ist rundum schön, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es ist vollständig ausgestattet - alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist prima = in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, abgeschlossenes Gelände incl. Parkplatz. Supermarkt und Bäcker fussläufig erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft standen Getränke und Obst bereit und der Kühlschrank war mit dem Grundbedarf gefüllt - so aufmerksam! Auf der Terrasse steht alles bereit, um draussen zu frühstücken, chillen oder grillen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt (Eltern und Kinder 17/19 Jahre) und kommen sehr gerne wieder - dann aber länger als nur ein paar Tage :-)

Maison très agréable, bien équipé, propre et très bien situé, un accueil au top. Les hôtes sont au petit soin et connaissent parfaitement les alentours ce qui permet de découvrir des lieux magiques. Merci à vous et à Léon

Charmante maison très bien située, très propre, très agréable au calme. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes et c'était tout simplement parfait. Propriétaires extrêmement accueillants, à l'écoute et vraiment très sympathiques. Nous gardons cette adresse pour nos visites annuelles dans cette région. Nous recommandons à 100%!

A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien reçus par Sylvie : maison très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut (linge, nourriture). La maison est agréable et confortable, bien adaptée pour famille avec enfants. Les commerces sont à proximité et la maison est bien située pour découvrir la région. Nous remercions Sylvie et Fabrice qui sont à notre écoute pour nous faire passer un très agréable séjour.

Very nice place to stay. Good location if you like travelling around to see places. It's not on a main road, but it's close to the A8 which travels East and West along the coast to all the main places on the Cote d'Azure. The villa is in very good condition and very clean, with all the facilities you need. Sylvie and Fabrice are lovely people and they were very helpful if we had any questions. There was a very useful selection of food and household items on arrival so that we didn't have to buy many day-to-day items other than ongoing food requirements. A large supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. A very enjoyable stay. We even left something important behind and they went out of their routine to check for us and to help us to quickly return and collect the item. Lovely holiday.

Fabrice and Sylvie were so welcoming and we were delighted with all the extras like fruit, juice, pasta, eggs etc. The house was immaculate and so cosy. We wanted a location away from the business of central Nice and this was perfect but also close to all the main sites. A really comfortable house and such lovely owners. They could not have been more helpful.

A notre arrivée nous attendait une maison fraîche et impeccablement propre avec de quoi préparer un premier repas, des fruits du jardin, des boissons et un accueil chaleureux. La maison, bien équipée, est au calme tout en étant proche du centre de la Trinité et de ses commerces. Sylvie et Fabrice sont sympathiques, à l'écoute, de bon conseil et très disponibles. le gite est a l'indentique des photos. Propre et bien équipé il y a meme de quoi manger à l'arrivée et au petit dejeuner sans passer par le supermarché (pates, riz avec jambon cru biscottes, brioche fruits...). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très à l'écoute. Ils ont su très bien nous conseiller pour notre visite niçoise.

Bonne accueil sur l'heure de rendezvous,maison charmante et renouvelee a la moderne,equipee de tout(vraiment de tout!), quand on est arrivee, il y avait des trucs a manger et a boire, serviettes, il faut vraiment rien prendre avec vous, cest comme vous entrez directement dans votre propre maison,parking privee devant la maison,voiture en toute securitee. On a passer un excellente sejour et on peut recommander fortement cette logement a tous qui desire de rester dans les environs ici ou de Monaco. Proprietaires tres sympa.

La Trinite was the perfect base to explore the Nice area. We stayed three nights while visiting the Monte Carlo Masters tennis tournament, Eze and Nice. The home has modern conveniences, relaxing colors and Sylvia & Fabrice stocked the home with essentials that allowed us to eat in after a long journey from Pézenas. The area is quiet and the gated yard for our rental card was a plus. We wanted to stay away from the congestion of Nice and this was perfect.

The property was immaculate throughout and the owners (Sylvie and Fabrice) made us most welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they had provided everything needed for our stay. Including stocking the fridge and providing a meal upon arrival for us. We arrived late (due to a delayed flight) and getting lost in Nice (!!) - but despite our late arrival they were at the property to greet us. We cannot praise them highly enough for their kind, generous and helpful manner throughout our stay. The property was spotless, immaculate and ideally sited for access to Nice and the surrounds. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Sylvie and Fabrice, and the property itself, deserve nothing less than a full 5 Star rating. Thank you both SO MUCH for everything. You made our holiday perfect in every way.

This cosy and quiet little house offers all you need for vacation. We (2 adults , 1 kid) stayed there for 3 days and enjoyed this home a lot. The house has simply all you need, especially the Aircon, laudry, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine and BBQ facilities were really nice. Sylvie and her partner are great hosts and gave us all the information we needed to discover the area. Thank you very much

The house is very nice and has got all you need already in place. It is very tidy and the surrounding is quiet and comfortable. Most of all the owners are very nice and help you with everything you need. We were staying there for 8 days and were on the road each day, so the house is the ideal place to explore the Cote d'Azur in western and eastern direction (Èze, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes). It takes only about 10 minutes to the city of Nice by car and also approx. 10 minutes to the nice beaches of Cap Ferrat.

Lovely house. Very helpful owners, they provided us complete guidance to get around the city. They had kept food and other grocery needed to get you settle down easily. House is equipped with all the necessary items just like your own home. House is Located in very charming negbourhood. Close to bus and train station to commute to Nice city. This is a beautiful holiday home, well positioned for trips into Nice and all along the coast and into Italy. Sylvie, the owner, was really helpful and welcoming and left lots of food and drink in the house which was much appreciated after a long drive.

We are very happy, that we had a chance to stay at this house. It was well equipped, everything was as described, and as well as a lovley area outside where we could spend our free time at. When we arrived the owners were very friendly and helpful, and they even gave us information about the local area in regards to; transport, supermarket location and attractions which were in the city. When we arrived there was a lot of food, fruit and drink in the house. Thank you so much for that. The location itself was lovley, as there was a supermarket (well suprised with the number of grocery choices!) nearby, which was very convinient for us. A definately recommend this lovley property! We are very happy that we had the oportunity to stay at this house. The house is very well equipped. As we were travelling with 1,5 age child, we were very glad that the owner providef us all nevessary baby stuff (grib, feedig chair, baby bed, baby bath, even some toys and feeding plates and bib). This is definaty the most well equipped rental house we have stayed in! The owners are very lovely and very helpful! Our flight delyed 6hours and we landedat night. They came to pick us up from the airport at night and drowe us back in the morning for us to get the rental car! Super friendly! If we arrived we had a lot of complimentary food, fruits & drink in the house. Even for the baby we had multiple babyfood stuff! The location is perfect. Store (big!), is just a minute drive and reachable by foot also. Monaco & Nice are very close. We definately recommend to stay in this lovely house! We thank Sylvie and Fabrice and his dad!
