We absolutely loved our short stay in the apartment and wished we could have stayed longer! It was very clean, spacious and had a lovely outlook over the gardens. Its location for the beach and the marina was perfect for us. Very well equipped, everthing we needed!

The listing and photographs of this property were absolutely first class as the apartment was as seen within the VRBO website listing. Didn't put a rating in for the property manager as we never had the need to utilise their services. I would highly recommend this spacious apartment as it is easily big enough for 4no. adults or a family sharing. It has everything you will need to be self sufficient. Location 10 minutes to the shops and 15 minute walk to the marina. First Class Apartment, the owner should be proud of it.

Stayed for 9 nights in August. The apartment was very nice, clean and far bigger than we expected. Its a good location approximately 14 min walk to the marina and about the same to the beach. The supermarket is short walk also around 8 mins. The pool is large, clean and surrounding area looks nice. It was never overly croweded so plenty room for everyone. It's great for families! Each apartment has thier own dedicated sunbeds by the pool. For this apartment 4 were available which was perfect for us. Vilamoura Marina is fantastic, great atmosphere and plenty of restaurants. We have been before and will be going back again. Communication with the apartment owner was very good. He always responded immediately to any questions I had. (Thanks Alan!) Overall, I would recommend this apartment. A fantastic holiday!

The apartment is much larger than it looks on the photos, every room was really spacious. The pool area is beautiful and not too busy. Alan couldn’t have been more helpful responding very quickly to any queries. I would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment.

Would highly recommend for families 15 minutes walk yo Marina.

My family and I have just returned from spending 8 nights staying at Alan's apartment. The apartment was fantastic. It was ideal for my family of 4 with lots of space, clean, secure and has a great balcony where you can sunbathe or sit in the shade to cool down. The complex is fantastic too. The swimming pool is ideal for families, with shallow and deeper areas, and there were 4 sunbeds for use by the pool which were only for this apartment. It was around 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and a further 5 to 10 minute walk to the marina. This was our first visit to Vilamoura and Portugal and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from the owner was outstanding and any questions we had before arriving were all answered promptly. We have already booked the apartment again for next year as we enjoyed our holiday so much.

Nice modern, very spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very quiet but only a 15 minute walk to the marina. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again. Many thanks Alan

The apartment was fabulous. Everything is immaculate. Booking was easy & Alan was great to deal with in the run up to our stay. Everything straight forward when we arrived. A perfect long weekend away in beautiful Vilamoura.

Firstly Alan was a dream to deal with, now on to the apartment, it's was amazing, very big, clean, great view of the pool from the balcony and had everything that you need to enjoy your holiday. It was in a great location, easy walk to the beach, marina, restaurants and bars . We would happily return as we thought it was ace!

This is a great place to stay for a short walk into valamoura marina or the beach. It is spotless and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely modern well maintained property with beautiful pool. It would have been nice to have a pool bar or supermarket on site. It was quite a walk from town centre especially in hot sun.

It’s difficult to add anything more to all the reviews of this property , but having holiday’d in owners properties for over 10 years this apartment is one of the best. Great location for the marina and golf courses, I’m in no doubt we will return in the future.

We stayed in this apartment 2 years ago and it was just as good as last time. The property is well appointed and spacious and now has 2 sets of twin beds which would work well for different groups and families. There are now 4 dedicated sun beds around the pool area which were for the sole use of this apartment. It is only about a 15 minute walk from the marina but set back in a quiet area of the town. If we return to Vilamoura we would definitely book this apartment again.

Excellent property with everything you need furnished to high standard and extremely clean. 10 minute nice walk on the flat into town. Property has 1 of the best balconies in Praia Village which gets the sun until last thing in the evening and theyhave 2 sun loungers on the balcony also! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great location, once found the short cuts to get to the Marina and Beach, which was the a short walk. No car necessary. Excellent apartment, well equipped, nice balcony with sunbeds which got afternoon and evening sun. Would love to re-visit.

Apartment is superb, exactly as described. We know the area anyway so we were looking for a place convenient for the marina but not too close to it. This was ideal. Great size rooms, excellent kitchen and lounge. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was fabulous with a lovely quiet location & secure pool area which was clean & well look after. The apartment was immaculately clean & very spacious with everything you needed for a home from home. Great location for Vilamoura marina with a 10 minute walk and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, phamarcy & bank. The apartment complex is situated in a lovely quiet location which made relaxing by the pool fantastic. Alan the owner was a joy to deal with and was flexible to our checking in needs due to a late flight out on day of departure which made our stay stress free. Would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return, great place and fantastic value for money! Thank you Alan for a wonderful stay! 😊

Had four fantastic nights in villamoura the apartment was very big ,very clean with everything you could need in it ,bathrooms ere lovely , kitchen large with everything you could possibly need , would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again when we visit Vilamoura ,which we love , the transfers that were organised were prompt and smart ,fantastic short break
