Absolutely top of line place only frustrating thing is the distance from resort fortunately we had a car

Great place to stay. Easy to get to Disney and grocery stores etc. Nice neighborhood with great pool and clubhouse. Used the gym every day.

This was our first time renting a villa and we were so impressed how easy it was from start to finish. The villa has everything we needed and more, it was clean, tidy and in a fantastic location. Martin and Donna were extremely professional with quick responses and making sure check-in went smoothly. Highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back again. Big thank you to Martin & Donna. We had a wonderful stay!!!

We had a wonderful experience with our daughters' families at Walt Disney World, supported in a large way by having this comfortable well equipped home as our base. We were seven adults and five children ranging from eight through thirteen. We would all immediately relax as we came through the front door after a long exciting day. Rather than list specific things we can say that the listing's pictures and positive reviews are definitely in line with our thoughts. We chose Martin's home in particular for its close proximity to WDW and that aspect worked perfectly for us. The home was very clean and tidy for our arrival, and any issues we had from booking through check-out were almost immediately dealt with by the owner Martin. We can highly recommend this property for your Orlando based vacation. In our opinion it represents excellent value for money.

We really loved this property, it was exactly as show in the pictures. The owners were great to deal with , and made everything simple. We would recommend this property, and hope to stay here again sometime in the future.

We took our family of nine to Disney and stayed at this wonderful location. The house is centrally located and close to food, shops, Walmart and all of the Disney parks. Close enough to return "home" for nap time! We enjoyed staying off property and being able to relax and step away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The pool and cocktails in the hot tub were a big hit. Beds were comfortable. Having the crib, rails, highchair and strollers....wonderful!! Kids loved the garage/playroom and it was nice to let them just play. Easy access through the gated community as Martin supplies you with step by step instructions and pass information. He was very responsive to all my questions. I even left my Mickey sweatshirt behind and it was shipped back to my house in no time at all!! Would definitely recommend this property and owners.

Great location to Disney, Seaworld and Universal. Plenty of room for our family of 11. Would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had our 19 month old granddaughter and it was a perfect place for her. The owners have all the equipment needed ( for the baby, along with towels, cooking and eating, cleaning, etc… even blow dryers in every bathroom), which was great since we all flew in. The train table and diner in the game room are awesome. Having the pool was wonderful, along with the safety fence and alarm as well! The amenities at the resort were great too, including the pool and splash pads, playground, etc…. We didn’t have to leave the resort to entertain her! The owner is one of the best I have ever dealt with! He communicated with me regularly from the time I booked and throughout our stay. He is very organized and helpful. We had an issue with the pool heater during our stay and he was on it immediately. Unfortunately, it was unable to be fixed before we left, but we appreciated his quick response and effort. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Disney Castle and would go back!

We felt at home. The house gave us that impression. Not that we have a house as nice, but wonderful for a relaxing time away. The pool is a wonderful plus, the six and three year olds made it theirs, also. The owner is so easy to talk to and helpful in every way. Thank you ! Thank you !!!

Property is large and served as a great spot for our extended family to recharge during long park days. All beds and pillows were comfortable, AC was cold and large capacity washer and dryer were great. The pool/TV/grill outside were great to cool off/recharge. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and had every dish/utensil we needed during out stay. We definitely made a store run to grab essentials and left them there for the next visitor. Some advice for travelers, I recommend going to Target vs Walmart. Walmart had poor product availability and tough to navigate people/parking lot. Target was clean and well stocked, Publix was near it as well. Ford's Garage and Rock n Brew were large menu eateries that kept kids happy. Cracker Barrel is easy but popular breakfast/brunch spot. Only minor complaints we had was the pool needing more frequent service due to heat and light algae bloom by end of trip and the HOA staff not being the most pleasant of workers (outside of owners control) Otherwise, awesome vacation, comfortable accommodations and great communication/checkin process from the owner!

This has been one of my favorite places to stay on vacation. The home is beautiful and has so much for any age . Only thing I didn’t like as there’s so many vases and things hug up only because we had little kids and teens with us and it made me nervous that they’d brake something. Other then that I totally recommend.

Nice place to stay. The kids & adults enjoyed the game room & the pool.. the kids really enjoyed the splash pad / water slides area @ the club house. Housekeeping does a good job with regular cleaning. Kitchen bathrooms, floors, beds. Loved the installed kid gates @ both ends of the stairs. Several game systems thru out the house. The only CON would be dust. It looked like it's been alil bit since that had been done. (Mirrors ,frames, window blinds, fans, stuff u don't touch often or pay attention to) everything else with the house was great.

I rented this property to have a vacation with my two sons and their families. We had a total of 10 and the house was great. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of living space to spread out. The grandkids loved the pool at the house and at the club house. The kitchen was well equipped. We were close to Disney. We had a great time and would rent this house again.

The home is fully equipped with basically anything you might need; however, the cleaning crew is not very thorough and there were definitely some places they overlooked, skipped, or missed (ie food stains on the couch, dust in bedrooms, not so fresh towels, etc). The community is large and attracts a variety of guests. The proximity to the park is great.

Great spacious property with everything set up for kids, stair gates, high chairs, pushchairs, pool gate and alarm plus toys and more. Good location, very close to disney, supermarkets and restaurants 5 minute drive, maybe 20 minute walk to some, and close to the I4 to get everywhere else, the owners responded very quickly to any queries and were very accommodating when our trip kept getting moved due to covid. Would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was extremely clean, stocked with everything we needed.

This rental was perfect for our family group. The owner was readily available via email and responsive to any unanticipated issues that arose. If we need a 5-6 bedroom family for future visits, I would welcome the opportunity to rent this property again.

My family had a great time at this beautiful house. We loved the outdoor pool and televisions in every bedroom and even outside by the pool. The house was well stocked with everything. Gated community made us feel safe. We will be back again!

This property was perfect for our group family vacation! The house had everything we needed and more. It’s been the best equipped rental property that any of us has stayed at. Our favorite was the outdoor area! The pool was fabulous and we loved watching March Madness on the outdoor TV! If we come back to the area, we would most definitely stay here again!

Our family spent a week at Disney Castle during February 2022 and our experience couldn’t have been better. Great location, relaxing pool area, and fun game room. The kids are already asking when we’re going back.

A really wonderful home. Spacious and well maintained. Round table with large glass lazy Susan was a nice touch. Sat the 8 of us comfortably. Kids loved the hot tub. Netflix was nice. Water park nearby. Just a perfect place to make day trips to parks.

Stayed for a Disney Christmas Vacation - Perfect Location for all the Parks. Property was fantastic. Plenty of room for family of 10. Clean, Updated, Comfortable. Martin, property owner, was quick with answers to questions and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely look for property from them for next visit to Central FL.

Great location, lots of home style amenities, secure neighborhood.

The house is close to parks and entertainment. Roughly 1.2-2hours from multiple beaches. Martin (the owner) was easily accessible if there was any concerns.

The meager soap and toilet paper provided is really not enough to get through the first day before heading to store. The freezer never worked to keep things frozen although the fridge kept things cold. Finishes are getting well worn

I booked last minute so was a little nervous but I’m so happy I did..this home was beautiful spacious and very clean..look exactly like the pics and then some. We had a family of 12 from 10months to 55yrs old and everything was there to accommodate us we all slept comfy and all the stores/parks you need is close by..the pool and spa was a big hit with my family we were a Lil disappointed the grill didn’t work for us but Martin was quick to respond to any of my questions and I’m sure he’ll look into fixing it. I will definitely be back..thank you Martin and hope the next family enjoy the pool floaters!!!❤️

We had a great time. We've stayed in this community several times and this home definitely has the nicest furnishings. The starter supplies were great for avoiding the Walmart rush on arrival.

All nice except the freezer was not working right. It was not freezing properly. Otherwise everything was great!

Our stay at this home was excellent!Everything you need and more. Only one small issue (was nothing we were going to be using) but owner was ready to fix right away. Would definitely return to this property.
