no window dirty entrance a basement downstairs and when people walk upstairs it’s awful because noisy and this place is not for your site booking.com

There was no breakfast. The bed was comfortable. I liked the bar area and layout of the kitchen.

There was not sufficient light to go downstairs and enter the house. The area was very dark and it could have been hazardous if someone fell down the steps. The floors were not very clean and needed some sweeping. There was a dead bug on the floor. There was coffee, but no cream. It really was not a two bedroom apartment. The floor plan was open and no privacy between the 2 bed spaces. There should have been a partition between the spaces. We had 1 more additional guest to join us and was charged an extra $100 that we had to leave in cash at the end of the stay. I felt that this amount was excessively high.

The location is in a quiet, seemingly residential area. The lady (Anna) was very nice and pleasant. She also sent me clear instructions on how to get checked in. The room that I was given was huge. With the exception of the shared bathroom, the accommodations were clean.

The description on booking.com is not accurate. It's described as a superb basement steps away from Gaylord/MGM/Outlets/National Harbor" and that "The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries, and a seating area. There's a dining area and a kitchenette complete with a microwave and a fridge." First, it's near the Gaylord/MGM, etc. but you can't walk there from here because there is a fence. It's a 4 mile Uber or Lyft ride. Not huge, but if you're expecting to walk, you can't. Second, my accommodation was not an apartment but rather a room in a house with a common bathroom shared with guests in two other rooms. Finally, I was on travel for business and there were no clothes hangers in the room. A, seemingly, minor detail but I was unable to hang up my business attire to keep them from wrinkling.
