The apartment is very convenient and cozy, feels like at home. It is just around 5 minutes of walking from the central bus station in Bilbao, very convenient to get from the airport and to move around to other smaller towns for sightseeing. The host is amazing and welcoming, so many useful tips for our stay in Bilbao and the area! If we come to Bilbao one more time - would definitely opt to stay here again.

The apartment is very well located - better than we thought it would be, in fact. It's easy to get to the metro or tram, including a direct tram link to the Guggenheim, and it's a nice walk to get the the city centre and Casco Viejo/Zazpikaleak as well. It's also close to the San Mamés Stadium. The area around the apartment is very pleasant, with supermarkets, bars and cafés very close by. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with two bathrooms, and it had everything we needed. The apartment is on the first floor, and there's a lift as well if you need it. Itzi was a lovely host, and she also gave us lots of information about the city. We hope to get back there again, and we definitely recommend it. Bilbao was great fun, by the way, with plenty to see and do and lots of good places to eat and drink. By the way it's a very walkable city, but if you are planning to use the metro, trams and buses grab yourself a Barik card for tapping on and off public transport. They're good value and very convenient.

No complaints at all. We saw some reviews that said the apartment was a bit dark. We think that the building is designed to maximise shade so that it's comfortable in hot weather in summer time. We certainly found it comfortable.

Our family of six (4 children ages 6-12) enjoyed our stay at Bilboflat. It was in a good location with everything we needed and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! Close to playgrounds, markets, pastry shops, restaurants, bars, and public transportation options. Almost everything is in walking distance. The apartment included two bathrooms with showers, full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer. There is also a washing machine and dryer, TVs..and more.

It is an apartment. We rarely saw others in the building, but we could hear other tenants sometimes at the end of the day.

Absolutely fantastic appartment. The location is great and it is very well equipped.The hostess was really freindly and helpful, responded to any queries we had very quickly, Gave us loads of great tips and advice about the area and was really flexible about awkward arrival and leaving times. Cannot reccomend enough, will definately be booking again! 5 stars

Nothing, everything was great

Nice location and great host. Shops around the corner. Cafe's close by.

Parking was not free and this was unexpected.

The host is amazing, super helpful and available for any questions! The apartment is spacious and has all you need for a stay with friends. I was travelling with a couple and there were two complete bathrooms and 3 rooms. One of the rooms is far from the others so there is enough privacy.
