Vi havde en helt ubesværet kommunikation med udlejer inden opholdet. Venlig modtagelse. Fint hus med mange opholdsmuligheder ( ikke velegnet for dårligt gående og helt små børn). Almunecar er den rigtige by - både til at leve i og som udgangspunkt for ture i området.

Das Objekt bietet einen super Blick über die Stadt, es ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet sehr viel Ruhe. Die Stadt ist dabei fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind super... die Empfehlungen bzgl. Ausflugszielen, Events und örtlichen Gegebenheiten waren extrem hilfreich. Jeder Zeit wieder...

We were met by the lovely Leoni, who lives very close by( but very discrete, we didn’t see her the whole two weeks👍) Brandishing a bottle of plonk & a big smile, she showed us around the sprawling villa. You will want for nothing, everything you need is here. We had a terrific time & we’re already planning another trip next year!! Did I mention the view, well you won’t be disappointed, it’s just Wow xx

A nice spanish-style house, located up on a hill in a quiet and peaceful area. 2 bedrooms with baths, 1 separate studio (outdoor access) with bath. Many terraces to choose from both for relaxing and dining outdoors. Superb to have an own pool with outdoor shower for the hotter days. Both the house and location exactly like described. Short distance to the town centre, down a steep road. Good exercise if you want to walk but easy to access by car as well. Fairly large garage, our large family car fitted nicely. Almunecar seems to be a nice relaxed area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Also several beaches (small pebbles/no sand). Lidl&Mercadona have good selection of food items.

Wir haben als Familie einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Einzig der Parkplatz ist mit einem SUV problematisch, soll aber noch verbessert werden. Garage eher für Kleinfahrzeuge, da die Straße durch parkende Anwohner nicht sehr breit aber zugleich sehr steil ist. Der Pool wirkte auf dem Bild etwas größer, er läuft aber zum Ende schmaler zusammen, was aber der Erfrischung nicht geschadet hat. Grundmaße in der Hausbeschreibung sind vielleicht hilfreich. Alle Räumlichkeiten und Bäder waren wie in der Beschreibung sehr schön. Vermieterin und Vermiter sehr nett und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Gesamturteil: Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sein sollten, würden wir das Haus jeder Zeit gerne wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für ein schönes gepflegtes Feriendomizil.

Wir fanden zu sechst immer ein nettes Plätzchen auf einer der Terrassen. Schöner kleiner Pool der allerdings erst ab 11:00 Uhr Sonne bekommt . Komplett ausgestattete Küche, drei schöne Zimmer mit jeweils tollen Bad.

We stayed in this house 4 weeks in March/April 2018 and enjoyed it very much. Villa Sol is a very nice, clean and charming house with beautiful vievs over Almunecar and the sea. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they responded very quickly to our queries. The house is very well equipped and the kitchen has everything you may need. Outside there are four different terasses and a private pool and you have your own garage for a car. The house is located in a very steep hill not far from the town center but we preferred to use the car instead of walking the hill up and down to the town.

Tak for et dejligt ophold. Familien på 6 voksne og 2 børn (1 år og 4 år). Det var dejligt at vi havde hver sit værelse med tilhørende bad og toilet. Lejligheden for sig selv, passede fint til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Huset havde mange forskellige muligheder for ophold på de forskellige terrasser, dette var rigtig fint. En god vandretur i området krævede en god kondition med de store niveauforskelle. Vi havde fine oplevelser i byen med bl.a et stort marked om fredagen. God beliggenhed i forhold til ture i området. Vi besøgte også den dejlige badestrand dog nogle dage med meget store bølger. Bedste hilsner Familien Hansen Danmark

The property is well maintained, clean, beautifully furnished, with 4 sepearate terrace areas and a usable swimming pool. Kitchen has everything that could be required. We spend 4 weeks in the house in February 2017. We were very satisfied with the house. It was as we had expected it from the pictures. The house has five different terraces’ in three levels, one with a pool. It is turned against south, which means, that there were sun on all the terraces’ from 10 o clock until sunset. In one of the weeks we were six persons and the three bedrooms with bathrooms was ok. When we were two alone in the house, we used the “studio” as breakfast room, and enjoyed the sunlight coming up over the town and the mountains. A car is useful, as the roads from the town is rather steep. Almunecar is a very charming town, and there are lots of walking routes in the area.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht, verdeeld over meerdere terrassen. Voor ons zessen voldoende ruimte; binnen en buiten. In een woord: GENOTEN !!! Van een heerlijke vakantie. En deze woning heeft daar een grote bijdrage in gehad.

Waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser schönen FW ruhig gelegen und für 6 Personen völlig ausreichend.

Staying in the villa with 3 adults and 4 children between the ages of 6 and 11 we had a great time. The villa was clean and well maintained including the pool. All the electronic items e.g. fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, DVD, TV etc all worked properly. The owners were very helpful. There were wonderful views from the terraces. The beach and town including supermarkets are a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive.We did not hire a car and because the villa is on a steep hill it was a lot of effort walking up the hill though we knew that in advance and it keeps you fit! The supermarkets are by the bus station where there is a cab rank so if you are doing a big shop and dont want to walk back it is only about 6 Euros to get taxi.The pool looked a bit bigger in the photograph than in real life but it was fine to relax in and the kids loved it. The steps into the pool are tiled and quite sharp around the edges and so the kids scraped themselves and had some minor cuts but nothing serious... just be careful when around the corner of the pool with the steps and when getting in and out of the pool.Electricity is an added cost to the villa rent and cost us just over 30 Euros for the week though we didnt use the air conditioning or TV etc for most of the week.Almunecar itself is lovely, nearly all the tourists were Spanish people from other parts of Spain meaning there are almost no loud pubs/bars with drunk foreign tourists which was perfect for the kids. Ive never seen a beach in Europe where the water is so clear and clean... with goggles/snorkle its possible to see a lot of fish just a few metres out to sea.The castle is excellent and its easy to do day trip to Granada to see the Alhambra or to Nerja to see the caverns... all with direct buses from the town.It was a little too hot in the height of summer but we would definitely come back to the town in April/May/September/October and if we had the same number of people we would defintitely stay in this villa again. Las Petunias restaurant on the beach front was very good and the artisane helado [spelling?] ice cream parlour in the little paved sqaure at the start of the old town, just back from the sea front where the mini tourist office is, was the best ice cream weve ever had.Thanks to the owners for a lovely holiday.

We were very optimistic about the house before we arrive. But the rooms and the outside area exceded all of our expectations. The bedrooms were spacious and all with bathrooms. The terraces were very large and with magnificent view over Almuñecar and the sea. The hosts were very nice and helpful and gave us very usefull information. Al in al we had al five a top easter week in Almuñecar.
