My husband and I stayed here for several days. Location was excellent as was the host. We could not have had a better experience. It was great from booking to staying. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying the Provence area of France. Access to hill towns, food, and wine is easy. Great place to stay.

Close to everything and parking not an issue. Place was clean with washer and dryer, kitchen was also very nice. If we go back will stay there for sure. Highly recommend. Also the host' son loaded our bags for us!!!

Gille, Patricia and their son Jeyson are the most gracious of hosts. They made everything easy and were available with answers to questions and help throughout our stay. The property is perfectly located in St Remy and had everything we needed.

I stayed in this lovely home for seven days. I used it as a base for traveling around the Provence region. I am extremely happy with my choice to stay here. Saint Rami is the most quaint, friendly village that I travel to. Lovely restaurants, big market on Wednesday, lovely shops. Giles and Patricia are top-notch hosts. Love the home and it’s 200 year old history. Would love to return one day. I highly recommend it. Just walk out your front door, and you’re right in the center of the winding little streets. Set up your table and chairs in the evening and enjoy wine right outside your doorstep.

We just returned for 4 wonderful days in St. Remy and this darling "home" made our time there so perfect! You simply can not beat the location, right in the heart of town, but on a very quiet street. You can park your car and walk to everything. There is no parking at the apartment, but the owner takes you to a very secure location where you can park your car. It is a quick 5-7 minute walk, no big deal! The apartment is cute and cozy, perfect for a couple and maybe 1 additional person can stay in the cozy loft room, but only 1 bathroom for all to share, so just be mindful of who you will be sharing this apartment with. Overall I highly suggest this as a home base for exploring the region!

This is a charming house in the middle of the village! It had all the amenities you need. Great location and easy access -walking distance to plenty of restaurants ad sites. It was nice to have reserved parking (but it is not close to the house). We actually were able to park in the street most days near the house. Gilles and Patricia were easy to work with and very hospitable!!

The house has so much charm every day people stop out front to take pictures! In addition it’s a wonderful place to experience Saint Rèmy. The location is fantastic, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is large (specially for a location in the center of this beautiful village), there’s a washer and dryer and the kitchen has everything you need to settle in and cook some of the wonderful fish, vegetables and cheeses you’ll find at Saint Rèmy’s famous Wednesday market. And in addition to all of this, there are Giles and Patricia, who were so attentive, helpful and simply extremely nice and welcoming. It was a wonderful stay.

Well converted old building now providing accomodation in two doule bedded rooms plus a fold down sofa bed. Two minutes walk to one of the squares with outside tables for breakfast and meals, three minutes to boulangerie for morning bread and pain au chocolat. Well equiped kitchen for basic cooking including induction hob, microwave and normal oven. Relaible broadband fast enough for video streaming. St Remy is a pretty tourist centre (when there are tourists about!) o shops are predominantly aimed at that market rather than normal day to day living., but is ideally located for day trips to Avignon, Les Alpilles etc.

Gilles and Patricia provided us a warm welcome for our 10 day stay in St. Remy de Provence. Their historic rental house is close to some great restaurants and shopping in the old town center. Appliances are modern, and while additional cooking equipment is basic, it is perfectly adequate for meals cooked at home. Internet connection within the house was occasionally troublesome, but Gilles was very responsive, and local utility improvements may soon resolve this. Accessing Wi-Fi from the TV room worked best. The reserved nearby parking spot is wonderful, making this a great base from which to explore everything from Avignon to the Camargue.

This home is an ideal place to stay in St. Remy. Gilles and Patricia were very responsive with information before our trip, and proved to be very caring and helpful hosts while we were there. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and the dedicated parking was great. The restaurant that Gilles recommended our first night turned out to be our favorite. We loved being able to walk out the front door into the heart of the historic center. St. Remy is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas as well. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this place!

The owners, Gilles and Patricia were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is fully equipped and had modern comfort with a touch of ancient character and charm. The location for enjoying St Remy was perfect. Having a secure parking place at the end of our daily explorations of Provence was also nice. So easy to walk to whatever we need or wanted to see in the town center, especially the Wednesday Market! Many thanks again to Gilles and Patricia for making our first trip to Provence so special. We hope to return someday and enjoy another stay with you!

Super experience from reserving online to turning over keys on the last day. Property exactly as depicted, center of St Remy. Restaurants, bars, beautiful limestone buildings all immediately available walking five minutes or less. Two-minute walk from grocery store (Spar) and two minute drive from large supermarket (Intermarche). Luberon Valley, Avignon, Pont du Gard, Arles - you are in the middle of it all. Gilles and Patricia are available at all times and respond immediately to any request or question. The house is immaculate and very liveable - a veritable headquarters for Provençal exploration.

Gilles and Patricia are warm and welcoming hosts who go out of their way to be helpful, whilst remaining unobtrusive. Their improbably pretty little house is perfectly located in beautiful St Rémy, ideal for taking advantages of the local amenities as well as exploring the area. I cannot recommend both the house and St Rémy highly enough. Thank you to Gilles and Patricia.

We loved staying in Gilles and Patricia's cottage. They are wonderful and generous hosts who made our stay very enjoyable. The house is charming with a lot of character right in the center of beautiful Saint-Remy, steps away from all the shops and restaurants. The house is very clean and well-equipped, it has all the amenities you would need in a vacation home. It was by far our favorite vacation rental. If we ever return to Provence we would love to stay in this house again.

This property is very well located within the ring road that encompasses the pedestrian center of St. Remy, where the weekly market as well as most shops and restaurants are to be found. A pleasant, two-minute walk brings you to a lovely, shaded square and a small, but complete grocery store. Gilles and Patricia are excellent hosts. They provided arrival instructions, met us as arranged, and had wine and water in the refrigerator for us. They live in the adjacent property, so we knew we could reach them easily if we needed to; but they were always respectful of our privacy. They have attended to all aspects of updating this historic building (electrical, plumbing, climate control) and making it attractive. The kitchen is ample in size and well equipped. The bathroom has a large, excellent shower and a great laundry area with a good washer and dryer. The only caution is that, like many historic buildings, this one may pose problems for people with mobility concerns. The stairs are narrow and steep; and, because of the sloping ceiling, the bed in the main bedroom is very low. The second bedroom is more like a loft, with limited floor space; to access the bathroom, you must go back down those stairs and up the main stairs. (The bathroom is easily accessible from the main bedroom, on the same floor. ) Having a dedicated parking place is a big advantage, especially on market day. The picture provided is from the bedroom window. I'm not sure why, because the house itself is really cute, with the lavender beneath the front window. Passersby would stop to take pictures.

If you’re looking for a perfect location, clean well-appointed and unique apartment, and perfect hosts this beautiful Provençal home is for you. Highly recommended and we will absolutely stay here if we return to St Rémy! Thank you, Patricia and Gilles!!

We highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed, the hosts are wonderful and responsive, and the location is ideal. The house is just inside the ring road and perfect for exploring the town and walking to restaurants. The bed and shower are excellent. The parking space a block away is spacious and locked at night, so we felt that our rental car was safe. The parking space is just outside the ring road and it is easy to get in and out of town--just be sure to check on market days and holidays. We especially loved sitting in the little space in front of the house and enjoying a glass of wine before dinner. If we ever have a chance to return to St-Remy-de-Provence, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week’s stay in this charming and comfortable house. Gilles and Patricia were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house is off the main street so it is very quiet with mostly foot traffic passing by the front door. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence was a great place to stay and explore and it was central to our day travels to Avignon, Arles, the Pont du Gard and Gordes. We were sad to say goodbye to Gilles and Patricia and Saint-Remy-de-Provence but hope to be back some day soon.

Great location. Gracious hosts. Nice bathroom and shower. Could use a comfortable couch for sitting and reading. Private parking just around the corner was a plus.

This intriguing, well equipped, comfortable home was full of character, and a wonderful home base for exploring Provence. Its location in the old center of St Remy de Provence gave us easy access to St Remy's sites and market. Its central location allowed day trips to Arles, Camrague, Pont de Gard, Les Beaux, Avignon and Orange. Giles and Patricia welcomed us warmly, helped orient us and were available if we had further questions. We had all we needed for our delightful week's adventure.

Gils and Patricia were the perfect host and their wonderful home was the perfect place to rest my wandering head. Located in the heart of beautiful, relaxed San Remy, I felt I had stumbled onto my dream vacation home. The house was warm and comfortable, quiet and well appointed. My husband and I would recommend this lovely stone cottage to everyone. It was everything and more as described on the website. Giles and Patricia are very welcoming and made our stay perfect. They live right around the corner. The second day, the microwave broke. I emailed them and within 5 minutes Giles was at our door. He checked it out, took it away and returned almost immediately with another one. My husband and I have never rented in a town. We usually prefer to stay out in the periphery where it is usually quiet, but this location was perfect. It was so quiet. The town has everything you could want - restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarket and it is so walk able. There are many Roman ruins, medieval towns, beautiful scenery and all within a short driving time. We would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great 5 night stay in Gilles and Patricia's charming and well appointed two level apartment in historic stone building. Location is perfect (easy stroll to all parts of the old town, with private parking nearby), air-conditioned apartment is comfortable and quiet, and St Remy is a good base for exploring Provence. The wifi was patchy, but with so much to see this was only a minor issue.

We loved staying in Gilles and Patricia’s cozy home in St. Remy. Such a great set up with everything we needed, and excellent location. The house is such a happy little place and really makes you feel you are living the Provençal lifestyle. Steps away from all the cute shops and restaurants of St. Remy. Very easy parking, and we were able to take a few easy day trips to other towns. But loved coming home to ours! Gilles provided us a warm welcome upon arrival and farewell upon departure. Provided us with all kinds of recommendations.

The house was comfortable and very well positioned within the town. Walking to the beautiful Place Favier and to the Wednesday market is easy. The ability to park close by allowed free exploration of the surrounding areas. Great location for families. The owners are friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! Gilles and Patricia are very kind, quick responses and precise. The apartment is in the centre in a small, quiet street, just around the corner from the pretty town square. We loved having our dinner right the house on the street! The apartment has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of travel brochures. Lots of detail and precision in how they keep the apartment, which makes it a pleasure to stay there. The interior is not modern or new but it didnt bother us. The pictures are a good reflection of the property. St Remy is a great place to stay as a base to the rest of Provence. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We are an Australian family (husband, wife and 18 year old daughter) who stayed in this lovely house for five days. We arrived by TGV from Paris and hired a car from Avignon Station. It was an easy 20 minute drive to the house. We were very comfortable in the house and our daughter had the quaint loft bedroom. As we had been travelling for a few weeks through Europe, we had a welcoming rest for five days in this lovely town, St Remy. Gilles had been very quick to respond to any queries when we were making our booking. The house is so well equipped and the attention to detail is exceptional. It was great to have a good washing machine and dryer. Gilles and Patricia were perfect hosts and gave us a tour of the house and a bowl of delicious apples on arrival. The house is on a very quiet street and there was a car park for our hire car. There is a supermarket nearby with patisseries and shops within walking distance from the house. We ate out at several restaurants – the best was Le Marilyn Restaurant. For the other nights we were content to stay home and cook in the well equipped kitchen from the excellent fresh produce we bought at the Wednesday market in the village square. The location of the house was excellent and we enjoyed walking around the village at night window shopping and taking photos of the wonderful street scenes. During the day we drove through the countryside and explored some walks. Highlights were the Roman ruins just outside town (Glanum), Mt Ventoux and the Pont de Gard. We highly recommend this accommodation and thank our hosts, Gilles & Patricia for a memorable stay. We plan to go back for longer next time.

We had a wonderful five nights in Gilles & Patricia's gorgeous house - exactly as shown in the photos. The facilities were excellent & the location perfect, there was plenty of room for our family of two adults & two teenage daughters. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer but had to return to New Zealand ! Highly recommend this lovely home to other guests. Joanna, Ross, Annabel & Rosa
