Close to train station
Breakfast selection was ok but the food itself wasn’t very good.

Room service food, got undercooked salmon and wrong weeggie side from what I ordered

The rooms are spacious. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and The facilities are so good well kept
minor maintenance issues should have been noticed and fixed

The disposition of the staff, especially Vicky Xiong, attention beyond duty, very kind and committed, she accompanied me to the pharmacy and kindly bought me the remedy I needed... That makes you feel at home, thank you very much.

The customer service was amazing especially Johnson Song, who helped us greatly. He helped us so much to find places and help us with the language barrier.

The bathroom in my room was the main attraction for me. Breakfast was also great, a wide variety of options
The room was a bit dusty. I didn’t like that the seats were dusty

Front desk and restaurant staff were great and spoke English. If they couldn't, they made sure to find a colleague who did. Breakfast was good, a decent variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The room was spacious and clean. We received complimentary fruit, candy and ice teas in our room. Will definitely stay again.
Our experience at the pool was unpleasant. The staff member was not very friendly and policed everyone very strictly about wearing swimming caps and face masks. He made my 2 year old wear a swimming cap too and the adults had to buy caps for 88rmb each!!! We had planned to spend the day at the pool but stayed for only 30 minutes.

The play area for kids was closed and the makeshift area was pretty poor.
The premier lounge was very limited in options.
No children's cutlery or plastic plates at breakfast. No teaspoons!

The breakfast had many options and the staff were attentive. The coffee to go was great. The room was very inviting anspacious. The attention to details were evident everywhere. Fresh fruit,small candies, Illy coffee bags, English movies and series . The front reception guy helped to get me a taxi on a busy wert Monday morning.
A visitor and I met in the foyer lounge and enjoy the service.
Nothing everything was excellent.
