This place was so relaxing and inviting. Great space and had everything you could ask for inside. Convenient to the beach ---AND has the most amazing porch and sitting area to let the breeze take all the stress away. Love it and will return again!!!!

Overall it was a great stay for my family and friends. House is nice with excellent kitchen. The only downside was the grill advertised does not work so we were unable to grill the meats that we brought. Recommend renting a golf cart. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. I would stay again.

Very clean and well organized. Wonderful location, fully equipped kitchen and butlers pantry. We could have lived outside with all the patio furniture. Bed were beyond comfortable. Can't wait to come back

Really nice place but I had trouble accessing rental due to the wrong code they sent me

Easy check in and out. Plenty of beds for our teenage children plus our family dog! It’s perfectly placed as to not be far from either end of the island. Plenty of soaps, towels and dishes provided. Nice yard for the dog to stretch his tiny legs and run around. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Captain’s Quarters. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Looking forward to returning!

The Captain’s Quarters were a superb stay for my family vacation. The house is WELL stocked with a plethora of supplies for any type of stay. My family were able to enjoy fresh bbq on the lower deck, a fun dinner inside the house and out, quiet walks on the beach, fun explorations of the neighborhood, and eating out at nearby restaurants. Communication with the rental was easy, checking in and out was effortless, and the house had everything we could need. I will definitely consider repeating a visit next time I am in Galveston.

House is in a good location. About 2-3 blocks from the beach. Kitchen is clean, but one of the cabinets came off of the hinge and I had to repair it. One shower had ants when we arrived and did not drain well. Inner shower curtain had been cut off. Bathrooms need to be updated.

It was a great time with our friends who also had a place in the neighborhood.

Loved the top and bottom deck spent more time outside than inside. It was great!

good location. Beds should be at least queens as too small( Full and Double). Everything else fine.

We loved this house! You can't see the Beach from this house, but it was close enough that you could either walk or take a one minute drive (plenty of places to park). House smelled clean and the beds were 5 star hotel quality clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. Only cons I will list as a heads up to future guests: Bring your own coffee filters. I forgot mine! But they did have a french press. If you have small kiddos and plan to do laundry, the washer is alarmingly loud when spinning, so maybe don't run it when your kids are sleeping like I did (it sounded like very loud and close thunder for about 30 seconds). Bring a streaming stick or chrome cast for the TV's. Very easy to setup.Neighborhood is super quiet and clean. Close to everything! And Uber eats even delivers to this property. We loved it. Will definitely go back next year.

Great place to stay, comfortable, the house is great, the area is also great but because it is so close to the Sant Louis pass it can be noisy at night. But would definitely go there again.

I enjoyed staying at this property and would consider staying here again in the future.

Very good location, short walk to the beach and house had everything u needed

Hi I tried emailing a couple of times but no one came back to me. The bbq had no gas so we couldn’t use it at and I also asked if there was anything in the garage like outdoor furniture and no one replied. Also the bedding was dirty, the covers had stains on them. These things were disappointing especially considering the price we paid. Thanks Kara

This is a great house in Pirates Beach. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach and great accommodations.

Clean, spacious house with comfortable beds, two full bathrooms inside and tons if kitchen gadgets. Bring some paper and cleaning products and spices/condiments with you if you think you'll need them.

Nice place great location

We enjoyed ourselves quite a bit, especially for the (relatively) modest price. Wish the house was closer to the beach than the road, but it still had great breezes. Some of the dishes and utensils weren’t so spotless, but we noticed ourselves that the dishwasher’s a bit weak. Still, very lovely decor & nice & airy!

Enjoyed our time.

We can't wait to come back.

I had such a wonderful time with all my family. I swear the beds are so comfy and it literally had everything you need to spend a good vacation i will be coming back here!
