Being so close to mayor roads was fantastic and it was awesome to rent a second home nearby for our extended family.

We had a group of 10 people staying in 4 different condos during April and May. When we called to report things that needed to be addressed (e.g., clogged sink, inoperable WiFi and garage door openers, and iron), usually the person on the phone said they would send someone right away to make the repairs. But several times, nobody came that day or even the next day or two, and we had to call again to report it as a second time. That was really frustrating, because we were very inconvenienced by not having those amenities working properly. One other issue... one Saturday night we came back from the airport after visiting family in Japan. It had been a very long day of travel, with a canceled flight and many hours of sitting in the airport. We were so glad to finally be back to the condos, but alas, the front door wouldn't open; the battery had died. We called you and left messages. When we finally heard back from Kobe, he said he would come replace battery in an hour, because he was coming from Provo. An hour while it's late at night? Isn't there another employee closer to the Midvale area. On top of that, no apologies were given for this big inconvenience. I just thought you should know that a sincere apology would have gone a long way. :-(

It is in a good central location for access to airport, downtown, and the canyons. 3BR/2 full baths upstairs so everyone was comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging out in the family room and the hot tub after a ski day. The only thing I didn't care for, is that the management company wouldn't allow us to check in two hours early, even though the place was empty, unless we paid a fee. I had never had an AIRBNB charge me for an early check in before this and I did not care for this. Other than that situation, our experience here was great.

Overall it was a great place to stay. We had received the wrong door code but the on call person was prompt at getting up the correct code to get into the house. One of the bathroom sink drains was plugged and the maintenance people came promptly the same day to fix.

The property was amazing! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was clean. The grill has not been cleaned after the last visitor but it worked well! There were some outdoor games in the garage that we didn’t use but it was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

The mountain is only 20 minutes away with easy access to road leading to the ski area. Grocery shopping was a breeze with excellent stores within a mile. The house was clean, well maintained with nice furnishings. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day of skiing. The home is situated in a nice area with lots of sleeping options for a large group. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking for a group. The staff at Utah's Best were very helpful throughout the process. The home was everything the site indicated it would be. We had a great time and plan on renting again next year. The location was super convenient, we were able to easily access the nearby ski resorts and then had tons of shopping and restaurant options right nearby. The layout of the unit was great and we really appreciated having access to the garage and hot tub. We would definitely rent again!

We very much enjoyed this property. It was clean, nice, and very spacious for accommodating a large group. The property manager was responsive, and we got it for a very good rate. Thank you! The snags that merited -1 star include: -The heating and cooling in the house is very difficult to manage. If you’re comfortable downstairs, it’s excruciatingly hot upstairs. If you’re comfortable sleeping upstairs, you’ll be freezing downstairs. There’s no happy medium, and the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own in the middle of the night. -The fireplace didn’t work. Even after a crew came out to fix it, the fix only lasted less than an hour. Our friend worked two hours on it, and ended up fixing it properly. Shouldn’t have had to spend time on that. -The TV is very outdated, with access to very few streaming apps. It wouldn’t be a huge deal if they didn’t have laminated signs all around threatening you with a $100 penalty if you mess with their cables/ports at all. -Location, while good for driving, had very little within walking distance. The neighborhood has a steep hill, and our Door Dash driver got stuck in the snow and couldn’t leave the neighborhood. Would stay again, if we could sort out the heat situation.

Due to flight/weather/covid issues we never made it to Salt Lake City. However Mikayla at Utah's Best was very communicative and helpful and did give us a partial credit rhat we hope to use this year.
